The first delivery anouncement for 16th July.No one had informed us in advance that the delivery was cancelled. We had to find out by inquiring via WhatsApp .
I was told to wait until contacted which was not the case. After contacting VENTE UNIQUE Customer Services they managed to get me a date on the 6th August.Then it arrived 44 days after ordering

I had an absolutely unacceptable experience with AIT Home Delivery UK Ltd while delivering my new Samsung washing machine.
I had paid additional charges specifically for disconnection/dismantling and recycling of my old washing machine, along with complete installation of the new machine. Despite taking payment for these services, the delivery team refused to provide them.
The lady name Aliona delivery staff claimed that the connection knob was âbrokenâ and therefore they could not disconnect the old machine. I clearly explained that there was nothing wrong with the knob, but rather than properly checking or trying to resolve the situation, they contacted their manager and provided incorrect information that the knob was broken.
Their attitude towards resolving the problem was extremely disappointing. They appeared more interested in leaving than finding a solution and told me the delivery would simply have to be rebooked.
To prove that there was no issue preventing the work, I disconnected the old washing machine myself and handed it over to them. At that point, I expected them to at least complete the installation of the new machine â another service I had already paid for. Shockingly, they refused again, repeating the same excuse about the knob.
After an unpleasant exchange, they eventually left the new washing machine at my property and walked away without installing it.
I therefore ended up doing/arranging myself the work that AIT had already charged me to perform.
This raises a very simple question: what exactly did I pay the additional service charges for?
What made the experience particularly unacceptable was not simply that they refused the work, but the lack of willingness to listen, investigate properly or make any reasonable attempt to resolve the issue, while incorrect information was being communicated to their manager.
When a customer pays extra for disconnection, recycling and professional installation, they should not be left to disconnect and deal with the installation themselves.
I will be raising a formal complaint and requesting a full refund of all additional service charges for the services that were not provided.
Based on my experience, I would strongly advise customers to think twice before paying AIT Home Delivery UK Ltd for additional installation services. My experience was stressful, frustrating and completely below the standard I would expect from a professional home-delivery and installation company.

Then a call from the delivery time prior to arrival gave me more than enough time to prepare for the delivery. When the fridge freezer did quite fit through the kitchen door, the delivery team removed all the packaging before moving my goods into position in my kitchen. All waste material was removed too. Everyone involved was extremely polite, very helpful, and respected my property throughout the entire delivery process. Thank you.
