Servicio tecnico es lamentable, 2 motioncam de repente con el mismo problema de una dia a otra problema de hardware. no comprare nunca nada mas de AJAX, que basura de empresa, despues de la respuesta de Ajax ya me confirma que no son nada serios, si venden cosas de seguridad lo minimo seria tener servicio tecnico oficial en los paises donde lo venden, del 2 que me fallo menos mal que lo compre por amazon y me han devuelto el dinero, pero las 2 motioncam se iran a la basura, felicidades AJAX

Lamentamos mucho que haya tenido que enfrentarse a un fallo en su dispositivo. Entendemos su frustración, ya que los equipos de seguridad deben funcionar de forma fiable, y cualquier problema técnico en un sistema de este tipo puede causar inconvenientes y preocupación adicionales.
Nos gustaría explicar cómo gestionamos su solicitud.
En septiembre de 2025, se puso en contacto con nuestro equipo de soporte debido a un problema con MotionCam. Después de recibir información adicional por su parte, identificamos un indicador que, de acuerdo con las instrucciones del dispositivo, señala un fallo de hardware. Por este motivo, le informamos sobre la naturaleza del problema y le recomendamos solicitar un reemplazo en garantía.
Es importante señalar que Ajax no dispone de un centro de servicio independiente en España que realice reparaciones de dispositivos directamente para los usuarios finales. Cuando un equipo requiere servicio de garantía, este se gestiona a través del vendedor al que se adquirió el producto.
Este procedimiento está establecido en nuestras condiciones de garantía: si surge un problema técnico con un producto adquirido a través de uno de los socios de Ajax, es necesario ponerse en contacto con el vendedor correspondiente para organizar la reparación, el reemplazo o la devolución del dispositivo dentro de la garantía.
Por ello, cuando le recomendamos ponerse en contacto con el vendedor, esto no significaba que quisiéramos dejarle solo ante el problema. Al contrario, tratamos de dirigirle hacia la parte que, de acuerdo con el procedimiento de garantía, puede gestionar directamente el reemplazo del dispositivo.
También nos gustaría destacar que nuestros dispositivos cuentan con una garantía de 2 años, aunque, por supuesto, esperamos que su vida útil y funcionamiento adecuado sean considerablemente más largos.
Lamentamos que, en su caso, el dispositivo no haya cumplido con estas expectativas y entendemos su descontento con la situación. Por nuestra parte, estamos dispuestos a proporcionar toda la información técnica y el soporte necesarios que puedan ayudarle a resolver el problema con el vendedor.

Excellent help desk service
Recently I had a technical issue with my Ajax alarm system, possibly (indirectly) caused by a software update. I reported the problem to the helpdesk on Sunday, and they contacted me first thing Monday morning.
I received excellent assistance—the staff were knowledgeable, patient, and very pleasant to deal with. They really engaged with the issue, guiding me through the recovery process step-by-step throughout the day; the explanations were clear and practical, resulting in the problem being resolved that same day.

Ons oude alarmsysteem was dringend toe aan modernisering. Na grondig onderzoek en het vergelijken van verschillende offertes, bleek het AJAX-systeem alles te bieden wat we zochten, en dat aan een zeer competitieve prijs.
De video's en reviews over het AJAX-systeem waren duidelijk en informatief, wat ons vertrouwen gaf in onze keuze. Wat ons vooral heeft verbaasd, is hoe vlot en eenvoudig zowel de installatie als de configuratie verliepen.
Inmiddels werkt alles perfect naar behoren en zijn we zeer tevreden over het resultaat. Op basis van onze ervaring kunnen we het AJAX-systeem dan ook absoluut aanbevelen

Reliable System with Fast Response Times
We’ve had our Ajax security system installed for nine months, and it has performed flawlessly. Our setup provides comprehensive, room-by-room coverage, including door, motion, leak, and smoke/heat sensors. The monitoring team’s response time to alarms is exceptionally fast. Our only minor issue was with the adhesive tape loosening on one of the door sensors, causing it to fall, but overall, we are highly satisfied with the system.
