Order experience was easy. Sizing information was correct (shoes wear a 1/2 size larger). Delivery was timely and correct.

You have a quality product and your customer service is excellent. I only buy your golf shoes.

One of the finest products I own (14 pair) and look forward to a deep green color spike less "Bond" shoe in the future.

I now am changing that rating to a 5 star as Customer Service did reach out to me and rectified the problem. The shoes are great, better than expected. The shoes were worth the extra wait. I love Royal Albartross golf shoes! I own 8 pair. They’re beautifully made, comfortable and I always get compliments whenever I wear them. The classy packaging itself tells you that the shoes inside are special. Customer service is great and they arrive on my doorstep really fast.

Easy transaction, received within a week. sending back, looking for a more comfortable shoe, although the shoes were very nice. one critique, the shoelace eyehole "varnish" sat on the lace and when putting on the shoes dark marks in many places on the white shoelace. i would have been forced to either wash or replace, better check your quality control or method used.

Trying to contact Royal Albatross is an absolute nightmare. They have no phone number so all you can do is email or send them an online message. Seems to take days to get a response from them. So service is not good at all. Their products are lovely htough.

You sent 3 pairs of same shoe lucky I am was able to sell one and taking 1 up north the other shoe u wanted you never sent . I have 7 pairs first time I had a problem!

Although the belt was a little smaller in width than I expected the quality is great and the color is very vibrant exceeding my expectations. Will not hesitate to order again.
