It is outrageous that this company can get away with supplying items of clothing which are so far from the description. 'Linen and cotton mix' arrived as polyester, which is disgusting. A printed top shown with very sharp images of fish on the website arrived as blurred and fuzzy images on the garment. I wish I had thought to read the reviews on this company before I wasted all my money. I have contacted them for a refund, and obviously, they are not going to reply. The garments will go to charity. Hopefully, someone will benefit.

Items were not at all as shown. Very cheap and ugly fabric used. When I first ordered, they said shipping within a couple of days. Over two weeks later, I emailed to cancel the shipment. They said they had been out of stock and would ship in a couple of days. It took another 2 weeks before they actually shipped. When I tried to return the items, they gave me a speech about how things get lost in the mail and that if there were customs charges they would refus the return - just a serious undertaking to dissuade me from returning them. The final straw was finding out the cost to return them was almost as much as the items. JUST DONT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS.

I ordered a Knit Cardigan Sweater with Kittens embroidered around the pockets. Beautiful picture on the website Alanduo.com! The package 📦 came about 7-10 days later! It was a polyester fabric coat with kitten patches sewn around the pockets. Ordered on December 14, 2024 and received it around December 30, 2024. Emailed them on January 02, 2025 with photos asking to please correct the incorrect order! Emailed them every two days since then and no reply yet to my emails. I have no other conclusion than to label this company a bait and switch organization. Only profiting on unsuspecting customers. Please be advised and beware!

I ordered Two Embroidered Ladies Jumpers with Robin's on Branch's.
I Received Them Today and I'm Absolutely Disappointed With The Two Jumpers. There Jersey With Branch's with Robin's Printed on Them. Terrible QUALITY.
I WILL BE RETURNING THE TWO OF THEM.
Can Anyone Tell Me How Do I RETURN THESE TOPS TO ALANDUO.

I'm totally disappointed with the material of the coat, very cheap. It's more of a bathrobe. I would like to return the goods. please give me a return address.

Stay away! I ordered 2 “Embroidered Cozy Tunic Sweaters” and received polyester t-shirts with a print screen on them. Horrible! I contacted the company but no response so I put a complaint in with PayPal.

Do not order from this company. Their merchandise is crap. It is not what is shown on the website. When you want to return it they say you have to ship it back to China. They offer instead a !5% refund which I NEVER RECEIVED!

Got a pair of pants I ordered was not linen or even linen blend. Cheap polyester just awful really

I ordered 4 items:
- a dress that was advertised as 100% cotton blend but the tag inside said 100 polyester - and it felt like it. Awful synthetic fabric.
- a top that had an obvious faded fold line mark right across the front and the back I'd say from the bolt of folded fabric it was cut from.
- a pair of shorts that look nothing like the website product photo. Colour wrong and style wrong. Supposed to be 95% cotton/5% nylon but no labels the inside to verify this.
- a pair of cropped 'linen blend' pants. If they are linen I'll eat my hat!!! Same fabric as the shorts - dubious composition. I'll be unpicking the visible white cotton trim and replacing it with the same colour as the fabric. Again, no label inside.
The workmanship on all items is dreadful.
I am returning 3 items. I have emailed them, stating that I wanted to return 2 of the items. I am awaiting a reply but it is Christmas so I'm not holding my breath.

Here's the email I received in response to my request for a refund:

What a joke!!!

I would rate it less if I could. Complete ripoff. Products are not what they are shown to be online. Very cheap plastic like clothes that have pattern printed on them. Absolute garbage. Wish I had checked reviews before I purchased.

The Japanese pants that were sent to me were absolutely not what was shown on the website.
Was sent terrible printed polyester which should have been linen, they are currently in the bin where they belong, I am thoroughly appalled.
Buyer beware!!!!!

I never received the article and there was no communication about this at all. Got my money back thanks to PayPal.

This site is a scam, they say and display cardigan sweater but ship polyester crap. Do not order from them.

I placed an order, came pretty quickly, opened my package to find they did not send me the item I ordered. I have tried multiple times, using the contact email they provide for issues, and have gotten no response what so ever! Now I'm stuck with a stupid ugly shirt, out $30 and no birthday present for my sister😡 Do not get suckered in, stay far away from this site/company!!!

This company is nothing short of Scam artists. The pictures on their website show lovely knitted garments. The knitted ribbing on the pictures, clearly seen. I sent for a cardigan.. paid £31.69 I actually thought it was a uk site.
What arrived is a cheap piece of rubbish that's not even worth £7.
It's not a knitted garment at all, but a poorly printed cheap polyester material. Total rip off.

I ordered 2 knitted Cardigans and got 2 ugly polyester printed sweatshirts. I contacted customer service and sent the pictures as was requested on the website but no reply. I would leave a 0 star to these people. I am surprised they are allowed to do their scamming on Pinterest. I will contact PayPal and report them.

I was so disappointed by the "sweaters" I purchased. This company is a fraud. It was a cheap nylon hooded shirt with printing of a sweat on it. It was not as pictured. Buyer beware of this company. There is no way to return, it shouldn't be allowed to sell in the USA. I can't believe our country allows this type of fraud.

Was about to place a large order then thought should read reviews. Thank god I did all your feedback has made me realise this is a dodgy site steer clear. Thanks people you saved me what I’m sure would have been a huge headache 😍

What a rip off. Looked online like actually sweaters. Git some cheap silky type fabric with sweater printed on it. Looked nothing like what was advertised. Thank goodness I used paypaland got my money back. Do not be fooled!
