Amazing money saver and quick replies to queries. Obviously still at an early stages with the website (some kinks to work out) but I sold my flat within a few weeks at a turbulent time in the market. Very easy to follow the steps and takes away the displeasure of having to deal with estate agents directly. Saved 1000s and friendly helpful replies from agreed staff.

My partner wanted to sell her house but had to be admitted to hospital due to on-going cancer treatment and asked me to manage matters. I found this company online and asked if they will allow me to manage matters on behalf of my partner who is the registered home owner, they said yes and that they need ID. I provided all ID requested including a photo selfie with my partner standing outside hospital with a thumb pointing to her ear but despite everything was rejected and sadly we went elsewhere to another company who were happy to help and have done a great job.

My property is totally ready for market but has not yet gone live. The process was logical and straight-forward. My house is quite quirky so some of the off-the-peg phrases and descriptions didn't really work for it, but by messaging Agreed, new, appropriate words and phrases were added to the list for me to use. I'm sure when the time is right for me to go live, my house will sell as quickly as it would with a local agent, and I'll be saving a fortune in fees.

I planned to use an agent to sell my small property but discovered a lot of them are now doing a fixed fee - which is fine if you are at the higher end of the market but on a small sale is very expensive for what you get. Discovered Agreed and as I was happy to do viewings myself it was the perfect way to get my house advertised online without paying a fortune for the privilege! Process was quick and easy and any questions promptly answered on the chat facility. They issue the Memorandum of Sale which is one of the few jobs the estate agent would do and the rest is covered by the solicitors. We have just completed and I would highly recommend Agreed - I will use them again should I need to in future.

Found their service really good and straightforward. Even after I stopped using their service they forwarded to me interested parties that tried to contact me through their site. That's a a sign they really want to look after their customers and I really appreciate that.

I'm going to be 100% honest in my revue. I had no idea when I set about on my mission to sell my property that I would have an opportunity to sell it myself through a DIY site such as 'Agreed'. I didn't think that it was possible, or that I had the ability to take on such a task, but the idea of saving myself quite a bit of money during these hard times was just too overwhelming, and I pushed myself enthusiastically into the task! Now having experienced the process, and expecting completion to take place in January 23, I am absolutely thrilled to have taken that decision, and I am so pleased with the help I have been given along the way! Whenever I needed any technical assistance, it was on hand, but the website is clear and concise once you get used to navigating it. All in all a great experience and I would definitely recommend that anyone who wishes to save themselves some of their hard earned cash should use 'Agreed'! You won't regret it!

We decided to use agreed after a local estate agent wanted to charged over £3k in fees. We also liked the idea that we could do the viewings... After all who knows your house the best, you! We could easily arrange viewing around our requirements and had direct contact with anyone who made an appointment which was great. It meant most of our viewings were done in the evening when the agents would have been closed. We sold within 2 weeks. Could not recommend Agreed more highly.

Excellent team, excellent company - wish the website was easier to navigate.

Agreed makes everything about selling your home simple. They offer all the services wanted from estate agents without any of the additional hassle and at a fraction of the price. You deal direct with the potential buyers, fitting viewings into your schedule without the back and forth through an additional and unnecessary 3rd party in the communication. There is no working to office hours, I communicated with buyers directly anytime making everything much faster to organise. I had viewings in the evenings and on Sundays as it worked best for me, and it also works best for most buyers as it is outside of working hours. I had offers sent directly to me instantly through the app.
I would recommend agreed to everyone looking to sell their home, it’s much easier and extraordinarily cheaper than other options available.

I used agreed as an alternative to a normal estate agent wanting to pay less in estate agency fees but still get a good price for my house without too much hassle. The platform is highly intuitive and provides a clear and simple process for getting your house on the market - I managed to complete the sale of my house inside 3 months of listing it, I only spent around 5 hours total on the whole process and the best part? It cost me £50 in TOTAL for the listing, managing and completion of the house sale (this includes listing it on Rightmove / Zoopla!!) - it is seriously a no brainer to use Agreed; I achieved a great sale price and saved a lot of money, I didn’t have to spend much time selling the house and the process was simple and easy!

Highly recommended.
It is only £10 a week for advertising on Rightmove & Zoopla. And you get control of your advert, just as you would expect.
I kept expecting to find a catch, but there isnt one.
I do not know why anyone would pay more.
There are a couple of other cheap online agents, but one doesnt advertise on Zoopla without a significant extra payment, and the other first farms out your property to a 'list of potential buyers' before advertising it - which sounds like a ploy to take advantage of inexperienced sellers.
With Agreed what you see is what you get. I will definitely use them next time I sell a property.

Absolutely fantastic! I sold my London flat in less than a month and saved thousands of pounds… say goodbye to traditional real estate agencies and trust Agreed.co.uk because it is reliable and there are no hidden tricks. I was initially rather skeptical, but Charles gave me confidence by answering all my questions. At the end of the day, the “magic” happens by being advertised on rightmove and zoopla (same visibility that you’d have through expensive agencies) but paying only £9.99 a week is incredible. Interested buyers found it very easy to get in touch directly with me and truly enjoyed arranging the viewings directly with me as the seller - no filters, no lies, straight to the point. And if you get a message from a buyer late at night (when people are online), you can reply right away, no office hours. This is the self-service business of the future, and I cannot thank them enough. Wholeheartedly recommended!

We found 'Agreed' to be excellent value for money. We sold our property within ten days of advertising with them. We had at least 8 viewings in the first week. The staff were always helpful with any queries that cropped up.
