Ich habe zweimal Brillen mit Gleitsicht zurückgeschickt, da die Brillengläser unbrauchbar waren. Trotz mehrere E-Mails habe ich nichts in drei Wochen von Alensa gehört. Ich sprach telefonisch mit zwei Mitarbeitern, die versprochen haben, per E-Mail den selben Tag zu antworten. Leider nichts gehört. Bisher habe ich 310 Euro für nichts bezahlt.

Payment made and order was held by DHL due to some mis info from your team. Usually customer will never face such issues when ordering online. Online purchase is very common and easy now. But your team made it very complicated and finally amount was refunded to me. Thanks for that
