Sehr gute Alarmanlage, bei mir auch mit Rauchmelder und Wassermelder. Servicetechniker vor Ort sehr zuverlässig. Ich brauchte jetzt Hilfe nach Handywechsel um mich wieder einzuloggen. Super schnelle Hilfe und von Ajax auch noch die Rückfrage ob es geklappt hat. War mit der Hilfe leicht zu machen. 5 Sterne . Vielen Dank

Sistema molto stabile, si aggiorna da solo ed è comodo, notifica quando il firmware ė stato installato, sto valutando la durata delle batterie dei vari sensori e per ora tuttook.

Bonjour, faisant suite à un transfert de Hubs j’ai contacté l’assistance depuis mon application, les précisions apportées m’ont permis de résoudre le dysfonctionnement très rapidement.

Très bon produit. J’ai installé plusieurs dispositifs à l’intérieur et à l’extérieur de ma maison. L’installation a été facile. J’apprécie que les détecteurs ne produisent quasiment pas de fausse alertes. J’attends de voir si le changement des piles est facile car cela me semble à priori un peu compliqué sur certains petits éléments comme les détecteurs de portes par exemple. La télécommande pourrait être améliorée, il est très difficile de lire les symboles sur les différents boutons. Il y a certainement de petites améliorations possibles mais globalement je suis très satisfait et je recommande le système d’alarme AJAX (je n’ai pas installé les caméras).

The system installed was simple, easy to use and so far been very reliable. We feel confident putting the system on when leaving the house and overnight usage. The installers were efficient, very courteous, trustworthy and I would definitely recommend them.
The security cameras are clear and well positioned, again we were guided by Ajax to ensure best viewing positions. All in all an excellent company with a good product.

Très bonne alarme évolutive avec une application qui permet une intallation tres facile des elements qui compose l'alarme.l'assistance du chat bot dans l'application est vraiment complète.

Доброго дня усім хто користується обладнанням компанії Ajax.
Я почув про компанію Ajax десь 2014 році, вона на той час випускала обмежену кількість девайсів, можу помилитися але це було 5 або 8 девайсів, але я зрозумів що у компанії є бажання будувати не тільки систему захисту (охорону) а ще йти дальше. Це було моє суб'єктивне бачення стосовно компанії Ajax.
Більш детально, я познайомився з виробами та представниками компанії Ajax на виставці по безпеці 2016р. Не можу пригадати усіх імен працівників які були тоді у павільйоні, можу назвати одне Юрій, Прізвища не називаю з ввічливості, бо не знаю чи маю право, Павільйон у компанії був не великий, але при спілкування з працівниками я зрозумів, що люди які представляють компанію Ajax, повністю володіють інформацією про обладнання, яке вони показують і перспективи розвитку компанії.
На моє запитання чи Вони планують розвивати тільки охоронну систему на базі Ajax, чи мають бажання йти у побудову чогось розумного і полегшуючого для користувача, щось типу розумних будинків, проєктів, квартир. Відповідь була стверджуюча, що компанія у перспективі уже заклала усе про що я питався. З того часу я тісно співпрацюю з цією компанією і можу твердо рекомендувати її для усіх бажаючих захистити себе чи своє помешкання, від будь чого. Від вторгнення, від пожежі, від бажання повернутися до помешкання бо не пам’ятаєте чи щось забули виключили, щоб не сталося чогось.
Тепер пару слів висловлю не як працівник (монтажник), який купляє і продає обладнання компанії Ajax, а як кінцевий користувач. Вкрай важливим для користувача (кінцевого), якщо він не є на обслуговуванні у якоїсь компанії, це технічна підтримка. Так як у процесі встановлення і налаштування любого обладнання так чи інакше з’являються якісь незрозумілості. І ось тут стає питання, чи правильно усе зробив, якщо так то чому воно на так працює як вказано і інструкції, що робити куди звертатися? Технічна підтримка у компанії Ajax на мою думку на самому високому рівні, стверджую однозначно. Так як на кожному новому об’єкті, при встановлення обладнання з’являються різні запитання, а вирішити їх допомагає саме технічна підтримка. Також можу навести приклад з особистого, недавно на об’єкті встановлювали додатковий девайс відео дзвінок DoorBell і вийшла неприємна ситуація. При підключення зовнішнього живлення, на болтику який кріпить вилочний контакт, зірвався шліц, місце під викрутку. Тобто, не було впевненості що контакт закріплено якісно, звичайно вина моя, але? Я передзвонив в Технічну підтримку, пояснив ситуацію що сталося. Сказав що пробував замінити іншим больтиком, але шляпка виступає і обмежує можливість збирання корпусу до монтажної площадки, мене вислухали, повністю уточнили що сталося, сказали що спробують допомогти, але передзвонять за пару хвилин. На протязі 10 хв. передзвонив оператор і сказала що такі речі вони не в змозі реалізовувати, так як це комплектне рішення, але вона спробує зв’язатися і щось придумає. А ще через 5 хвилин передзвонили і спиталася куди вони можуть надіслати кріплення (болтики), звичайно смішно виглядає, але. Все ж таки як приємно що у нас час (епоху споживача) є компанії які не тільки продають своє обладнання, а ще й переживають за своє ІМ’Я.

After a long and frustrating support process regarding a cellular connection problem with my Ajax Hub, I no longer believe even a one-star rating adequately reflects the quality of support I have received.

The problem itself is straightforward: the Hub detects the SIM card and cellular network with strong signal, but it cannot establish a cellular data connection.

I cooperated fully with Ajax Support and performed virtually every troubleshooting step requested. The SIM card was tested and confirmed to work. Both SIM slots were tested. The same SIM was also tested successfully with another Ajax Hub. I provided the requested Hub IDs, explained the physical locations of both devices, checked the relevant cellular settings, and repeatedly supplied screenshots and technical information.

Eventually, Ajax acknowledged that their logs showed that the problematic Hub could detect the cellular network but was not completing the connection process. I was told that the case had been escalated to the engineering team to determine whether the problem was related to the mobile operator or the Hub's modem/hardware.

This sounded promising.

After further communication, I was then specifically informed that a firmware update to version 2.40 had been initiated for my Hub and that I should test the cellular connection once the update was complete.

I waited.

The update never arrived.

The following morning, the Hub was still running its existing firmware, and the Ajax application explicitly reported that the device was up to date and that no update was available. I documented this with screenshots and informed support.

What happened next was astonishing: instead of explaining what happened to the firmware update or providing the engineering team's findings, I received what appeared to be a generic first-line troubleshooting response telling me to check basic cellular settings, re-enter the APN, check network protocol requirements and provide information that had already been discussed during the case.

In other words, after extensive troubleshooting, log analysis, escalation to engineering and an allegedly initiated firmware intervention, the support process effectively returned to the beginning.

This is not an acceptable way to handle a technical support case for a professional security system.

The most frustrating part is not that a device can develop a technical fault. Hardware and software problems happen. The real problem is the apparent lack of continuity and ownership of the support case. A customer should not have to repeatedly explain the same problem because the next response appears not to take the previous investigation into account.

I invested considerable time following every instruction Ajax requested. In return, I expected the case history to be reviewed, the engineering investigation to be followed through, and clear answers to be provided.

At this point, I still do not have an explanation of the engineering team's findings, I still do not know what happened to the firmware update that Ajax said had been initiated, and the original cellular connection problem remains unresolved.

For a company selling security equipment where reliability and competent technical support are fundamental, this experience has been extremely disappointing.

Ajax needs to seriously improve case ownership, communication between support levels, and continuity between its technical support and engineering teams.

Based on my experience with this case, I cannot recommend their technical support.
