If there was a NO star then that’s what I would say. Item arrived completely destroyed. Broken, crushed, cracked and missing parts. It’s been over 2 weeks and still no creditable response from customer Support, just crickets.
No packing slip, return address or phone. Just an AI generated email.
Since the item was so badly damaged without option to repair, return or replace , we pitched it in the trash and ate our $600.00. Let’s just say….Outlight IS NOT my kinda of retailer.

I order some outdoor lamps some weeks ago and I haven’t received any email telling me where are my lamps.

I tried to contact your company three times now with no response. We received our Olin without a shade. I’ve since asked to exchange the light with another Olin. Can someone please call me to figure this out? 734-684-9988. Good Lord! Where is the customer service? I’ve looked for a phone number for your company and there is not one available. Someone please call me.

Packaging for international shipping was a big miss. My bag arrived damaged and two of the boxes (without padding) were also smashed. Contents seem to be ok, but will not be able to hook up and test for weeks due to a remodel going on. Why don’t you package fragile contents better? Simple solution. I also have reached out a couple times asking if the Aurevo lights are dimmable. No response

After 11 weeks I still don't have my complete order, no one will get back to me. My install instructions for what I did receive are in Chinese only.
It has been one of the worst purchasing experiences of my life and I'm 68 years old.

Super fast shipping. Nice product but wish it was bigger

had pieces bookmarked for months before buying. my worry was the photos looking way better than reality, and that nobody id ever heard of was charging that much for lighting. finally ordered just over a month ago. the ordering process was fine, communication was decent, nothing went wrong exactly. but i expected to feel more confident about the brand after going through it. still a bit unsure if the whole thing lives up to the positioning. not a bad experience, just not the convincing one i was hoping for.

The light was impaired, and I requested the exchange right away, but it hasn't been processed for 2 weeks.

We didn’t get the light! After months of waiting

Placed an order only to find out:
a. They dropship cheap stuff from China
b. Their customer service is inexistent

I've emailed them 5 times about my order and have received zero response. Item still hasn't shipped. This store is an absolute scam, STAY AWAY!!!!

Had a sizing question before ordering. Emailed them, heard back same day. As a parent I don't have time to chase anyone down — that kind of response matters.

They were nothing what they thought they would be. And a ton of money. This is the last time I buy something off the internet.

I ordered 2 matching lights almost $800 in total. One is perfect, the second is missing a threaded connector for the posts that connect in 3 places. It was threaded incorrectly from assembly. I have emailed the @info email for 2 weeks and have no reply.

Love my little rechargeable lights. I have used them inside my luminaries which I make and they work great.
The order arrived on time and was carefully packed.

Ordered a couple weeks ago and honestly the delivery alone earned this review. Got updates at every stage without having to chase anyone. Arrived when they said it would. That's it. That's the review.

Would not reorder. No response to 3 emails regarding assembly. Useless pieces sitting in floor.

I ordered a Blane model light. It took two months to arrive with no communication or tracking. The customer service is horrible. When the light arrived it was cheaply made with flimsy materials. What a scam.

Didnt received the product for the last two months (still has not arrived) but keep getting emails on how satisfied I was with the product

I absolutely love the lamp I purchased. It is so beautiful in my living room. I received it in just a few days, it was very easy to set up, is made with quality materials, and it looks even more stunning in person. I have already received so many compliments on the lamp and have shared the Outlight website with several friends who had to know where I bought the lamp. I can't recommend enough!
