Impressive response times to questions
I am considering getting an Ajax security system and had some technical questions. The technical team responded within hours on two occasions and provided detailed and helpful details. I am impressed and it gives me the confidence to switch to their system.

Système très complet (capteurs, prises) et simple à installer. Quelques points à améliorer: 1. La vis anti-arrachement de l'alarme extérieure n'est pas très accessible. 2. Lorsque l'alarme est armée, les scénarii mode nuit ne devraient pas prendre le dessus. 3. Les scénarii liés aux prises connectées pourraient proposer des fonctionnalités liées aux heures de couché et levé du soleil.

Très bon, système d’alarme, personnalisable, facile à installer et très bon rapport qualité prix.
Il manque une option sur l’application pour personnaliser l’ordre des pièces ou des dispositifs enregistrer .

Afgelopen winter waren er in de directe…
Afgelopen winter waren er in de directe omgeving ongeveer 50 inbraken gemeld. Ik had wel een bestaand alarmsysteem maar geen camera’s en detectiesysteem buiten. Ik wou een upgrade van mijn veiligheid en de huidige leverancier van het alarm beval me Ajax aan en dan hebben we besloten om een volledige upgrade en aanpassing te doen zodat ik de volgende 10 jaar weer rustig kan slapen.
Om het dan nog eens specifiek over Ajax te hebben: elke beweging, persoon, wordt opgemerkt en de sirenes beginnen te loeien. Heel gebruiksvriendelijk en heel tevreden. Ook op afstand in en uit te schakelen.

Mio socio si dimentica di disinstallare antifurto e mi arrivano le telefonate entro 30 secondi.
Una volta mi è andato via la luce del locale e sono stata richiamata immediatamente avvisandomi dell’assenza.
Ottima esperienza e ottimo la qualità dei prodotti.

Sistema senza fili, rapido ed efficace. I ragazzi intervenuti sul posto per il montaggio, rapidi ed efficienti. Inizialmente abiamo avuto qualche problema con un sensore, ma che è stato risolto in tempi rapidi con diversi interventi. Siamo completamente soddisfatti del prodotto e dell'assistenza.
