It was a small virtual class. I don't think I could have retained the information without the engagement. Shri was patient and great to have as an instructor. He was personable and made the experience very worthwhile!!!!

Fatimah is amazing! I took the 3 day PMI ACP course. She is personable, thorough, and really knows her stuff. She takes time to explain and kept me engaged the entire time. We were really able to take advantage of our 1-on-1 class and she helped me to understand the different facets of agile. If you get the change to learn with Fatimah, you will not only benefit from the learning and materials but it also feels like you're just chatting with a friend for the 3 days - it was one of the best courses I've had the pleasure of taking.

I am excited to start to apply these methods to my existing role and helping my org become more agile!

The instructor is knowledgeable however the course lacked in content Mainly when I am trying to start in the area so I don't have any knowledge of the processes. I had to take another class online to be able to take the test.

Instructor was great! Remote option was great and condensed days to complete education hours. Instructor went above and beyond to teach and provide materials.

Great trainers. Very accommodating as I am the only person on the course.

I would prefer to have course notes to scribble on along side the zoom

It was good and a great refresher to be exam ready.

Our instructor, Lolo Esther Shirley was phenomenal! She was engaging, so knowledgeable and flexible with scheduling due to various work commitments.

Our instructor was very welcoming and knowledgeable, making the content valuable as well as easily digestible. I would have liked to see more breaks, as we only took 2 ten minute breaks each day. We also had quite a bit of rescheduling. The first was due to my being the only one in a session, which was not an ideal experience so we had to pivot. The second was an unavoidable scheduling conflict. The third was due to technical difficulties. Most of those changes were definitely understandable, it was just a little difficult to continue clearing my work calendar and/or find childcare.

Esther was amazing! She was so smart and helpful. Esther is a really good teacher and gave great examples - she has deep expertise and was a true professional. She was engaging and built my confidence to schedule my exam. Thank you Esther!

My instructor, Osama Jaber. was phenomenal. He was able to explain difficult concepts in plain language and facilitate my understanding with real world examples. He made the material easily digestible. I plan to come back for my PMP training.

I recently took the 3 day CAPM course. Excellent course, covers what you need to know. Fantastic instruction, well paced & interactive. I highly recommend this course.

I attended a training session with Fatima. While the content was informative, the organization and communication left much to be desired.

The sessions were scheduled for 5 hours, but with approximately 1 hour spent on breaks, Fatima consistently finished early—about an hour before the scheduled end every session. Scheduled breaks were never respected; for example, a 10-minute break would always turn into 15-20 minutes. She rushed through the material in the 3 hours of training sessions.

The biggest issue was on Day 3. On the morning of the last session, I received an email from Fatima stating that the session had to be postponed due to an office emergency. Later, I discovered this wasn’t accurate—she had used that time to catch up with two other participants who had missed Day 1. It was very dishonest of her and showed a lack of respect for others' time. The schedule could have been rearranged so everyone could progress without affecting those who were attending from day 1, and better communication would have made this possible. Instead, I had to rearrange my schedule at the last minute, which was frustrating.

In summary, while the training material itself was valuable, I would advise future sessions to respect others' time, stick to the full session length instead of rushing through material, and maintain honest, transparent communication with all participants. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Agility Academy.

Fatima was fantastic! She did a great job of explaining concepts, was willing to take the time to answer questions, and encouraging interactivity.

The leadership portion of the course was especially valuable. The team collaboration was fantastic, and discussing real-world examples really helped to marry the course material with how it applies to our actual jobs.

I found the material very informative and our instructor, Shri, was great. He did a really good job conveying the lessons while keeping the students engaged.

This was an excellent three-day course. The instructor presented the material clearly and concisely, making it easy to follow. I appreciated how open they were to real-life questions and deeper discussions. The hourly breaks were thoughtfully built in and helped maintain focus. I’d definitely recommend this class to anyone looking to deepen their understanding of Agile, especially if they’re in a similar learning phase.

I’m incredibly grateful for the PMI-ACP course facilitated by Agility Academy. My instructor, Osama, was exceptionally knowledgeable and his guidance made complex concepts easy to grasp. I highly recommended for anyone pursuing agile certification!

Topics were summarized, presentation was interactive, trainer has experience, no cognitive load.

I really enjoyed my ACP training class. What made me choose Agility Academy is the are a PMI approved partner and their schedule is very flexible.

Sandip is a great instructor. The small class size made things personal and comfortable.

I highly recommend this course if you are wanting to know more about Agile or take a prep class for your ACP certification.
