Great overall experience
I ran into an issue with my NVR and contacted Ajax support, who quickly helped me identify that the problem was caused by a faulty hard drive. Overall my experience with Ajax has been great. The support, the app and the devices themselves have all exceeded expectations. The app is smooth and easy to use, the camera installation was straightforward, and the system works exactly as expected. Would recommend!

Jeg har arbejdet med mange forskellige alarmsystemer gennem årene, men Ajax Systems er i en klasse for sig. Fra første opsætning var det tydeligt, at dette er et produkt designet af folk, der virkelig forstår brugernes behov.
Installationen er intuitiv og logisk opbygget – alt sidder, hvor man forventer det, og appen er uden tvivl den mest brugervenlige, jeg nogensinde har lagt hænderne på. Ingen unødvendige menuer, ingen forvirrende indstillinger – bare et rent og overskueligt interface, der gør præcis, hvad det skal.
Hardwaren er solid, signalet er stabilt, og hele økosystemet hænger perfekt sammen. Det er sjældent, man oplever et produkt, hvor man tænker "det her er bare rigtigt gjort" men Ajax Systems formår det konsekvent.
Hvis du arbejder professionelt med sikkerhedsinstallationer eller bare vil have det bedste til dit hjem eller din virksomhed, er valget enkelt: Ajax Systems. Intet andet kommer i nærheden.

Schade dass bei Scharfschalten nur die…
Schade dass bei Scharfschalten nur die rote LED schwach kurz blinkt. Besser wäre es ein rotes Dauerlicht damit man sofort sieht, dass die Anlage scharf ist.

Für diesen Anwendungsfall verfügt die HomeSiren über einen Anschluss für eine externe LED. Mit einer angeschlossenen LED-Anzeige kann der aktuelle Status des Sicherheitssystems besser sichtbar dargestellt werden, ohne dass die Sirene selbst ständig leuchten muss.
