Agiled has many features from CRM to finance to project management tools. I have been using it mostly for their project management tools. The interface is not always very intuitive but I can easily add tasks and add kanban boards. However their gantt chart is a bit cumbersome. The viewing and scrolling cannot always fit all the tasks (there’s no zom) on one screen which makes it difficult to see the “big picture”. Their task table is the main center for adding and editing tasks. The task board is a kanban view of their tasks but I found it doesn’t always show all my tasks under each project.
It is convenient to have all my tools under one app. My contacts and projects can be together which is very helpful and prevents confusion, however I will need to wait until all the bugs are removed before I can fully utilize their platform. With all the features they have, it would be so powerful to be able to do everything for my business under Agiled.

We were looking for a platform where we could manage our projects, our customers, our finances, our pipelines and our business! Well we finally found it all-in one with Agiled.

Easy to use and have a promising roadmap with a lot of new features coming soon. The Wordpress and Woocommerce integration are going to be very useful 😉

The white-label option is awesome for our customers and our business model.

Like any other CRM, you have to take time to familiarize yourself with all the features.

I was wondering if the pipeline would be added in the action or trigger of the automation.

Mit Agiled kann ich die Produktivität meines Unternehmens mit vielen einfach einzurichtenden Funktionen steigern! Und einer der Hauptgründe, warum ich Agiled gekauft habe, waren die vielen Integrationen (Pabbly). Die Einrichtung von White-Labeling ist einfach mit einer eigenen Domain (z.B. clients.yourdomain.com) und einer eigenen E-Mail-Adresse (per SMTP).

Früher musste ich zwischen verschiedenen Projektmanagement-Tools hin- und herwechseln, aber jetzt kann ich alles einem einzigen Ort verwalten!

Deutsch im Backend/Frontend ist auch verfügbar, könnte aber noch etwas verbessert werden.

Agiled is a fantastic solution to manage your business having most of the features in single dashboard. It offers white-labelled solution also.

I have been putting the CRM features through its paces, and I'm impressed. The system obviously has some build-out that needs to be accomplished, but I am confident that the team working on this software is going to get it where it needs to be in order to be competitive in the space. I have paid a lot more for a lot less functionality. Customer service has been responsive, friendly, and helpful. I see a lot of potential and I'm glad I have jumped onto the platform at this time.

In the last year since I began using Agiled, their feature set has grown considerably. Instead of using multiple apps to manage my workflow, I can now keep my team together in one app offering better productivity. It has grown to be my all-in-one business platform which saves me time and money.

In addition to providing me with an efficient platform to manage my business, it allows me to customize it the way I like with my brand colors, on-boarding flow, automations, lots on integrations, etc, I specially love the white-label feature, it's very professional and I have increased my credibility as a small business owner thanks to this. Since I have a number of international clients, being able to use the platform in several languages is a major plus.

Overall the platform is great for small/medium size businesses, the roadmap is very promising and the Agiled team has delivered. The UI/UX needs improvements but surely we will get there, I highly recommend it.

Great Layout. Easy to Use

I bought Agiled and was active with the software on the same day. One of the main reasons I bought Agiled was because it had so many integrations (such as email; xero accounting etc). It is a one stop operational system.
i am not a technical person, but this software was easy to use. I had a query and sent a message to support. They were very quick in responding.
As a sole entrepreneur this software will enable me to be more efficient and effective.

The software is pretty good for people looking an all-in-one platform kind of deal. It has invoicing, CRM, HRM, Project management, etc. I really liked the simplicity of the product. They also have a public roadmap where people can recommend features and share there ideas. Overall a nice purchase.

The software is easy to use. Even great for beginners. Even though, there are bugs in the software, they address it really fast and fix it swiftly.

The support is very good and they address the issues very soon.

I would recommend to use it.

Although Agiled is new, but I'm amazed with all the features. It's a complete solution for me to run my agency and consulting business. From creating invoice, managing team, managing tasks and projects, and more. I just switched from my previous project board tools to Agiled.

Agiled is like a dream CRM. It has SMTP, custom domain, online forms, chatting, invoices, booking, portal login for clients. Every option works as expected.

Agiled has all the options I will ever need but the best part for me is the ability to disable options that I do not currently need since I am just a growing business. It is comforting to know that Agiled got me covered as I grow my business.

I wasted days and weeks trying out different CRMs, only to find out it's not flexible enough or the features are buggy. I'm so happy I found Agiled. The customer support is awesome too.

This is a very strong product and I have been recommending to everyone I know who can use it. And I am always scared to recommend to friends in case it blows up in my face but I am very confident with Agiled that they will keep developing and making their already great product even better.

I like the idea of a complete and very well integrated all-in-one set of tools to manage my customers, invoices, tasks, earnings, expenses... Agile also provides a broad set of integrations and automations which ideally fit my needs. Agiled also enables to translate everything, which is an essential feature for me. I'm not a huge fan of the interface, but it's a minor detail.

Agiled is the perfect tool for freelancers and entrepreneurs who want to run their business like a well-oiled machine. I love how Agiled saves me an insane amount of time, and now I can focus on what's important. The Software allows you to plan your day so that everything gets done with optimal efficiency. In essence, the whole process became much more manageable; It's an excellent tool for launching a new business, too! And, more improvements and features are coming for Q3 and Q4 of 2021.

A simple but highly effective tool to help a small business manage day to day customers projects and operations. I rate the easy setup and quick integrations with this solution. I was able to complete an integration in seconds and easily understand the instructions without having to review any manual or do search. It is intuitive. The roadmap is also highly impressive for an affordable product.

I've tested a few other business productivity tools and Agiled is the winner. Planning my online business, it seems so easy, constantly keeping myself and the staff, even customers updated on the progress. Great custom support! The only missing feature I can think of is a mind-mapping feature.

Agiled is a time saving, efficient, powerful platform that helps manage our clients and projects. Very intuitive to set up and use - for both admins AND clients.

Finally got a tool which houses almost everything in one no need to switch between tools. Agiled is a complete package to run a business, which combines almost everything in one, Project management, Finance, Customers, leads & Employees. On top of that you get automated workflows, data rich reports for Tasks, timesheet, Finance, Earning & Expense, Leaves etc.. I love Gantt Chart, this is must to efficiently manage a project, one of the reason I bought this deal – In most of the Project management tools Gantt is missing. Agiled replaces so many tools for business operations, like appointment tool – Replaces calendly, Finance tool replaces Quickbook and many more, Say no to recurring payments for various tools, just switch to Agiled.

Damn, This is an amazing product. Does everything a company needs. Great Work
