I think it goes without saying that presentation is everything. Agiled has knocked presentation out of the park. Everything from its name to the easy to understand website UI are good enough reason to buy this product. When you add to that the ability to combine many apps into one in an effective way, it makes this purchase a hard one to pass up.

I have struggled with other services and needing to integrate many external applications to get a usable product. Although, Agiled does allow for external app integration with many of the industry favorites, much of what I need is available from within the app.

My favorite feature is the Project Management function. I like being able to add high level tasks and then create sub level tasks to really get granular. Adding an owner or responsible party is simple. The ability to include clients in certain portions of the task make it extremely valuable for real time feedback. Then you can throw it all on a Kanban board (It is named Agiled after all).

Some of my other favorite features include: An easy to use CRM; Creating and modifying invoices; Accepting online payments; The list goes on.

I highly recommend this product.

Agiled is a very powerful business management and CRM software solution for both small businesses and larger companies. It is a COMPLETE all in one solution and the available integrations and addons truly makes it a powerhouse for small agile teams.

I have shifted from Zoho One to Agiled!

Agiled is a project management tool that has many features and functions. One of the most important aspects for Agiled is its form, which can be embedded in websites to monitor progress in one dashboard. Agile also offers templates for managing different types of projects such as business plans and software development cycles.

This was something I held off on for the longest time, FOR NO REASON! This was something I wanted for the for the longest time, however, I picked up another CRM before this one. It spooked me because how much of a learning curve it was. Not Agiled! it was so simple to get started! Now, I can't wait to use it to its fullest!

This app looks like it's the app for all aspects of small business. Time management, file storage, CRM, invoices, calendar, task management, and much more. Very good job!!

I have only recently bought Agiled. I`m finding it so easy to set up and there is a lot more to the product than I first thought. For a small business like mine being able to run a CRM, projects in one place is great but to add building proposals, invoicing and more. I can manage everything in one place. Looking forward to see what new updates are added next.

I have been looking for a tool that provides me with the ability to manage many different areas of my business.

This tool has that and more!! Finance, HR, CRM, Project management, etc. Not to mention all the integrations that you can setup.

I am only cracking the tip of the iceberg and can't wait to see how it will continue to develop.

Great app/software to make your every day life a little easier. Will save so much time after the initial set up and the integration with other apps is really helpful!

This is the only tool that I am looking for a long back.
I loved their white labeling function it's very easy to integrate with our domain and sub-domain.
Here also we can set up our own SMTP which is add-on benefit and about functions?
It is really all in one tool I can manage everything from staff, clients, projects, proposal & invoices n all.

This is the most inclusive tool I have found to manage my agency business from one software. I am very impressed with it now and the future map looks to be the swiss army knife of business management

Good mix of solutions

I think Agiled is a good investment because of the mix of solutions available in a single platform. The team loves it and it has made our work a lot easier and integrated, especially with those working remotely.

Agiled is an all-in-one platform for managing everyday operations in an online agency or a similar enterprise.

Within one dashboard you can onboard clients, create proposals, sign contracts, and automate invoicing.

Clients are able to easily log tickets in case of any feedback is necessary.

I also love the fact that the software can easily be white-labeled so you can run it from your own subdomain and also with your own logo.

I didn't know what to expect from Agiled when I first got the account, but I've been impressed with how robust the platform is. That being said, I'm not taking advantage of all of the features as of yet (because there are a lot of features!).

This software has: CRM, HRM, Projects/Tasks, Invoices/Subscriptions/Billing, Timesheets, Tickets, Chat and so much more. It can honestly feel exhausting looking at everything. So, I'm taking my time and utilizing one section at a time. It will likely take me several weeks to a month to be using everything - and even then I'll likely still be learning some tricks.

I also want to give credit to their support. I've bothered them more than I likely should, but they have been helpful and replied in a timely fashion. (Timely meaning as I would expect it, not the instantaneous world some of us live in.)

Couple the power of the software with their support capabilities and I think it's worth the five tacos. Can't wait to see where this software goes!

I was looking for an integrated helpful place for CRM, sales, human resources management, task management, finance, and some minor automation, and I believe that was accomplished with Agile. Excellent customer support, the service is high-quality and getting better with every passing day. Keep in mind, there is a learning curve and setup takes a while, but as soon as you get it, it performs flawlessly.

I'm a freelancer. I'm great at what I do, but awful at organization. For that reason, it's vital that I have a central hub where I can keep track of everything. Every additional program I need to log into is another chance for my chaotic nature to let things fall through the cracks.

I've tried everything. Hubspot. Zoho. And.co. Probably a bunch of others I've forgotten. I'd pretty much given up.

And then Agiled showed up.

I use Quickbooks self-employed, and I think I'm going to have to maintain that subscription (it keeps me on the straight and narrow with self-employment taxes). But Agiled does more of what I require from an all-in-one solution than anyone else. In addition, it's really easy to set up and understand how to do things. Support got back to me within two hours and provided me with a complete answer.

if you've been looking for a single solution, Agiled might not offer you everything you need (yet). But it comes a lot closer than any other solution I've looked at so far.

It's a great all-in-one solution for small businesses trying to manage CRM, project management, invoicing, proposal and contract signing, etc.

I've tried DuetApp (self hosted) and Flowlu, but I'm much happier with this. It does everything, including HTML proposals with templates, and clients can sign them off with digital signature. Very nice.

A feature I'd like is the ability to have project templates that include tasks, so that new projects based on that template will have the tasks pre-populated.

All in all, though, I'm a happy user.

I really like the HRM features of Agiled such as attendance, leave, payroll management and the timesheet that is being integrated into CRM and Project Management Solution.

I passed on Agile previously because I had Honeybook and purchased " a supposed comparable product." Needless to say, my first walk-through of Agile, I'm extremely impressed!!!

The scheduling tool will allow me to get rid of Acuity finally. It has a client portal that I love and the ability for clients to report issues. YAY!

With Agiled I finally have everything I need to run my business. From customer to invoice and everything in between. The roadmap looks promising also.

Let's not talk about the price. I am kicking myself that I didn't buy it earlier, but it is better late than never.

Seriously awesome system. We have tried them all. Gone through so many project management systems. This is the one! It's quick, does what it says and is no fuss. Just what we needed. 5 stars.
