Nu, ruim anderhalf jaar later, heb ik weer, voor wat vragen m.b.t. settings, contact met Ajax Systems in Oekraïne.
En de service is nog steeds niet veranderd.
Een service die 24/7 in de lucht is. En snel, ook in het weekend, uitgebreide en persoonlijke antwoorden en tips geeft.
En je uitnodigt om voor elke vraag weer contact op te nemen.
Alleen hiervoor zou je al een Ajax camera kopen.....

Reliable system and great app (minor mounting advice)
âI have been using the Ajax system (hub, keypad, and three motion sensors, including one with a built-in photo camera) and overall my experience has been very good.
âPros:
âReliability & Security: The system operates smoothly and immediately alerts me to any unusual events, such as the main unit being unplugged from power or a low battery.
âApp: Extremely clear, stable, and easy to use.
âMounting tip (the only drawback):
The included adhesive tapes feel very strong at first, but after 3â4 months, my sensors fell off the wall. I strongly recommend mounting them using screws right from the start.
Despite this minor detail, the equipment is top-notch and highly recommended. Also, be careful during installation, as a small piece of the rear cover flap chipped off because the plastic is a bit brittle.

I've had the Ajax alarm system and doorbell installed for many years. If I ever have an issue the support team are super responsive and really helpful and always suggests a fix to the issue with clear instructions. I genuinely wouldn't use any other system - its great in every aspect.

Dopo aver valutato diversi sistemi di sicurezza, ho scelto Ajax e, alla fine, ho realizzato un impianto completo per la mia abitazione.
La qualità costruttiva dei dispositivi Ú davvero elevata, l'app Ú intuitiva e molto curata, e l'installazione Ú risultata semplice grazie alla procedura guidata. Ho installato volumetrici, sensori a tenda, sensori di apertura, rilevatori di fumo e monossido di carbonio, sirene, DoorBell e Hub 4G, creando una protezione sia perimetrale che interna.
Uno degli aspetti che ho apprezzato di più Ú la possibilità di personalizzare il sistema in base alle proprie esigenze. Ad esempio, di notte posso attivare solo la protezione perimetrale, continuando a muovermi liberamente in casa.
L'unico "difetto" Ú che, iniziando ad aggiungere componenti, Ú facile lasciarsi prendere la mano perché il catalogo Ú davvero ampio. Alla fine ho speso più di quanto avevo previsto, ma oggi ho un impianto che mi trasmette molta tranquillità .
Spero di non dover mai verificare sul campo la sua efficacia, perché significherebbe che qualcuno ha tentato di entrare in casa. Ma sapere di avere un sistema così completo mi fa dormire decisamente più sereno.
Per la mia esperienza, Ajax Ú un prodotto di alto livello e lo consiglio senza esitazioni a chi cerca un sistema di sicurezza moderno, affidabile e ben progettato.
