Avoid Casiola at all costs! They should be reported to the FTC for questionable business practices. Had to cancel my vacation and did so within allocated time. I received an email stating my reservation was cancelled and a credit was issued for my deposit. Upon checking my account, there was no credit issued. I called and was told they cannot issue a credit due to a change in their system. At no time did they notify me that the credit could not be issued. After several emails and phone calls they told me I had to request a charge back from my credit card company. Avoid this company at all costs. Use vrbo or booking for safer transactions. Very shady business practice!

Small grandchildren found drugs under lounge cushions by pool. Notified Casiola management. Never responded. Never acknowledged our concerns. NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY.

Obviously, also shows they don't even bother cleaning.

Most of the staff were great and the apartment we rented was ok (few marks/broken items that were there while we got there and then some things broke while we were there). However, now they are trying to charge me for some of the damages that were already there when we arrived (probably charged other tenants too). Not sure i would use them again (I actually didn't pick the company - I booked through booking.com and I think casiola is the management company).
