Questa azienda è una truffa mi vendono un sensore con un cono di rilevamento lo installo correttamente e non funziona ma mi dicono che ho sbagliato nonostante sia tutto corretto. Il sensore non funziona ma non lo sostituiscono

1. Per noi è molto importante fornire il miglior servizio possibile ai clienti. Quando riceviamo segnalazioni dai nostri clienti, cerchiamo di analizzare il problema nel modo più approfondito possibile, avvalendoci non solo dell’assistenza diretta del supporto tecnico, ma anche del team di ricerca e sviluppo; per quanto riguarda il suo caso, ci siamo rivolti a loro per ottenere una valutazione e consigli su come risolvere il problema.
2. A seguito dell’analisi e delle informazioni da voi fornite, sono stati formulati consigli e alcune ipotesi su cosa possa aver provocato i malfunzionamenti di questo dispositivo. Purtroppo, individuare tutti i malfunzionamenti e i relativi fattori scatenanti solo sulla base delle foto può risultare complesso. Desideriamo sottolineare che, nell’analizzare il problema, intendiamo innanzitutto escludere i fattori esterni che potrebbero influenzare tale comportamento del dispositivo, poiché ciò è estremamente importante: vogliamo infatti escludere l’ipotesi che, anche in caso di sostituzione completa del dispositivo e installazione di uno nuovo, lo stesso problema possa ripresentarsi.
3. Per quanto riguarda il vostro caso specifico, stiamo continuando a consultarci con il team di sviluppo per esaminare tutte le sfumature relative ai falsi allarmi del sensore e fornirvi una risposta il più dettagliata possibile, insieme a una soluzione al problema.
Vi ringraziamo in anticipo per la collaborazione e la pazienza. Il nostro team è già coinvolto e informato sulla necessità di trovare una soluzione a questo problema.

Absolutely love my Ajax system, from ease of installation and the mobile app. I have smoke detectors, cameras and an intruder alarm system with each component taking seconds to set up and get working.

Ich musste mich nun an den Ajax Support wenden, da mein Bewegungsmelder unerklärliche Alarme abgab.
Eine sehr rasche und kompetente Hilfestellung mit einigen guten Tipps, die in keinen Handbuch stehen, kamen umgehend.
Danke, hab alles so gemacht, wie von euch empfohlen, und unsere Ajax macht wieder genau was und wie sie soll.
