Le service après-vente d'Ajax est rapide et efficace. Il indique sans délai la méthode pour régler un problème, par exemple le rétablissement du wifi après un changement de box. Je l'ai utilisé plusieurs fois et toujours avec la même satisfaction.

The best Intruder & Fire products available in the UK
I have been working with AJAX products for many years in the UK market and they truly are class leading in the Intruder and Fire industry. They have managed to to design products with superior features and functions, yet very simple to install and configure. They lead the market with the latest technological developments, topped off with excellent technical support. They are not the cheapest option, but they are definitely the best value and miles ahead of the competition. Ajax is our go to choice for Security and Fire products.

Le produit de la gamme baseline
Le produit de la gamme baseline, la seule à pouvour être auto installée est simple a installer et remplit parfaitement son rôle.
Le fait de pouvoir compléter son installation au besoin est appréciable.
La sirène extérieure pourrait même être plus puissante ...sous réserve de la réglementation
Il est dommage que les notifications ne puissent semble t il pas être effacées.
Un délai de suppression, même automatique serait le bienvenu.

Good system
Good system, not cheapest but hard wired and reliable security camera system. The LED light on motion sense could be brighter, but all in all happy with the product.

Great system…doorbell sounds the only small irritation
The Ajax system has been working really well. We have the cameras, NVR, alarm and doorbell. Very easy to configure and operate. My only ask, please update the doorbell to have more than one chirping sound.

Great security system, great home monitoring and control ability
Great security system overall. Have had for 6 months. Love that we can remotely access video footage (the video quality is decent, can sometimes pick up enough detail to read number plates of cars that drive by the front of the house 20m away) Love that we can control the system on our phone, the UI is simple and straight forward. We’re able to use our Yale door locks, garage door and front gate from the Ajax app.
Only issue was a garage door read hardware which randomly thought the garage door is open and was setting off alarms. After a number of attempts by the installer at adjusting the read, it was replaced about a month ago. Hasn’t had any trouble since being replaced.

It took us sometime to fine tune the sensitivity and the direction of the detection devices. Indeed, they were reacting when domestic animals were circulating by night or when lawn mower robot was passing by. That was triggering the alarm very often! The installer was not of a great help. Consequently I was obliged to fine tune the sensitivity (down to low) and the direction myself to minimize false alarms. After one month use devices are working very well and the system is providing us a great peace of mind as they are also connected to a professional security house (ESG) that I wish hereby to thank as well. As the installer is no more answering his phone or extending any help I’m looking for another one accredited by AJAX (particularly for system expansion, maintenance or changing the batteries): you could be of help. Thanks so much
Following Ajax reply, who did not leave a link to connect with them, I confirm that I accept their proposal: « assistance in finding another accredited Ajax installer for system expansion, maintenance, or battery replacement, our support team will be happy to help me connect with a certified partner in my area » and I do hope Mr Max Brin from Ajax would connect with me for coordination. thanks to relay my message

I would like to thank the customer service for the great help they provided me. I had a problem with a non-functioning siren and I knew nothing about the settings. Un support au top et super réactif, un vrai bonheur !
Un grand merci à l'équipe technique d'Ajax ! J'avais un chantier réseau assez complexe et pointu à gérer sur le terrain pour un gros client (gestion de flux vidéo, routeur multi-WAN, pare-feu...). J'ai contacté le support et franchement, j'ai été bluffé par leur réactivité et la précision de leurs réponses.
On sent qu'on a affaire à des passionnés qui connaissent leur sujet sur le bout des doigts et qui prennent vraiment le temps de nous aider à trouver les meilleures solutions. C'est ultra rassurant en tant que professionnel de se sentir soutenu comme ça.
