I regret not having read the reviews before deciding to buy two dresses. Nothing is as advertised: the fabrics are polyester, the cuts are terrible... I was deceived

grosse déception ,les articles reçus ne ressemble pas a la description du site . soit disant en coton et en lin avec une photo ou les articles paraissent de bonnes facture. En réalité 100/100 polyester je paie 43euros par articles pour des article à 5euros pièces. Ne SURTOUT PAS COMMANDER SUR CE SITE!

Die Qualität der Ware (Kimono) hat nichts zu tun mit dem Foto: Es war billiger glänzender Polyester Stoff anstelle von matter Leine oder Baumwolle. Eine Frechheit!

This is a total scam. Got nothing I ordered, threw two pieces in the trash and one piece is of unknown material, certainly not linen or linen blend.
Don’t even try for a refund.

I ordered 2 Pants and 1 Shirt.
After receiving the "clothings", I was a bit confused, because all the stuff wasnt made from 95% cotton or Linen-mix, it was all 100% polyester. Even the labels inside the clothings told me 100% polyester, the cutts were also sleightly different from the pictures and discriptions on the homepage. And the customer-service is a bad joke. Scammy refund policies, 15% off and you can keep the plastic trash... or ship it back to china on your costs. In normal countries this isnt even legal. I handed the case over to Paypal and hope they punish this scammy trash sellers.

Primo acquisto giusto x testare, arrivato oggi dopo 12 giorni, prodotto venduto come misto lino, in effetti tessuto sintetico, etichetta materiale inesistente, assolutamente da non acquistare più.

Es un aviso a las personas que deseen comprar en ALANDUO. Bajo ningún concepto compren en este sitio. Son ESTAFADORES!!! Por suerte hice una pequeña compra para probar y nunca me llego’ nada. Son ofertas tentadoras para abusar de la buena fe de la gente. Una pena que utilicen a PINTEREST para operar de manera fraudulenta. Debería haber controles sobre la piratería online.

This company is the biggest scam ever
The goods are shoddy, poorly made and wrongly sized
they are made of the cheapest dodgiest material that has faults running through it.
They provide no return information and when finally contacted you are offered 15% refund rather than return the goods. once you finally get an address in China then they tell you the cost of return is your responsibility and you only have 5days left to return.
It is a huge scam and I feel so stupid for falling for it.

Poor quality fabric, polyester versus linen/ cotton as advertised. Poor stitching, design and completely different as advertised! Shame on Pinterest for advertising for this company. I will notify Pinterest regarding the dishonest representation of their products from Alanduo.

Ware nicht wie beschrieben aus Baumwolle und Leinen. Es wird unter der Rubrik "über uns" vorgegaukelt, das dies hochwertige luftige Sommermode sei.
Angekommen ist 100% billigst verarbeitetes Polyester und das Ganze zu einem nicht angemessenen Preis. Rücksendung nach China nur auf eigene Kosten und zu nahezu nicht einhaltbaren Bedingungen möglich!
Das war für mich das letzte Mal, dass ich bestellt

Utter rubbish on every level. Not worth one star. I never seen such appallingly low quality. No item was anything remotely like the images shown online, utter, utter rubbish. The company should be closed down after giving refunds to all their customers. How do you get a refund? Oh yes, one item took over three months to arrive and one peek into the corner of the parcel led me to write this review.

Do not buy…does not look like anything in the advertisement! The material is cheap and poorly made. I am sorry that I did not look at the reviews!

Shocking, shocking, shocking. Product nothing like the picture, shoddy quality, poor seams, takes weeks and weeks to arrive, just totally unacceptable. Hadn't read the reviews before hand - more fool us - but, please, do NOT be tempted to use this company. It will only encourage them to continue to make and sell terrible, terrible products. Tried to leave a review on their website but - lo and behold - it refuses to recognise my email address as a bona fide purchaser. No wonder some products on their site have no reviews. LEAVE THEM WELL ALONE.

Finger weg von dem Shop, die gelieferte Ware hat mit der Abbildung rein gar nichts zu tun. Schlechteste Polyester Qualität. Noch nicht mal die Farben stimmen überein. Auf Anfrage zur Rücksendung wird erst gar nicht reagiert. Kann nur von diesem Shop abraten.

My wife purchased several Xmas sweaters. All were screen printed garbage. This company should be investigated for deceptive marketing. The stuff they produce is embarrassing.

I have placed an order recently and the products I've got are far from what is showed at the product description, pictures and videos. They are very poor quality. One dress should be in shiffon, but in reality it is a synthetic material, the blouse described as in linen is in fact synthetic, and a lace white dress is also synthetic, and the model is different than what is showed on videos and pictures.
It's saying that they are from a small town in the south of France, but the delivery address is in Hong Kong.
I've been writing emails many times just after purchasing. I wish I have read the reports in TrustPilot before finishing the payment.
They have never answered my mails.
I have also reported them to Pinterest, but the page is still active there.

I want to return the products and my money back, but it seems to be impossible to get the e-mail through .
