Really satisfied with Ajax
I used a Delta Dore alarm system for many years, then switched to the solution sold by Ajax after very positive reviews online.
Since then I've been delighted — the system is extremely well designed and very easy to install and configure with a simple QR code; it's so much easier than my old system.
The Ajax app is fast and very stable; again, it's very well thought out and functional. The hardware works very well — no issues since installation! Recently I installed an Ajax dome camera and, again, it was set up in a few minutes with excellent performance: configurable detection, alerts, and a timeline that's so easy to view.
It's great gear, the app interface is top-notch, and you can tell it's really up-to-date. I can only recommend using Ajax to protect your home.

Works well - great system
Works well, especially with the mobile data as a backup. No issues with the system.
I think there could be improvements to the app, and also I would be a huge benefit if auto enable/disable was an option on the geofence, rather than having to do it manually

Il trés facile de contacter le service client. Les réponses sont détaillées et documentées avec un process correspondant au type de matériel.
Pas de question sur où vous avez acheté et depuis quand. Tout est en Français.
Il y a un suivi, avec relance si vous avez pas clôturer le dossier.
Je conseil ce fabricant.

Super fast assistance
I emailed them rather late in the evening and they responded first thing in the morning. Their email was concise and the steps easy to follow.
A problem I had not been able to solve on my own, through Google or YT they answered in a short friendly and prompt reply.

Excellent products and service
Excellent products, affordable pro stuff, nothing like the cheap chinese toys, easy to install and what's best: their support is by far the best I have seen. They are really interested in providing their customers with A class support: fast, knowledgeable, polite. I highly recommend Ajax products.

Monte la alarma Ajax aproximadamente hace un año y la verdad es que estoy encantado, es muy segura a la vez que tiene una APP muy completa a la que he añadido distintos dispositivos y es francamente fácil.
Recientemente he hecho unas consultas al servicio de atención al cliente y he de decir que su respuesta ha sido súper rápida y me ha sacado de dudas.
Mi eecomendación es 100×100, calidad y eficiencia en posventa y asesoramiento.
