I had a new shower installed. Super efficient service from start to finish. Very pleased with the result - high standard of workmanship, great job!

Was thinking about revamping kitchen with a few changes and replacement sink, appliances and new door/drawer fronts. Really needed some guidance on what to do. Popped in to Holburn showroom, met Lorraine and from there on we had invaluable advice, ideas and suggestions. Lorraine guided us through the whole process and we felt very comfortable about placing an order. Fitters were great, arrived promptly at 8 a.m. each day and Dave worked so hard, also the other fitters were pleasant and helpful. The end result is beautiful. Have just to choose new flooring from Affordable too. Would thoroughly recommend. Thanks to everyone involved.

We recently got our bathroom renovated by the team at affordable and we are absolutely delighted.
From the advice in choosing our perfect bathroom to the installation it felt so easy and stress free.
The work that was carried out was excellent and even with an unexpected issue with our floorboards being rotten.
They continued to provide excellent service without any delays in the timescale of the installation.
They guys worked so hard and went above and beyond our expectations. We are so pleased with all the finer details and can’t believe its our bathroom!
I would definitely recommend them and in the future I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

When putting in a kitchen for the first time in over 20 years we went to a few different types of kitchen companies for quotes, local, national showrooms, DIY store type and local joiner. None cheap and some eye wateringly expensive. For reference we have a standard sized kitchen and weren’t looking to move things about, just wanted a fresh modern kitchen with new appliances. Neil in the BOD showroom not only had a lovely non-pretentious manner but really knew his stuff. After our design/quote (£1500 cheaper than next nearest quote and actually doing more, water feed for fridge, moving radiator etc) we went back to choose colours, worktop etc. Neil was so very patient and helpful with us because we didn’t know really what we wanted! At the time of fitting everyone turned up as expected and reassuringly all in company vans. Davie and fitting team were top class and kept me informed as they went along which was nice. I did have a few snag list type things at the end which Ryan (head office) kindly dealt with, got sorted and kept me informed throughout. End result - we’re really pleased and happy to recommend Affordable Kitchens

Shocking!!
Not used them myself, but my mother did. After thinking she would treat herself to a new kitchen, since her last one was from the 80s.
Original sales and initial installation went quite well and looked good, but in the end the job was never fully completed as was agreed and paid for, as the walls were never skimmed and painted.
Also later, my mother’s tumble drier went out with a bang.
Upon investigation from a 3rd party, it was found that some of the installation was not to spec, with the potential for electrocution or fire.
To be fair, this was promptly corrected, but even then made no effort to finish the job as was promised and paid for, or even replace the tumble drier, that was damaged by their wiring.
Extremely poor customer care, considering their customer was in her late 70s, but very happy to take your money, which in the end makes them no more affordable than any of the other kitchen fitters.

Excellent service from.beginning to end of our bathroom upgrade. Replaced drawer fronts, cupboard door and new acrylic worktop. Delighted with finish and reasonable prices. Many thanks!

Affordable Kitchens and Bathroom’s recently completed our bathroom renovation and we couldn’t be happier. From start to finish, nothing was too much trouble. Lorraine was amazing and so helpful in helping me to bring my vision to life - I made a lot of iterations and changes and never felt like I was being a bother. The team of plumbers, tilers and electricians (Dave, Iain, Jack and Kris) were lovely, arrived everyday at the same time, always tidied up after themselves and kept me engaged throughout the renovation so that I was happy with everything. The quality of work is excellent, down to every detail and the customer service 10/10. We now have our dream bathroom and wouldn’t hesistate to use Affordable again.

Have had 2 kitchens fitted by affordable in the past, great company to work with, and excellent value compared to others! Have just used their door company and will not hesitate to use them for future projects!

I can’t recommend affordable enough, our new bathroom is stunning! From planning to installation the whole team were super helpful, hard working and the attention to detail was second to none! We are absolutely delighted!

The speed with which we were quoted and talked through our new kitchen was great. They did the job in a week, and came back super quick the following week to repair little bits.
Cant fault their expertise, service and after care.

Affordable is aptly named, the price for excellent work and service was very reasonable. Our kitchen has been transformed and we are delighted, can unreservedly recommend this company.

We've just had our new kitchen fitted by Affordable, and it's been a fantastic experience from start to finish. The pre-sales and design were a breeze, and it was made easy for us to choose the right kitchen for us.

The installation was booked, and the fitting team were on our doorstep at 8am on the agreed date.

And what a team! I've never seen tradesman work as hard as these guys, and with such attention to detail. Four days after they arrived, our old kitchen was stripped out and disposed of, and our beautiful new kitchen was installed. Everything was perfect.

I would highly recommend Affordable to anyone looking to install a new kitchen.

Genuinely the best customer service Iv experienced. From planning to installation these guys were top notch. Big shout out to Dave the joiner for working like a machine and the other lads for their excelent craftsmanship, I now have a dreamy kitchen that is not only attractive but amazingly practical with optimal storage. Got my kitchen from Affordable and from start to finish they were great! Ryan went above and beyond to please us and the choice was unthinkable, would highly reccomended to anyone, excellent value for money!

Affordable kitchen and bathrooms AK&B presented a one stop shop for out replacement bathroom. It is essential to have all the details discussed and agreed prior to work commencing, AK&B dealt with this very efficiently. The work was commenced and completed as advised and without delay (Mon- Friday). The inevitable snag list was also addressed and closed out in a professional manner. We are very pleased with the finished product, many thanks to AK&B

We recently had a new kitchen fitted from Affordable kitchens and bathrooms absolutely first class service from Lorraine in the show room to all the tradesmen in particular Mike the joiner we are delighted with our kitchen and the quality of the units and workmanship-definitely would recommend this company!
They deliver what they say too start on Monday morning and completed by Friday afternoon 👏

I cannot rate these guys highly enough. Agreed to replace our front door, ordered the door and came and fitted it on the agreed date while we were on on holiday. No mess was left and the door is perfect. They always get back to you if you message or call them. Exactly what we wanted. Great job and great service. Thank you so much.

We have had a few great experiences with affordable kitchens over the past couple of years. Lorraine in the showroom at Holborn is great to work with. She is really helpful and knows what works and what doesn’t without leaving you feeling overwhelmed with too much choice. She is honest and works within your budget. The kitchen fitters we had were friendly clean and tidy and really quick. Again they listened to what we wanted and did a really great job. Overall we had a fab experience and any little snagging have been fixed quickly. Great quality for the price, have recommended to friends already and will use again for projects in the future

We have just had our en-suite bathroom replaced and are delighted! The service we received from the day we first popped in to the showroom looking for ideas has been first class. The job itself was completed at a time that suited us, and in only 5 days. The fitters were professional and friendly and made sure dust sheets etc were down to cover our carpets and floors - I vacuumed at the end of each day, but there was really very little to clean up. A couple of things were missing, e.g. our towel radiator, but that couldn't have been helped and they were back the following week to fully complete the job. A friend recommended the company to us, and I would have no hesitation in doing the same.
