So I've reviewed this product several months ago and need too just add in another review.
I ordered my usual TKA from here and basically hadn't recieved my order, contacted someone through WhatsApp ( best way to speak to someone through this company by the way, always prompt answers and can expedite your order quicker if yoy have any issues). Anyway was told when I sent in my order that the stock they had was low and it would be a couple weeks until I got my order ( already been 2 weeks ) so I thought okay I'll wait ( a refund was offered). Anyway time goes by nearly a month and now I'm pissed. So I email ( although I said WhatsApp I was annoyed and didn't think that at the time ). Told them that it's been nearly a month, surely it should have stated at the time I ordered that stock was low and orders may take time to fulfill. Even a message from the company to apologise for any delays, but no i had to contact them. Anyway I recieved a WhatsApp message within minutes to say that stock was now in and my order was on the way. 4 days later it arrived from MALAYSIA. Too my surprise I was also gifted some TKA coffee worth 15 quid, which by the way is very nice and gives you a lovely lovely boost . So again after a frustrating wait it seems the company cared enough to get my order to me quickly and throw in some nice pick me up coffee. All forgiven and as I long as I live will continue to purchase this TKA. Just to reiterate I can't always afford all the supplements I take but I make sure I always have this. If you read my previous reviews I stated what I take daily, so now I compliment TKA with Horny goat weed, creatine as found one that works for me, organic beetroot powder and lions mane( stopped the shilajit for now but will buy again as another fantastic product to use. TKA definitely definitely definitely gives mental clarity, calm focus and a libido boost
. Coupled with HGW and it's quite potent. Look I've reviewed and tried different TKA and HGW and it's really difficult to either find what you want or find a product that's not bunk. You can buy whole plant HGW and TKA but it's what's in it that determines if you get full benefits. You need icariin from HGW and eurycomanone from TKA to get the best most potent effects. You can buy it without actually knowing if you get some or any of these potent elements and it could be mostly leaves and flowers, still beneficial but not potent. So the extraction method for each product takes more time and effort to condense and purify what you want at it's most potent. Hence more expensive products and limited trustworthy companies making it. I've tried several of each product and they've done nothing so was very surprised that this TKA had such a profound effect
Again it may not work for everyone but believe me it works. Also as a preworkout it's fantastic doesn't build muscle but defo raises testosterone enough to help push through extra reps, less rest time which can only help build a little muscle. So my stack as a preworkout definitely has a significant energy boost. Listen if your gonna try TKA gotta give this a try and to the company you need to find a way of getting potential customers to read trip advisor as I'm sure your TKA would top the supplements list and offer rewards to customers to write more reviews..

Felt its effect in energy during my trainings. Used it for my hard training runs or easy long menu. Also pop it before my shift to work. Love it. Its part of my daily supplement now.

They take ages to ship, I’ve ordered from them twice and each time I need to WhatsApp customer service. The DHL package gets stuck in customs every single time. Product seems to be working but I won’t be ordering from them again.

One of the best Tongkat Ali extract that I used so far. It starts working fast, with no side effects for me. Other brands don't seem to work for the dosage indicated because of lower concentration. On the other hand I think it should be cycled to avoid tolerance. I have started taking it few months ago and will surely continue

I placed an order on 8/19/25, and I received a confirmation email. On 9/3/25, when I had not received my order, I emailed Akarali's help desk (the email address was at the bottom of the order confirmation email). On 9/10/25, when I still had not received my order or a response from their help desk, I disputed the claim with my bank.

I've taken Akarali Tongkat Ali for 2 months and it's now an essential part of my daily supplement stack. Highly recommended for those who want to keep their energy level high, sleep soundly, and perform at a high level whether on treadmill, running track, gym, or bed. If you don't know what to get from Malaysia, look no further. It's the best gift you can give to yourself or loved ones.

I would like to provide an update to my earlier review. I have now received the product I ordered, and I can confirm that it is exactly as described. In addition, Akarali kindly included a Tongkat Ali coffee as a complimentary gift, which I found to be a very thoughtful gesture.

Although there were initial difficulties with communication and delays, I am glad that the purchase was ultimately completed successfully. Once I have had the chance to see how the product affects my performance and overall well-being, I may consider placing another order in the future.

This tongkat ali is phenomonal. Really potent and has done the trick for me.

No added harmful chemicals, just clean potent tongkat ali and works extremely well. Already on my second batch thus far.

Tongkat Ali delivered very quickly. The company is very responsive to messages.
Individual differences are a factor for Tongkat Ali, when I tried this one a year ago it didn’t have any difference on my SHGB levels. But trying again for 2 months to see. Always worth getting bloods done to see.
