Have been paying a fortune for rightmove & Zoopla subscriptions but the property didn’t go live!!! I also payed extra for a PREMIUM listing and of course it’s not been allocated. No wonder I haven’t been getting any viewings!!! Got in touch with them and not even heard anything back. Absolutely ridiculous customer service how many people do you have? Don’t take on properties if you don’t have the capacity to keep them live!! A shambles company. Taking money but not doing what they say. I’m furious.

This is the future of house selling. I was so pleased I found this excellent platform. It meant I ended up selling my house for the princely sum of £29.97. Incredible! If I was an estate agent, I’d be VERY worried.

Used Agreed.co.uk to sell my house and the whole process was simple. The layout of the platform was excellent and easy to use. I've saved around £2000 using Agreed.co.uk over using a tradition estate agent. You would be crazy not to use them. Can't recommend them enough.

long winded no fault of “Agreed” nor seller or buyer but we got there 😊

Terrible customer service, poorly trained, attitude of: "your problem not mine" when finally got through to someone, very slow to respond. Doesn't bode well for selling a house if that's how you behave. Their response is BS. Very poorly trained people.

I've only used Agreed on one occasion. I was going to view one of their properties. But the day before the viewing the agent called me to say that property was now gone. But he still kindly offered to show me round as planned {just {in case the buyer dropped out at some point}. But I declined.

Friendly and helpful. Great idea to sell your house at a much reduced cost, still with access to Rightmove and Zoopla.
Would like new photos etc to be approved and uploaded more quickly.

Looking at properties locally I noticed that a valuation of a property in an area that I'm very familiar with, was way out. It looked to me as if the Agreed algorithm had missed a key piece of data. (That the particular property had 1 bedroom only)

I liked the speed of the agents replying to my messages, but didn’t like that I constantly had to login to the third party platform to communicate and agree on the viewing times.

Really responsive customer service, and also seller response. It is awesome to have direct communcation with a seller instead of going through an estate agent.

It's a really good price to get your property advertised on the major online websites, Agreed.co.uk is easy to use a well.
However, I thought their customer service was a bit slow, very often I don't get a reply until the next day, but I was expecting a quick response within an hour, or at least same day.

They had some problem with their site as well, I have made the payment and my property was ready to be advertised on Rightmove/Zoopla, it said they need to verify first, and will take no longer than 2 or 3 days (I can't remember how many days exactly now). I was waiting anxiously, as I wanted my property to be advertised asap, but it was never on Rightmove/Zoopla. After the x days as I was told, I contacted them through their online chat, they told me they never got the notification! Anyway, wasted about 2 days, and it was finally advertised on Rightmove/Zoopla.

Unfortunately for me, I didn't get that many interests through. I was with Agreed for about a month, but didn't get as many viewings as I'd hoped. I found a property I really wanted to buy, but my offer was rejected due to I wasn't ready to proceed, so I had to change to a traditional estate agent, before they even put my property on the market, they've already arranged more viewings in the 3 days I've been with them, compare to the 1 month I've been with Agreed. Offer received on the 4th day with the traditional estate agent, and I have accepted it.

Overall, I do like Agreed, as you're getting your property on the market for a fraction of what you would be paying the estate agent, but it's a passive approach, waiting for buyers to contact you. I would only recommend this if you're willing to do all the work yourself. In my case, I was unfortunate to sell my property when the mini budget happened, I guess that was the main reason I wasn't getting my interests in my property.

Great experience. Sold my house within a day, costing just £10! Also had a slight technical issue receiving messages from Zoopla, but they jumped straight on this, fixed it in 1 day and all the messages then came through. They even called me twice to ensure I was happy with the service and their response to the technical problem. Highly recommended.

Only thing I would want to add to the service is for the ability to have people call me about the ad, rather than being initially restricted to email only. But other than that, no complaints at all.

Using Agreed has been a seamless process with our property taking just 3 weeks to sell from the time of listing.

We decided to buy the photo and EPC package so including the advertising cost on Rightmove & Zoopla, we spent the grand total of £264 to sell our property compared with £6-8k with an agent.

The platform itself is intuitive and guides you through the process of listing and selling your home. When I did have questions, the support team were quick to respond which gave me confidence throughout.
