Absolutely excellent service from start to finish.
They kept us updated throughout the whole process by phone, text and email.
The installers were really professional and were in and out in no time on the day they came to install.

I would recommend Al Murad Granite 100%, the professionalism and friendliness shown is extraordinary these days. The whole team I would compliment are Adam, Muhammed, Carl, Harry and a very friendly young lady whose name sadly I did not get, so helpful. Nothing is ever too much trouble ,that should be their motto, amazing firm, amazing products, my quartz worktop is amazing, thank you. My bathroom has been truly enhanced with their quartz worktop

Really glad I used Almurad for my quartz worktops. Everyone there has been really helpful from the beginning.
They told us to wait a couple of days as they were getting in new designs and I’m really glad I did.
The worktop looks amazing and I have received many compliments for it.
Fitters came on time and did an amazing job. We didn’t have to wait for weeks from ordering to fitting, instead they completed in a matter of days.
Thank you so much and I will definitely be recommending them to others.

My experience with Al Murad Granite was absolutely second to none from start to finish. The level of professionalism, attention to detail, and customer care was outstanding. The team were knowledgeable, helpful, and ensured everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. The quality of the granite and the final finish exceeded my expectations. Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. The staff were friendly & informative enabling us to make the best choice for our kitchen. They provided expert advice & had a quick turnaround.
Brilliant service all round providing a high quality product which looked amazing with our new kitchen.

Really pleased with my granite worktop and backsplash. Great quality, clean fitting, and professional service from start to finish. Highly recommend.

From start to finish the service was faultless. I had already bought a tap elsewhere before ordering my quartz worktop, but the customer service from these guys was excellent.

When I realised the tap I’d bought wouldn’t work with my setup, they went out of their way to help and sourced a suitable alternative. They had a wide range of patterns to select from, and were super helpful. The installation was spot on, and the installers were friendly and professional throughout.

Would definitely recommend.

Great experience when choosing quartz, from being able to see full slabs outside the showroom, helpful staff providing information. Digital templating was great, with good advice on changes to make the most of the purchase. The fitting was seamless with a great team of fitters ensuring that the finish was what was promised. 5* service!

Great service! The team was really friendly, helpful, and professional. I definitely recommend them. They also offered the best price I could find.

I was in need of porcelain worktops for my outdoor kitchen. Everyone else I had a quote from was out of my budget and they weren't helpful. I found Al Murad Granite through a friend and visited them in person. Very professional sales staff who fully explained everything and gave me different options. I proceeded with a quote for Porcelain worktops which were fitted within 2 weeks at an unbeatable price which could not be matched by their competitors. I would 100% recommend these guys as they are professional, competitively priced and a dream to deal with. Keep up the good work guys!

Poor quality stone and poor quality customer service

Purchased my Quartz Worktop for my kitchen from Al Murad Morley and was assisted by Ahmed throughout the whole process from beginning to end. Constant Communication with timely updates was provided. From the Templating done by Kevin which was smooth and efficient and in the time window I was promised to the Installation done by Adam and Sam which was only just done today but what a Grand Finish it was! They went the extra mile in all levels of service and sale and I couldnt be happier with my experience with them.
My entire Kitchen has been a stressful encounter from the start in all other respects but dealing with these guys was easy. Thank you Al Murad Morley!

I recently purchased my quartz worktop and splash back from Al Murad Worktops Granite, Quartz & Porcelain Worktops based in Morley, and the whole experience was absolutely perfect from start to finish.

I chose the Sienna Gold quartz, and I love it so much. The quality of the product is outstanding. The finish is flawless, and it has completely transformed my kitchen.

From the moment I walked in to place my order, Ahmad took care of everything and made the process smooth and stress free. Sam came out to do the measurements, and he was professional and precise. The installation date they gave me was spot on, and today the team fitted the worktop and splash back perfectly.

Everything was 100% excellent service, top quality product, great communication, and a beautiful finish. I highly recommend Al Murad Worktops to anyone looking for quality and professionalism.

My worktops were installed by Al Murad, and they look beautiful, I am so happy with the look, the fitters were great too, very polite and friendly, they took care and cleaned up after themselves.

Zaid has been an absolute star in sorting out everything for me, especially with the last minute changes - he has been very helpful and accommodating, as well as the rest of the team at Al Murad, so a big thank-you to you all. 😊
I would definitely recommend you as the go to for worktops, excellent customer service and very competitively priced!
