Je suis passé de la 2G à la 4 G par obligation alors que tout fonctionnait sans problème.
Je suis néophyte en alarmes mais j'ai voulu tenter l'installation moi même pour éviter le coût d'une installation par un professionnel.
Après quelques erreurs de ma part vite corrigées par un excellent sav j'ai pu reconfigurer ma nouvelle centrale et tous les dispositifs afférents.
Inutile de vous dire que je recommande cette société pour le rapport qualité/prix de ses produits et la réactivité de son service après vente.

The Ajax technical support team were very helpful
The Ajax technical support team were very helpful and patient. After suggesting and working through various steps in order to identify and resolve the issue, it was eventually discovered that a bug in an earlier version of the app was the cause of the problem. I have since installed the updated version of the app and everything seems to be working as it should. I’m hopeful that the problem has been resolved.

Robust and Easily Configurable With Good Support
Excellent product which appears to be very robust and easily configurable.
I contacted Support and they gave a very rapid response with comprehensive information that helped to fix the issue.
So far I would highly rate these products and the Support model is very good.

Ajax: easy, reliable, expandable — with one odd omission
Setting up an Ajax system is almost absurdly simple: scan each device's QR code, stick or screw it on with the included bracket, done. No cables, no installer, no mess.
And then it just works. Instant notifications, virtually zero false alarms, and batteries that genuinely last years. It also grows with you: opening, motion, leak and smoke detectors, sirens, cameras and automation scenarios, all in one app, with or without a monitoring subscription.
The downside: you can't set an alert for a sensor left open too long. The system knows a door is open, but there's no way to tell it "let me know if it's been ten minutes." The window forgotten before a trip or the garage left ajar go unnoticed — exactly the kind of oversight that ends up costing money.
Bottom line: well worth it, and it would be near-perfect if they added that in a firmware update.

Support issue with FireProtect sensor
I had an issue replacing the reserve battery in a FireProtect sensor. So I e-mailed support and got very detailed instructions on what might be the cause and how to resolve it (not available in manuals).
It worked just fine and solved my problem. Excellent support in any case.

After sales support.
After several emails to and from there support team, I can't thank them enough for there time explaining, why I couldn't add a device to my system. We've finally resolved the issue, which was my fault. I hadn't realised there are different devices, these being those that you can add yourself and those that need to be added by an approved installer. We've had the Ajax system for a few years now and it had been flawless. Highly recommend this Alarm system.
