I’m disappointed I can’t rate with a zero stars. Alanduo is a scam, I so much regret not reading these reviews before hand. I ordered 100% cotton merchandise and linen merchandise. I received 95%polyester and 5% nylon (says clearly on the tag). The return was hassle and I’m crossing my fingers to get my money back.

I can't believe that I did not read these reviews prior to ordering. The jackets I ordered look NOTHING like the product they show photos of and I'm having a hard time getting them to refund me. They came all wrapped in plastic and when I opened the bag I wanted to cry! They are so cheaply made and all wrinkled up. The material is terrible~!
They want to offer some small amount like 30% back plus I pay for the return shipping! I'm starting to get really mad now and I'm going to report this as a false charge to my credit card company!
SPAM, JUNK QUALITY, and you can only email with them!

ALDRIG set så dårlig kvalitet på noget design. Min ordre bestående af kjoler, bukser og kimono, var ikke i nærheden af det udtryk der var på billederne jeg bestilte ud fra.
Dette firma er fup og udelukkende sat i verden for at snyde sig til folks penge. ÆV

Ich habe drei Kimonos bestellt, die nichts mit den Bildern auf der Verkaufsseite zu tun hatten. Die Qualität war katastrophal – billigstes Material und völlig andere Designs. Ich habe die Ware zurückgeschickt für 5o€ und bekam immer wieder dieselbe Standardantwort: Die Rückerstattung erfolgt erst, wenn das Paket angekommen ist. Das ging endlos so weiter, bis sie jetzt natürlich behaupten, die Rücksendung sei nie angekommen. Statt einer Lösung kommen nur ausweichende und unklare Antworten. Für mich ist das reine Abzocke. Finger weg!

WARNING!!!! this company is a total scam. I ordered dresses, and the design on fabric is all blurry! The fabric looks like a nice cotton, but it’s some weird cheap jersey type fabric. The quality is the worst I think I’ve ever seen. Very deceptive. Items do not match pictures that you see online. Fabrics are extremely cheap. It’s something that you would buy across the border in Tijuana.🤨 returning it is a nightmare, They even state that it could possibly get lost when you ship items back, so they might not ever receive it. Not even worth returning.!! STAY AWAY!!

Shocking!! I was so excited for the beautiful pair of pants I saw on the website and was willing to pay a lot just because I thought they looked so nice and high-quality. What arrived was total junk! Do not buy!!

I saw the most beautiful jumpsuit advertised on Pinterest. Ordered the pants which cost alot of money. But it was so beautiful I was prepared to push my budget. Eventually I could go collect my order. Oh my goodness, what a disappointment. It did not look at all like the picture advertised on Pinterest. Not at all. It is a blurry mess. Bad sewing and awefull material. Have not even tried it on. How can we inform Pinterest? People are loosing money and this company is getting away with it. I took photos of the jumpsuit that I ordered and have a screen shot of the jumpsuit advertised on Pinterest, will be happy to share if you need evidence.

Well what did i really order? Embroidered bouse, Not, 2 pairs of linen pants, Not. Nothing i ordered is as advertised or as pictured. I probably won't order again.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They false advertise their merchandise. I ordered a jumpsuit that was suppose to be 100% cotton or linen and received a polyester blend jumpsuit which they are refusing to respond back.

Absolutely terrible

Sucked in by the nice website, and photoshopped images of retro cotton t-shirts, I ordered one for my daughter. What came through the post was a polyester monstrosity Mr Motivator wouldn't be seen dead in.

A horrible shiny, static polyester fabric that would probably cause spontaneous combustion if you wore it, had a hideous bitmap (pixelated) print on the front – not the sharp, crisp illustration advertised.

As per all the other reviews, I contacted them asking to send back for a refund. "Oh sure, you just need to send it back to China". TO CHINA. Paying for the postage on this hideous thing probably costs more than I paid for it.

Had my fingers burnt. God knows what shady little gimp now has my card details over in old Shenzhen.

Will be checking reviews of online shops now in future.

Horrible pants, 100% poliesther, no contact!!!

Der gelieferte Jumpsuit hatte nicht das Geringste mit der Abbildung im Angebot zu tun. Statt Baumwolle Polyester, völlig anderer Farbverlauf und, anstatt an den Waden zu enden, ca. 40 cm länger. (Meine Größe ist 1,70 cm). Auf meine mehrmaligen Reklamationen kam keinerlei Antwort.
Ich kann nur dringend davon abraten, irgendetwas bei diesem Anbieter zu bestellen. Ich hätte vorher nach Bewertungen suchen sollen. Die sprechen ja eine deutliche Sprache.

Ho acquistato il 30 marzo 2 pantaloni cropped in misto lino con motivo di fiori di prugna e con fiori di ciliegio, pagando 68 USD, di cui 11 di spedizione. Dopo ben 23 giorni sono arrivati 2 pantaloni in puro tessuto sintetico di pessima qualità, senza alcuna indicazione relativa alla composizione e al paese di produzione, ma che neppure su una bancarella potrebbe essere smerciato a 5 euro! È una vera truffa.

Es una estafa!! No hay derecho que no controlen la calidad del producto y se engañe a la gente con fotos retocadas!!!

I ordered a pair of pants. The pants arrived today. I have never seen something to equal this product. The pants were approximately 6” too long (I am 5’7” tall). I ordered larger than the size chart suggested. I am not heavy at all. The pants might fit a 7’ tall child. I paid over $50 for this terrible pair of pants. The material is not as described either. In fact, I am not certain what type of material the pants are made of. I have emailed the company so I will give them 24 hours. If I do not receive a response, I am contacting my credit card company and PayPal. This is just a total scam. Nope, not paying $1.00 for this awful pair of pants.

They sell clothes that are stated to be "cotton", "linen", and "embroidered". What I got, finally, had the print of the item I thought I'd be getting on the cheapest polyester fabric. It is horrible, I'll never wear the items. I wouldn't even give them a one star.

I was very leery about how I would like my new shirt from Alanduo after reading the reviews on Trustpilot but I LOVE my new shirt - it's gorgeous - it isn't exactly linen but looks very much like it and it's aN attractive fabric & the workmanship is just fine - the visual pattern is outstanding and the color is FABULOUS!! I'm going to ignore all these disses about Alanduo going forward and I'd encourage other prospective buyers to ignore these bad reviews...I'm REALLY happy with my purchase!
