Helpful last minute change of delivery address
They were so helpful. We had a water leak where the bed was being delivered to and on the day of delivery, their customer service agreed to take it to the storage unit instead, which saved us a lot of hassle. The men who delivered were really helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.

The delivery was on time and quick
The delivery was on time and quick. Very experienced delivery men . A bit disconcerting that they spoke in a foreign all the time, but I’m sure it was just about manoeuvring the delivery item. Very good service.

Delivery & Collection for replacement items
Arrived on time, very professional, one unpacked delivery and the other photographed the return items, they took the returned items and then delivered the replacements in unpacked pieces. Asked if we were happy with everything and then packaged the replacements taking all traces of packaging with them.

Great service! The guys kept me updated on their likely delivery time slot and arrived on time. And then they managed a huge heavy box up the stairs without any damage to the staircase walls.

Excellent service. Would recommend
My furniture was delivered with care. The two gentlemen carried the heavy table up the stairs and set the boxes down gently in the lounge.
Communication was excellent with notification of time slot and progress messages. I receivdd a phone call shortly before delivery with an eta.

I received a time slot for the delivery…
I received a time slot for the delivery only to get another message that morning saying there was an issue, the sofa wasn’t put on the van so had to be put on another vehicle. Which ment my 10-12 time slot wasn’t valid and it turned up at 5.30 when I did turn up the delivery men wasn’t very careful about carrying it in knocking into my shelf

Great service, called before they arrived and took the mattress up stairs, I gave them they code and they removed the old mattress , both very polite and also took away packaging from new mattress
