You had exactly what I wanted at a very good price and delivered promptly.

I ordered at the end of the year, was called - which is amazing in itself and told politely out of stock and not available until 6th Jan. This was great customer service.

Then a week later the product arrived and earlier than expected.

Good old time service - not found often.

I mistakenly ordered the incorrect set of Sutton Burs, when I received them and noticed the issue, I made contact with the Aims sales team and they were helpful in arranging for me to return them and send me the correct set

Where do I start? First you chase me for a payment that had already been made but not acknowledged by your accounts team, then when I chase you for where my delivery is I find out that you not only don't stock the item but you fail to order the item in until 20 days after receiving my payment.
