Bonjour, avec l'utilisation des smartphones donc avec écran, il serait opportun de trouver une solution pour qu'après avoir ouvert l'application pour soit armer ou désarmer l'alarme, vous puissiez faire en sorte de sortir de l'écran dit de "contrôle" pour éviter qu'avec une manipulation hasardeuse du smartphone, les mains chargées de courses, l'utilisateur réarme l'alarme une fois entré dans le local ou la maison et ... vous imaginez la suite. C'est ce qui m'est arrivé. Ce que je fais maintenant : je bascule l'appli sur "notifications" pour éviter ce que je viens de vous décrire.

Nous comprenons parfaitement le risque que vous soulevez lors de l’utilisation de l’application dans une situation où l’on peut facilement toucher l’écran par inadvertance. Votre retour sur la possibilité de quitter automatiquement l’écran de contrôle après l’armement ou le désarmement est pertinent, et nous allons le transmettre à notre équipe afin qu’elle puisse l’étudier.
Merci également pour votre astuce consistant à basculer vers l’écran des notifications.

I am happy with Ajax but not with the Turkey representetive
UPDATE – 5 October 2026:
Ajax has now replaced the faulty unit and, for the time being, the system is working properly. I appreciate Ajax stepping in and helping to resolve the issue, and I would like to thank them for their support.
However, the whole process took far longer and required much more chasing than it should have, particularly given that this is a home security system. I’m pleased that it has finally been resolved and hope the system continues to work properly.
I am generally happy with Ajax products, but unfortunately my experience with Kaly Bilişim in Turkey has been extremely disappointing. They are completely unresponsive — they do not reply to emails or whatsapp. I was sold a defective product and, despite the fact that it is still under warranty, I have not received the support I need.
I have also contacted Ajax directly by email because I am currently dealing with a genuine home security issue, and I urgently need this matter resolved. I am now waiting for Ajax to respond and take action as soon as possible.
If the issue is not resolved, I will update this review accordingly.

Porcentajes de batería.
Hola, Abría que ver cómo mejorar el tema de visualizacion, de los porcentajes de batería de los dispositivos, tenemos problemas por qué realizas un mantenimiento y si se ve algún dispositivo sin batería pila se cambia, pero nos a pasado de tener que volver al mes por qué se a gastado otro dispositivo diferente, que en el mantenimiento preventivo podríamos aberlo cambiado. Es un aporte constructivo. Gracias ya iréis contando.

Sin acceso por una errata en el registro
Llevo semanas con problemas para acceder a mi usuario. Al tratar de restablecer la contraseña no me llegaban los códigos, y cuando me pongo en contacto con el servicio técnico y sigo los pasos resulta que mi teléfono está vinculado a un correo que debí introducir mal al registrarme.
No me facilitan ni el correo al que está asociado mi teléfono, ni resetear el usuario, ni desvincular el teléfono para crear otro nuevo si no les indico el correo de registro, aunque tuviera una errata, por motivos de seguridad. ¿Debo jugar a las adivinanzas? ¿Cuántos intentos tengo? ¿No ven que se parece y que el correo que tienen registrado no existe? ¿O que ese usuario lleva sin conectarse semanas?
Es desesperante
Todos somos humanos y nos equivocamos, ¿ahora qué solución tengo? de momento, ninguna.
La mayoría de aplicaciones te envían un enlace para confirmar el registro, en Ajax no es así, así que atentos al registraros para que no os pase.

Queremos aclarar que nuestro equipo de soporte técnico no tiene acceso a los datos completos de los usuarios, sino únicamente a información parcial. Por este motivo, no podemos confirmar ni indicar a qué dirección de correo electrónico o número de teléfono está vinculado un usuario. Esta limitación forma parte de nuestras medidas de protección de datos.
En nuestra política de tratamiento de datos personales se establece claramente que los empleados de Ajax Systems no realizan un seguimiento de las configuraciones de los dispositivos Ajax efectuadas después de su venta. Asimismo, el servicio de soporte técnico **no puede proporcionar los datos personales completos de los usuarios**, como su número de teléfono o dirección de correo electrónico. Para identificar al administrador de un Hub, únicamente es posible facilitar datos de forma parcial, por ejemplo: **ma***@gmail.com** o **+38050***6**. Además, solo el propio usuario puede eliminar su cuenta; el equipo de soporte técnico no puede hacerlo por él.
Entendemos que estas medidas pueden resultar incómodas cuando se ha producido un error al registrarse, pero el correo electrónico y el número de teléfono son datos personales sensibles que no podemos divulgar sin más. Nuestra prioridad es proteger la seguridad y la privacidad de nuestros usuarios.
Aun así, queremos asegurarle que siempre hacemos todo lo posible por ayudar a nuestros clientes mediante las opciones disponibles. Lamentamos que, en su caso, todavía no se haya encontrado una solución satisfactoria y agradecemos que haya compartido su experiencia.
