Excellent product to transfer from iphone back to the computer. My hard drive crashed and had to replace it.

Moved to a new Mac, and the software needed to be reset to accept the installation key. One email to their support and all was arranged, the software is working great again.

Używam FoneTrans Aiseesoft Studio od 4/5/2023, jestem zadowolony, działa bez problemu. Nawet po aktualizacji Windows 10 --> 11, support pomógł mi i zresetował licencję abym mógł dalej używać programu dalej.

Compre el producto para hacer jailbreak a iOS 18, lo cual el producto nunca especifica que no soporta esa version!. Compro el producto selecciono hacer jailbreak, y me envia a un tutorial viejisimo y que esta en su pagina gratuitamente. No compren esta porqueria! y para el colmo no me quieren devolver mis 31usd.

Aiseesoft worked with me to provide discounts and updates to existing purchases made over 10 years prior on older computers. Not many companies do that nowadays. Software works as intended which is why I still use it. Great company and customer service.

*Warning* - Do not purchase Android Unlocker, Aiseesoft make misleading claims saying it removes the screenlock and FRP lock on all devices and systems.

It doesn't!!! - then they refuse to give you your money back.

Complete scam!! - Don't use this company or any of its software.

Video Converter Ultimate (for Mac in my case) offers a extremely wide range of formats, has a very good conversion quality, especially with highly compressed down conversions, and it is really fast.

Help was fast and kind. I change my computer and need a license resent. No problems no issues. Great attention!

The customer service and support was very efficient and did promptly react to solve my problem. I do recommend the recorder, a very good software.

FoneTrans

Initially using the free access to FoneTrans to test its capabilities, it looked like an ideal solution but, understandably, limited to transferring only 10 tracks to my iPhone.

I took the plunge and paid for a lifetime license (because I loathe subscriptions).
Then the problem started with FoneTrans transferring 20 tracks to the iPhone as 20 separate albums.
I looked up the support link and approach them only to be rejected and told to contact aiseesoft and download the latest version. That seemed reasonable, except that couldn’t find the “about” link.
Support at Aiseesoft were very slow in responding but eventually I managed to get the latest version down and was able to advise them of the version number.

What followed was a most frustrating 52 days and 25 emails back and forth that in the end did not even solve the problem – I doubt if they even understood despite screenshots.
Along the way I took a screenshot of a most remarkable message from the software indicating “export 53 music to iTunes successfully – 53 failed files”. Successfully or failed??

Support made no comment on this wonderful error message and still failed to resolve the problem.

I am still undecided whether they are incompetent or scammers – Regardless I suggest you don’t use their software and definitely don’t hand over 1 cent !

This software converts my audio files to just about any format thinkable. I particularly like drag and drop and the ease of converting batches of files. I bought a new computer and traded in my old, getting my license reset was just a matter of emailing the customer support.

Love software and when I had a registration issue on changing PC the support team helped very promptly.

The Fone software worked perfectly to transfer music from my computer to my phone. Additionally when I reached out for help customer service willing helped me. Thank you

I like to use the blu ray player to watch blu ray movies on a vr headset as some other certain programs block that kind of content. When my PC went down I asked if they could reset my registration code as it was for just one PC license. They responded within a few days and I'm back and running without having to purchase another license for no reason.
