Tessuto e taglio valgono forse 5 euro.

We ordered a caftan : order number HI00086572 dated July the 5th 2025.
The material is synthetic, definitely not cotton and linen as described
The cut is so completely wrong that it is laughable
The finishings is shoddy and cheap

I really got scammed. I received cheap fabric shirt that I never ordered. Throw it in the trash where it belongs!

It's a Scam !
Try to inform the market.
Write in your social media to be careful!

Purchased many items, returned them all. Where did I have to send them…China. Bought them early May returned via USPS as they requested. These items are sitting in China customs since mid May and they have been cleared. But the seller keeps saying they have not been notified by the customs. They will not refund my $$$ until they get them. Items were grossly mis represented. They advertise on Pinterest. They should be dropped as a seller! Oh, it cost me $81.00 to return them!

They stole my money, I never got an answer after they cash my money. No product no money back. This is a scam I'm telling everyone not to buy here it's a scam I made a mistake with my address I try to get in touch with them and after 3 weeks no body answer but yes they got my money.75 dollars. Very bad experience!

I ordered on 6/24/2025 and paid an extra 13.46 for 10 day delivery. On July 4, 2025 no package, tracked the package and found that it was at the dispatch center. I thought okay, it is the holiday, no big deal. 7/10/2025 I find that the tracking status had changed to insufficient address so I contacted Alanduo support. They sent me an email with a link to post office to find my package and wished me luck. They were not willing to help search or do anything. That is what they consider good customer service noted on their website? 7/17/25 The insufficient address THAT THEY PLACED TO THE PACKAGE FOR SHIPPING was already sent back to dispatch by the time post office found the missing package. At this point I emailed Alandou support back and informed them of the status of my package with a picture of the label showing that THE MISSING ADDRESS WAS THEIR DOING and the package was on its way back to them. I received a response today saying the package was destroyed and they will “as a courtesy “ refund 1/2 of my money!!!! THIS IS SCAM, PROBABLY LEFT THE ADDRESS OFF ON PURPOSE!

I ordered my purchase on alanduo Japanese art clothing. I paid for my purchase. I did not receive a tracking number for the shipping of product. Sent 3 emails to the email address provided for customer support and did not receive any feedback for .y emails sent. Now I am concerned this is a scam. I have contacted my bank institution and will be following up on this if it is a SCAM. Will I be refunded to be continued.

Non ho acquistato nulla, ma è evidente che le immagini sono dei fotoritocchi fatti a regola d'arte! è un perfetto business di immagini, e spero che nessuno compri. Ci sono capi che non sono proprio realizzabili quindi è evidente che è una truffa.

No quality, the "fabric" is horrible...not at ALL like the photos presented! Some kind of crappy nylon something!

What a shame! The pieces are so cute, and someone honest with integrity could probably produce these items and make a KILLING!

...I should have known, or at least looked at the reviews. What a waste of money and "pie in the sky" dreams of romping through my garden looking like a precious SAHW, growing beautiful flowers in my adorable honeybee overalls! *they did respond to my original ordering email about ordering the wrong size...so I know at least there is a bit of compassion for their victims...I mean, customers!!!

I cannot begin to tell you how deeply disappointed I am with your product. It is horrendously overpriced for a shoddy, poorly constructed, and frankly, misrepresented merchandise.

The fabric is lowest quality (I was expecting cotton, not polyester). The absolute minimum amount of fabric was used, yielding a skimpy, cheap product. The finishes are deplorable. Never before have I seen raw edges “finished” by a hot knife. Unbelievable.

One of the “dresses” I received was not the size I order, either. Clearly fulfillment is also an issue for you.

I intend to trash my purchase. It’s not even worthy of a charity donation.

You should be ashamed of the product you are putting out in the world.

As with everybody else, very , very poor quality shirt, nothing like the advertising picture or description.
Asked for a refund, but they didnt/wouldn't supply a return address.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

This company is a total scam. My card was charged and merchandise never delivered. Customer support said insufficient address and call ups. No tracking number

Ich hatte Hosen zurückgeschickt,weil der Schnitt und die Verarbeitung sowie das Material schäbig waren. Ich habe nie eine Reaktion erhalten und auf einmal bekomme ih eine Mail, dass ich ein Paket bekomme. Darin waren dann wieder die Hosen,die ich verschickt hatte.Meine Reklamation und die Rückerstattung wurden komplett ignoriert.

I had ordered two maxi's of XL size instead I received one of S size(small)and one of XL.The 'S' small size
sent by them is of no use to me since it is not my size to fit into.It is a wrong size pertaining to my order.They ought to replace it.Please help.

Pésimo, pides una cosa y te llega algo completamente distinto.

I bought two rompers and I was not pleased with the quality of the material nor the fit. They did not look anything like the pictures. it was very thin. I started the refund process and contacted the company per their online instructions. It stated they would get back in contact within 24-48 hours which they did. The response were that I could accept a 15% refund to my original form of payment if I agreed to keep the rompers or if I still wanted to return them, I need to request the return shipping address and the return product instructions.

Bottom line is. I requested the return address to send product back and got it, with a long list of things I need to do in order to return the product and still with all that, no guarantee that I will receive the refund or how much I may actually receive. So I am just keeping the rompers and getting the 15% refund. I will not recommend this company to anyone based on my experience.

I ordered a fleece jacket and a cotton blouse. The jacket was a cheap velour and the blouse was polyester. The items were just pushed into a plastic bag for sending. Terrible company DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
