Complete Ajax security system in family house.
A local security service provider installed an Ajax security system in my house comprising an AJAX 4G Hub, keypad, 6 motion detectors, two sirens - in-door and out-door - and got the app configured on my mobile phone. All components are wireless, which guaranteed a clean install. The system is reliable and responsive when being controlled through the excellent app, which is very convenient. Works well for the entire family. It has been running for 6 months since implementations, so far so good. I strongly recomment this manufacturer.

I had an intermittent communication issue with one of my DoorProtect detectors after more than three years of trouble-free operation.
Ajax Technical Support was excellent throughout the entire troubleshooting process. They responded promptly, provided clear and detailed instructions, and guided me step by step through battery replacement, a proximity test, and finally a swap test with another detector.
The swap test confirmed that the detector itself was faulty, allowing me to identify the problem with confidence and order a replacement.
What I appreciated most was their patience and willingness to continue troubleshooting instead of simply providing a generic answer. Every response was professional, helpful, and easy to follow.
Excellent customer and technical support. Very satisfied with the experience!
