I was interested in taking a training course on Scaled Agile but found myself overwhelmed by the various certification options. I reached out to Agility Academy, and they promptly called me to discuss my background. After reviewing my profile, they recommended the Leading SAFe 6.0 certification.

The training sessions were highly informative, filled with practical insights and real-world examples. We explored several common challenges and their solutions while implementing the SAFe Agile framework.

I wholeheartedly recommend Agility Academy as a trusted and effective training partner for SAFe Agile.

I paid for a one-on-one training session and wasn’t able to attend due to last-minute issues. I communicated this, but Agility Academy refused any refund—even though no actual training took place. They claimed the trainer was present but didn’t provide any proof of delivery, and offered only to reschedule after I asked for a refund. Their refund policy is rigid, dismissive, and customer-hostile. I wouldn’t recommend them if you value flexibility, fairness, or accountability.

I chose the wrong class and was offered a partial credit for another course. After attending the first one, I couldn't understand the instructor.

Anuj was great. I feel this course covered a lot and now I can continue my CAPM training and be fully prepared to take the exam

I felt like the material was broken into easy to understand segments. My coach was clear and provided great analogies so I could understand things easier. As someone who does not have a lot of experience in the project management terms, it did feel like a lot was being thrown at you, but I understand the course is only 3 days and needs to cover a lot of ground. This course felt like, partnered with my own studying, I will be able to pass the exam.

Shri was an excellent instructor! Course material was very organized and executed.

1- Training I would be say was not good at all. May be I was all alone in the batch so trainer was in a rush to run through the ppt without explaining the concepts properly
2 - No Test paper run through was done unless I asked for it. It was actually another trainer who shared some good question bank that helped me clear the exam
3 - No Exam booking process was explained unless I made a noise about it after my application was rejected by PMI

Overall Agile Academy Experience could have been better I felt.

My experience with Agility for DASSM certification is excellent. My trainer wa excellent. Without his support it is not possible to clear the certification exam.

The DASM certification course was easy to understand with many breakdowns and explanations of the course material. My instructor Sandip was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions with clarity. Even though I had prior knowledge of Agile methodologies I learned a ton that I can apply to real-world examples! The lessons were concise and easy to digest. I would recommend this course to anyone interested in learning Agile.

Learning with Shri was a great experience. I have completed the PMP program online and really appreciate the one to one methodology.

Knowledgeable instructor (Shri) who was flexible in getting the course complete. He volunteered some of his time for test preparation. They seem very invested in you and believe your success is their success. He was also very helpful with the PMP application process.

Although the class just had myself and one other student, having that smaller, more focused instruction really gave me a chance to contribute more to the conversation making it more interactive

I'd say I love how the Discipline Agile Scrum Master training breaks down complex topics into manageable chunks. The structure and real-life applications help me see how everything connects, and I feel much more confident afterward. Plus, Sandip as instructor made it the interactive make it engaging, not just a lecture!
The "Aha" moment was when Sandip shared the DA Browser! It was like a light bulb going off – making the theory feel not just abstract but something that can be applied practically.
I highly recommend this course to all as concepts are available to apply to any life situations.
