Concernant la carte SIM et la vidéo sur longue distance, cela dépend principalement de la bande passante disponible sur le réseau mobile utilisé. La transmission vidéo nécessite une connexion stable et suffisamment rapide, ce qui peut varier selon la couverture et les conditions réseau.

Good afternoon!

We are sorry that the battery life of our sirens was the main reason for your negative review.

We would like to point out that the discharge of the supplied batteries may be due to several factors:

- The interval between device polls
- Ambient temperature
- Jeweller signal strength
- Frequency and duration of alarms
- Use of LED indicators

Actual battery performance may differ from the manufacturer’s specifications. Even batteries from the same batch may have different capacities, output voltages, or may be defective. That is why 100% of batteries are tested before being installed in Ajax devices.

We would also like to note that a flat battery does not indicate a fault with the device. This is a consumable item and can be replaced by the user. That is why our support team engineers have provided you with instructions on how to replace the batteries.

Ajax is a manufacturer of equipment and does not provide maintenance for systems installed on-site. If you need your batteries replaced, please contact your installer.
