I keep getting ads for this website everywhere and it’s made me remember the absolute NIGHTMARE that I experienced with ordering clothes from them a while back. I made a big order and it never showed up, no customer service but a silly little email that they NEVER reply to. So that was money down the drain. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

bought a pair of boots when arrived i tried them on in my house to see if the shoes would fit like anyone else would do, the shoes were not as expected and didn't fit right, therefore returned the shoes in the time frame needed but was given really appalling customer services, I was told the boots had been worn and due to a little bit of dirt on the bottom which could of been easy wiped off could be refunded, even though the sticker and the bottom of the shoes wasn't damaged or dirty and clearly hadn't been walked on. A company who takes your money and don't provide you with the service stated on their website, I would avoid this company at all cost, over price and very poor quality in that case. do not issue refunds and are money grabbers

will not be buying from them again

Really dodgy company, orders have never arrived and I’m repeatedly told they “don’t offer refunds”
Avoid like the plague

I bought a pair of sandals last July and within one wear the strap broke. These were not cheap sandals, so I messaged, tweeted, emailed the company, and still have no reply! Poor customer service!

Shoes arrived exactly like picture shows, good Quality

I love AJ Voyage…. Brought a few pair of shoes off them now and they are the best. My last two pairs of shoes were a pair of slippers and they are amazing who doesn’t love slippers they can wear outside and in.
My next favourite shoes were a mini ugg type boot with a chunky sole and they are utterly amazing so comfy. You’d think that they were actually genuine UGG boots. And the best thing about this website is that they’ve always got money off codes who doesn’t love a bargain pair of shoes.

Really impressed with the choice of clothing and footwear on this website and the very competitive prices. Ordered a pair of boots, which arrived within 3 days, and were great quality for faux leather. Sadly they didn’t fit and I had to return them, but the returns process was simple and I was refunded within 3 days of return. Communication is great you are kept informed at all times from confirmation of order to delivery. Fantastic service.

The boots are absolutely amazing I love them I wear them with everything they’re my new favourite pair of shoes! The quality is 10/10 don’t loose shape they feel amazing be defiantly buying from AJ again! Great experience, boots are even nicer in person and I received them really quickly, despite all of the postage strikes. Would recommend.

I found that the customer service was 2nd to none and I was kept informed about my order every step of the way. The quality of my boots is fantastic and sooo comfy even though they are big and chunky!
