The devices have a high quality feeling, and the App's ergonomic is great. Last but not least, the official documentation is very thorough and well organized, which makes everything very clear.

Installation simple via l'application. Application complÚte, intuitive et facile à utiliser. Matériel de qualité et lui aussi, simple à installer . AprÚs 6 mois d'installation, aucun problÚme, aucun bug, les messages et alertes fonctionnent parfaitement. Point important : je possÚde une longÚre avec des murs de 65 cm d'épaisseur et bien la portée est excellente. Quant au prix : 1 centrale, 6 contacts de portes, 2 caméras intérieures, 1 détecteur volumétrique, 1 caméra extérieure, 2 sirÚnes (1 int et 1 ext) 1 panneau de commande et 1 télécommande pour 1200⬠. En ce me concerne, je suis vraiment super satisfait.

Administration Access Lost
I lost my Administration access to two of my Hubs. This was caused by me losing access to the associated email address for the accounts.
On sending a request for help to the Ajax support team, they were very quick to come back with instructions on how to try and resolve the problem. The situation was resolved through a number of messages and actions from the support team who were very quick to reply to my messages throughout.
The information and instructions they provided each time were excellent and the overall service was absolutely first class.
The Ajax support team did a fantastic job of looking after their customer and gave invaluable support.
