Please do not buy this stupid software!!
This software cannot restore iPhone backup data.
It even requires a fee and does not have a 30-day money-back guarantee.
When I complain that the software does not work well, they reply that there is not enough data and it is difficult to refund.
They send me an absurd answer that I have to prove that the software is problematic.
(I restored it with another software and it was restored without any problems.)
The total money I lost with this software is 179.3 USD.
I was relieved because they said it would be paid monthly, but they use a trick that charges me again after a week.
(I did not get a refund for this either.)
The customer service center does not respond.

I purchased and installed the Aiseesoft FoneTrans software. I had a problem trying to send files from my windows computer to my iPhone. I sent an email to Aiseesoft Support requesting assistance. Within a couple of hours I was contacted by email. “Reggy” from the support team assisted me and I was successful in my endeavor. The software worked as described. A great purchase!!

The program is very good and easy to use

I purchased Video Converter Ultimate. Great application. I am a happy camper!
When I replaced my PC I needed to update the registration code, Reggy in customer service did it quickly and let me know when it was done. The service is great. All businesses should be this good!

Had to reinstall software on new system so customer services reinstated registration .

Aiseesoft Mac Screen Recorder is the only software that allows me to capture video across the screen of my iMac WITHOUT causing artifacts, ghitch, etc. as, I do son other software.
Despite the fact that I am using macOS Sonoma 14.7.5 with OCLP and an nVidia Kepler video card, the capture works fine both full screen and with a cropped portion of the screen!
I have tried many other software, but none is as stable as Aiseesoft Mac Screen Recorder and all the others cause artifacts in the recording.
Then what about the Aiseesoft Support? They are fantastic! Miss Shea answered me right away and was professional and kind.
I will probably purchase more software as they demonstrate competence and quality.

This product doesn't work in removing, or bypassing google lock. They refuse to give requested refund don't recommend this product!

Tried their Screen Recorder over 6 months ago, it wouldn't accept the verification code so I cancelled the subscription and deleated the program from my PC. Now I've just discovered they have been billing be and charging my CC every month for the last 6 months.
STAY WELL AWAY.

The Screen Recorder is an invaluable tool. I purchased a lifetime license, installed it on a newer PC, but then the PC must have had a short somewhere since it died completely. After just a few weeks, I had to return it and get another PC. An explanation of my issue to Aiseesoft got my a quick response with a new license key to use on the replacement PC installation. You can't ask for better!!

Ačkoli se vyskytla nepříjemná chyba, společnost nakonec vše vyřešila k mé spokojenosti. Bylo by mi líto, kdybych nemohl SW nadále používat, protože jsem si ho velmi oblíbil. Příjemné intuitivní ovládání, rychlost, stabilita, super Česká lokalizace!

Na mijn melding dat het programma niet meer wilde opstarten, kreeg ik onmiddellijk een nieuwe link om de software nog eens te downloaden en te herinstalleren met de bijhorende instructies.
Het was niet de eerste keer dat ik op de support beroep moest doen maar iedere keer toprespons!

Very good program, and very good help from helpdesk. I changed computer, cause previous was too old, and service helps me to relocate my subscription to my new computer ! I love it! Respect for very good client treating. Program is easy to use , all functions are clear :) Multitasking 5 stars !

The program is really good, it found and recovered the files I lost years ago.
