The only thing i’m not like is that the wifi on indoor cameras loses connection even when router is 1 m away.

Sistema di allarme Ajax
Uso un sistema di allarme Ajax da circa 6 mesi, sono soddisfatto al 100%! È stato semplicissimo installare tutto in autonomia.
I componenti sembrano di altissima qualità, l'app è molto intuitiva e super completa, le possibilità di personalizzazione sono infinite. Apprezzo molto anche la scalabilità del sistema, integrare nuovi componenti in base alle esigenze è semplicissimo! Infine, il sistema funziona perfettamente e i falsi allarmi sono praticamente zero. Non costa poco, ma la qualità si paga! Super consigliato!

Ich hatte Mühe mit dem Einbinden eines Onvif Protokoll einer älteren Axis Kamera. Trotz Aktenstudium und KI Beratung kriegte ich diesen Kameratyp nicht eingebunden.
Die Mailanfrage wurde innert eines 1/2 Tag kompetet beantwortet, so dass die erste Kamera sofort funktionierte. Da bei der älteren Kamera auch ein 2. Stream angeboten wurde, klappes es nicht ...
Ich habe meine Einstellungen Dokumentiert und keine halbe Stunde später die entscheidenden Hinweise bekommen. Nun hat alles wunderbar geklappt.

The Ajax system replaced and older…
The Ajax system replaced and older system and both my wife and I (seniors) find it easy to use. We haven't had a true 'alarm' situation but the system's notifications when we are travelling that trusted friends are in and out of the house is reasuring.
The ability to add more monitoring points easily is a plus.

Dedication, Integrity, and First-Class Workmanship
We hired Robert Price, who was recommended to us through Checkatrade, to install a new alarm system at our property. From the very first visit, Robert impressed us with his professionalism and attention to detail and explained everything related to Ajax system. Unlike other companies that simply provided quotes without inspecting the property, Robert arrived fully prepared with demonstration equipment, including motion sensors, cameras, and other components. He took the time to explain the system thoroughly, answer all our questions, and ensure we understood every aspect of the installation.
His courteous manner, patience, and willingness to go the extra mile inspired complete confidence in his abilities. In fact, we were so impressed by his presentation and expertise that we cancelled all other quotations and awarded the job to him immediately.
Regrettably, due to a delay in installing our new front door, we were unable to proceed on the originally agreed date. Robert was extremely accommodating and rearranged his schedule to fit us in the following week.
What makes his service even more remarkable is that, during this period, Robert lost his mother. Despite this incredibly difficult personal circumstance, he honoured his commitment and arrived as scheduled to complete the installation. Throughout the process, he worked closely with us, ensuring every element was positioned exactly as we wanted and that the system met our specific requirements.
The quality of his workmanship was outstanding. He completed the installation swiftly, left everything immaculate, and took the time to explain the system's operation in detail before departing. His professionalism, dedication and commitment to customer service are truly exemplary.
We feel incredibly fortunate to have found Robert and would recommend him without hesitation to anyone considering an alarm installation. If it were possible to give a score higher than 10 out of 10, we would do so without a moment's hesitation.

Très bon matériel avec une application…
Très bon matériel avec une application bien faite. Sur la gamme Baseline il faudrait une vis pour le verrouillage des détecteurs sur les socles. La sirène extérieure est parfaite en sirène Intérieure mais offre une faible disuation en extérieur. Autrement c'est vraiment un matériel performant.
