We use Ajax cameras and recorder since half a year.
Until now everything works fine.
Two things are very good namely that they do not ask for a monthly fee and that there are regular software updates.
We did not need to contact their service, i.e. we cannot judge the quality of the service.

J'ai choisi la marque AJAX pour sécuriser ma maison compte tenu des avis positifs sur cette alarme. Pour l'instant je ne regrette absolument pas ce choix, malgré quelques réglages un peu pointues. Et c'est pour cela que je recommande AJAX car le SAV est trÚs réactif. D'une part, il répond trÚs rapidement; moins d'une heure aprÚs une question mais surtout les réponses sont claires, nettes et précises. Le suivi est continu jusqu'au moment où le problÚme est réglé. Satisfaction totale.
