It was a great first class experience.

I'm extremely disappointed, communication was poor the whole experience was just frustrating and unhelpful.
I wouldn't recommend at all

In 2023, I was diagnosed with advanced prostate cancer and felt overwhelmed by my prognosis in Canada. After contacting Airomedical, Ellie guided me through treatment options in Germany and handled all logistics.In Berlin, Professor Dressel created a new plan that included Lutetium-177 therapy. Thanks to Airomedical’s support, my cancer is now in remission. I am grateful for their exdiseaseceptional care and highly recommend their services to anyone having serious .

SCAM ALERT!!! Avoid AiroMedical at all costs!

I cannot stress this enough: DO NOT use AiroMedical’s services under any circumstances. My experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel obligated to warn others before they fall into the same trap.

Firstly, they charge exorbitantly high prices, inflating costs by 5-10 times more than the actual treatment or service price. It’s blatant exploitation. I needed a routine check-up at the University Hospital in Germany and paid €3,702 through AiroMedical. Later, I discovered that the actual cost of the same service directly from the hospital would have been a fraction of this price.

Their service is a disaster. Not only is it completely disorganized, but it is also entirely useless. Despite paying such an outrageous amount, they failed to arrange the promised treatment. I was left stranded, without any proper guidance or support, and ultimately received no medical care.

When I tried to resolve the issue and request a refund, they refused to refund my money. Their response was dismissive, and they made zero effort to take accountability for their failure. To make matters worse, they stopped responding to my emails. It has now been six months since I last heard from them, despite my repeated attempts to contact them.

AiroMedical is not just unprofessional – they are outright fraudulent. They take advantage of vulnerable people who are already dealing with health concerns, making false promises and then disappearing when something goes wrong. Their greed and lack of integrity are appalling.

If you need medical treatment abroad, do NOT trust AiroMedical. Instead, I urge you to either contact the hospital directly or work with a reputable company that values its clients and offers genuine support. AiroMedical is a scam, plain and simple.

This has been one of the worst experiences of my life. I hope this review helps others avoid the same fate. Stay away!

Please do not use this company. They took advantage of us while trying to get life saving treatment for our 18 year old son who had an aggressive cancer.
When I received the quote for the treatment from Airomedical I assumed this was from the Professor in Germany and maybe Airomedical might have added a small percentage on but did not realise the extent of just how much they added. After my dons 1st treatment I asked the clinic directly if Airiomedical were adding anything on and how much. They were adamant that Airinedical wasn’t profiting. This was because they were unaware of it as they were sending the invoice to Airomedical then they were adding their profit on and sending me their own invoice.
I didn’t realise this until after my son’s 3rd treatment when I questioned the clinic again about how much they charged. It soon came to light that they were adding on upto €15,000 a time so all in all they made at least €40,000 out of us. As you can imagine we were furious and I contacted Airomedical. I was advised that these payments were for correspondence between the Professor and I e.g emails sending pics of scans and taxi.
€40,000 at the least seems a hell of a lot of money for administrative duties and the clinic agreed. I asked for my money back that had been taken on top of the treatment cost to no avail. There wasn’t anything written on any contact the explained what or how much they would take and nothing was ever mentioned verbally either.
They are a complete rip off and prey on vulnerable people.

I used Airomedical for treatments in Frankfurt, Germany.

With that being said, I was told that I would have 4 treatments and that they included extra money in the amount I paid and that a hospital monitor would monitor all invoices after the treatment and return the remaining funds. The first problem was when I wired the money and they claimed they didn’t receive the proper amount deposited. So far, I’ve not gotten a copy of what was deposited into their account, but they said it was roughly 3000 euros less than what was sent. I sent $43,680 which converted to 39,500ish euros but they claimed they only received around 36,500ish euros. They said they had included extra money that would be returned, so there was no need to send the “additional” money. After my 4th treatment, I received an email stating that I received an extra treatment and they were requesting almost 13,000 euros. I have an email from them stating there would be 4 treatments and an email from the doctor stating that 4 treatments was always the plan. The doctor said he wanted me to come back for 2 more treatments and Airomedical sent me an invoice for over 25,000 euros.

The treatments I recieved cost 3,900 euros, so the four treatments I received would have cost 15,600 euros. I sent 39,500ish euros and then they tried charging me almost 13,000 more claiming there was an extra treatment. So, they want to charge 52,500 euros for 15,600 euros of treatment plus 2 round trip transfers from the airport and transportation to 4 treatments.

I’ve requested copies of invoices from the hospital from them showing they were paid and requested an itemized list of charges because I should be getting money back, not being asked to pay more. They still haven’t sent me any of this. Basically, they are charging me 24,000 euros for 2 airport transfers and transportation to 4 medical appointments which were 10 minutes from the hotel.

Stay away from this company.

Incredible medical innovation in the market, and happy that this platform exists! Not only do they have professional service, and quick response, but most importantly, a responsible founder working alongside.

For more than two months now, I have been working as a Senior Medical Writer at AiroMedical.

I noticed something unusual compared to most marketing departments in other companies. But, these findings make me experience exclusively positive emotions and gladly join this team.

Most employees call and offer patients various treatment options, and customers support team members try to provide the most suitable and effective therapy, but not the most expensive or fancy.

They look through the guidelines, search for more info about the patient's condition, and analyze the market to find innovative and experimental treatments.

They didn't ever try to sell "magical pills" or "ultra-high-tech surgery" for dozens of thousands. They even don't use sell-scripts when calling patients!

In the last few months, I've noticed it's normal behavior here: a genuine desire to help the patient. At AiroMedical, most employees value human life and health above their salaries.

That's the thing about AroMedical's corporate culture that will keep me in this company for a long time. It's outstanding to finally discover and become a part of a company that fully matches my core values and beliefs!

Ich habe wieder eine sehr gute Zusammenarbeit mit AiroMedical erleben dürfen! Man hat das Gefühl, meine Ansprechpartnerin ist 24/7 für mich da! Es kommt manchmal doch dazu, dass man nachfragen muss. Super schnell, super kompetent, immer freundlich. Und IMMER erreichbar!!! Am Telefon, via WhatsApp. Man merkt, dass das Team, das um Hintergrund spielt, sehr gut zusammen arbeitet. Als ich hörte "ich frage meine Kollegin ", war ich sehr skeptisch, aber nur 5 Minuten später kam schon die Antwort!
