I have been searching forever to find a single platform that can handle a heavy workflow for my agency that can keep up with my projects and team. Not to mention a place where I can centralize files and share progress with clients.

The client portal has to be my favorite addition to the already packed platform. Instead of having to communicate on numerous platforms and syncing information, I now store all updates and progress information in one portal that my clients and business partner as enjoy using.

Not only that but I’ve been able to visually customize the experience to my brand and everyone is happy with the latest addition to my partner program.

Agiled is by far the most expansive and dynamic platform that centralizes everything I need from finances, 3rd party integrations, and communication in one incredibly customizable location.

So many tools in one place with a team behind it that really seems passionate about giving their users what they need to succeed. Making use of invoicing, proposals, and forms myself with plans to make better use of their invoice scheduling and file sharing system features in the future.

While Agiled is still clearly growing as an application and a company, we definitely see the seeds of something great. Their team is very responsive, and receptive to our businesses' needs, and they add features at a rapid pace without compromising system stability. It is still early days and with any application there will be growing pains, their commitment to a product that not only meets their clients expectations but exceeds it, and willingness to adjust to the different needs of their clients makes us recommend Agiled

Awesome tool to help organize our processes, manage clients and leads , plus a white-labeled portal for each client.

We were looing for an app for maaging our projects.
(asana, trell, clickup)
Then we found out about Agiled and we couldn't believe how much more we obtaied.
Agiled is perfect app to manage middle but growing organisation like ours.

For me, the first test of any new software before purchasing is the ease of use. I do not read any documentation in the beginning. One of the critical factors for me is that the software should be so intuitive that I don't need to read the manual, or the interactive help is context-sensitive when I do need it.

I took Agiled for a test drive on one night. I checked out all areas after the initial onboarding Q&A. In less than 30 minutes, I had my company information, logo, invoices, estimates, and credit memos configured and ready to go.

In the first hour, I was able to:
-Add a client
-Create my first Estimate and Invoice and test sending them via email.
-Configure my payment gateway
-Create a test project
-Create a few tasks (Kanban board feature is excellent!)
-Review all other areas of the system.

I never had to go to the documentation once!

Other areas that I checked out will take a bit more time to test and configure, but I did work with them to see how they would work. These included:

Contracts - this took a bit of figuring out, but I created a test. The contracts are professional looking and give the client the ability to view online via the Client Portal, download the agreement, or digitally sign it. I haven't found a way to have the agreement header use the same branding of the other documents in the system (invoice, estimate, etc.).

Proposals - The proposal builder is quite flexible from what I can see. It will take some time to get the proposal just as I want it to look. I have seen another digital proposal service charging quite a bit per month. Having this in Agiled is fantastic and a cost saver. Proposals can also be viewed by the client online, downloaded, and digitally approved.

Other features that are excellent useful additions that I plan to implement are:

-Custom Domains for white labeling and branding
-Email Templates - A HUGE time saver!
-Products / Services - clients can purchase produces and services directly from the client portal!
-Reports
-Forms - You can create any form you like in the forms builder. These forms can be publically accessible so that your clients or others can access them.

There are features that I will use initially, but I did test them:

-HRM
-Timesheets
-Timers (It is helpful to time all activities related to a project or client to compare actual billed time against projected when you bill flat rate or per project.
-Tickets - this is a nice inclusion and has the fields needed to manage and track client questions and issues.
-Chat for team member communication and file sharing

I used to be a QuickBooks user and became increasingly annoyed with the program's slowness as the database grew larger. Even after paying a few hundred dollars for the program, I still had to use other services for online proposals, CRM, digital payments, Client Portal, contracts, and more. The cost of all of these, even conservatively, was a few hundred dollars a year in addition to QuickBooks! Now with Agiled, I can bring all of this into one system. SWEET!

For my job, I was using different applications, one for project management and others for creating a proposal or managing clients. All members of my team were working on different apps. These were causing us a lot of delays. Since I am using Agiled I am managing projects, clients and my team using only one tool. Agiled is a useful tool if you want to complete various jobs from one place. It is a great web-based application which I would recommend for all type of businesses.

I signed up in Agiled a week ago and I'm really glad I did. It is really going to help me get rid of several other apps that we used, which will help us all to be more organized at the office with each customer's data and work in progress, but at the same time save us a substantial amount of money each year.

It was a little slow start since I had to import my customers from Zoho Invoice and Zoho CRM, but their support staff helped me on this task.

I recommend you try this product which has so many features.

I think the only one it doesn't cover yet (or maybe I haven't found it) is time tracking (employee punching system for IN and OUT)

I recently moved to Agiled because I needed a tool that I could manage client projects but also wanted them to have some other features to improve workflow and communication. Agiled is the perfect solution for small to medium-sized businesses or even solo entrepreneurs who are looking for an "all-in-one" solution to manage their everyday business needs. Agiled gives you everything you'll need from handling your finances, customers, leads, tasks/projects, and even allows you to do all this "white-labeled" using your own business domain, email, logos, etc.

J'utilise Agiled depuis quelques semaines et je suis agréablement supris par sa simplicité et sa puissance.

Ce que j'aime beaucoup c'est d'avoir un outil polyvalent et en marque blanche. En particulier, la gestion des devis et facturation mais aussi la possibilité de rédiger des propositions commerciales (Proposal) directement dans l'outil.
Je n'ai pas encore tester la fonction "gestion de projets" mais selon mes tests l'outil est facile et vraiment efficace. Sans oublié la fonctionalité de gestion de temps de travail.
L'outil gère également les clients et prospects (CRM), les contrats, les employés, le support (système de tickets), les discussion (chat) et beaucoup plus encore.
Et a ma surprise, j'ai découvert la fonctionalité "Formulaire" permettant de créer des formulaires en ligne connecté directement à Agiled avec un système de drag and Drop. C'est incroyable non?
Le seul petit point négatif est la traduction en français qui doit être améliorée. Mais je fais confiance aux équipes Agiled car en très peu de temps ils ont apporté beaucoup de fonctionnalité.
Je recommande fortement Agiled.

While Agiled is aiming to be the best - I am with them on their journey. I became their customer in the very initial stage and liking the features and their support so far.

As an agency, it has become an imp tool that I need to manage my business.

My experience with the product and support has been phenomenal! I'm already in the process of talking with clients to show them to cut their costs and integrate their business management and PMO tools using Agiled. Plus, they are transparent about their roadmap and deliver on-time. Visually, it could use some work "out of the box" to appeal to a wider audience with less tolerance but it can be white-label customized.

Very easy to use. Allows me to keep track of projects as well as know what stage I'm at when dealing with clients. Keeps everything tidy and under one software roof. Also love the fact that you can use it for pipelining (I was looking for something that could do it all, so that's an added bonus. Also love the fact that you can use it for pipelining. Added bonus.

Excellent product where most of the businesses can benefit over the expensive alternatives. Team at Agiled is quite responsive. I am amazed at the speed at which roadmap is being implemented. Definitely would rate it as one of the modern and usable all-in-one CRM system.

Agiled does what it says. It's a young product so it's not perfect, but the future prospects are positive.

I enjoyed the onboarding experience. The platform is simple and uncluttered. I was expecting it to be slow but it was actually fairly fast and easy to navigate, unlike SuitDash which was slow and cluttered.

I think the devs are passionate and will continue to develop this. They already have quite a few integrations which was nice to see.
