had pieces bookmarked for months before buying. my worry was the photos looking way better than reality, and that nobody id ever heard of was charging that much for lighting. finally ordered just over a month ago. the ordering process was fine, communication was decent, nothing went wrong exactly. but i expected to feel more confident about the brand after going through it. still a bit unsure if the whole thing lives up to the positioning. not a bad experience, just not the convincing one i was hoping for.

Missing piece from factory NO REPLY
I ordered 2 matching lights almost $800 in total. One is perfect, the second is missing a threaded connector for the posts that connect in 3 places. It was threaded incorrectly from assembly. I have emailed the @info email for 2 weeks and have no reply.

I received it in just a few days, it was very easy to set up, is made with quality materials, and it looks even more stunning in person.
