My stylist
My stylist, Elsa, was able to provide supplemental info what I couldnât make a solid decision about color palette and skin tone. That was helpful. The only reason I did give the session a 5 is that, so far, each interaction Iâve had on this platform is really slow. Replies take a long time at times. That may be because the stylist is working several different appointments, but it can be a little aggravating. Otherwise, so far so good.

Itâs a scam. I took their quiz on Facebook, they sent an email with the object âThe results are inâ but instead by following the link I was redirected to a page with an âofferâ to buy their plans. I of course did not buy anything (luckily, since the other comments seem to indicate itâs a complete scam), and contacted them asking why I hadnât received my results. Turns out the email they provide for customer support doesnât even exist. Also, the trustpilot and reviews on their landing page are all fake. Stay clear of these people.

I signed up and paid the 99p but Iâve not got any emails or contacts of any kind.
I only have 3 days of access and now itâs WELL OVER 72 hours later I STILL canât access the website or help/advise in any way.
Iâm very disappointed My trial will have now expired without me being able to access it at all.
Iâve emailed them 3 times and other than an automated reply message they have completely ignored me.
