Extremely satisfied with the Ajax security system. The hardware quality is top-notch, setup is seamless through the app, and responsiveness is instant. It offers complete peace of mind for home protection. Highly recommended!
Je souhaiterais ajouter que j'ai réalisé l'installation moi-même en une après-midi pour sécuriser une grande maison : détecteurs d'ouverture sur les ouvrants, détecteurs volumétriques avec prise de photo aux trois points stratégiques, caméra intérieure, deux StreetSiren, une HomeSiren (qui me sert de témoin de mise sous alarme) et deux télécommandes SpaceControl.
Le tout sans aucune formation préalable, simplement épaulé par l'IA Gemini ! »

Ho atteso un po' a scrivere la recensione per testare meglio il prodotto. Ho installato un perimetrale esterno wifi e devo dire che funziona alla perfezione, in un mese non ha mai dato falsi allarmi. Il servizio è svolto in maniera impeccabile, veloce e preciso.

Bonjour,
J'ai un système d'alarme AJAX depuis 2019 que j'ai paramètré moi-même.
Il y a peu de temps j'ai changé le HUB PLUS pour un HUB 2 PLUS.
A plusieurs reprises j'ai donc contacté les conseillers du support@Ajax gratuit qui m'ont répondu très rapidement à l'aide de nombreuses explications très détaillées.
J'ai ai aussi profité pour leur demander si mes autres réglages étaient corrects.
Maintenant tout fonctionne très bien.
C'est une très bonne alarme.

Much more reliable than our previous alarm system.
We had Ajax alarms installed after our previous system kept giving false alarms. After 6 months with Ajax we have had no issues. The controls are easy to set using the app but there is a control panel too. Very happy.

Ajax were really helpful
Ajax were really helpful - we have an alarm system installed by professionals in our home. The system is great but one of the detectors stopped working. Ajax were hugely responsive with their troubleshooting support and enabled us to discern that there was a problem with that piece of equipment which was replaced free of charge by our suppliers as it was recent. The service was great, the solution was perfect and the alarm & camera system works really well and is very reliable. Thank you, Ajax!

I had a problem with 2 smoke detectors
Had a problem with 2 smoke detectors. They help me by sending me two instructions including a YouTube video in order to fix the problem which did it job

In use now for over 6 month
In use now for over 6 month. Works perfectly, not a single false Alarm. Connection via iphone is very convenient. We also use the cameras and having it all on one platform is just great!
