Soy granadina, tengo 65 años y he de decir que JAMÁS he conseguido una entrada para NINGUNA actividad programada del patronato. Esta mañana a las 12h se abrían las reservas para visitar los jardines privados. He entrado a las 12.5 y no habían plazas disponibles. En mi opinión, estas plazas se quedan entre familiares y amigos del propio patronato. POR FAVOR, NO NOS TOMEN EL PELO

Fraud page, never got any tickets

Ci sono diversi siti che si spacciano per quello originale; purtroppo abbiamo acquistato 2 biglietti presso uno di questi (FEEL THE CITY) pagando gli ingressi 50 euro a testa invece che 12 euro, e senza avere incluso l'ingresso ai Palazzi. Inoltre provano a spostarti la data prenotata senza offrire il rimborso nel caso in cui non si potesse andare durante la "nuova data", così da farti perdere completamente i soldi senza nemmeno entrare. Il fatto che nessuno provveda a far chiudere questi siti ma anzi, l'Alhambra ci collabora, accettando questi biglietti pagati 5 volte tanto, rende l'amministrazione complice di truffa. Inoltre pagare anche solo 12 euro per i giardini non merita affatto dal momento che i giardini sono spogli e non curati. Piuttosto andate al Real Alcazar a Siviglia e a Cordoba, cambiate meta, la Spagna è bellissima. L'Alhambra e le sue truffe sono state l'unica delusione.

Société frauduleuse. J'ai acheté un billet sur le site lemuseedulouvre ticket et JAMAIS reçu. Ils ont plusieurs sites.

Pretending to be the official site, they rip off their customers by selling overpriced tickets. Also, I had a very suspicious transaction on my Credit Card within one minute after my purchase. My bank informed me that these kind of transactions are made to test how the Credit Card is protected against fraud. Seems that my Card was compromised after buying on this side, so I had to get a new one.

Scam! The charge 2x the price of a Granada card, which is what they give you.

La gestión de las entradas PÉSIMA conjuntamente con la mayor parte del personal, es cierto que venia escrito en la entrada el levar el carnet de identidad fisico, pero ciertamente no lo vimos, llevábamos fotos de todo pero no valía, hasta aquí no pasa nada, nos indican de muy malas ganas que tenemos que ir 20 minutos andando ida y 20 vuelta cuesta arriba para "validar" el docuemnto, nada, una señora en otra taquilla tambien con escasez de amailidad, un caos en la puerta fatal gestionado tratando a los visitantes que ibamos ilusionados como si fuesemos ganado...y a través de un trámite absurdo y ftal gestionado despues del mal rato y la caminata entras ... te imaginas con que ganas y humor, PODRIAIS PONER LA GESTION DE ESTE TRAMITE CERCA DE LA ENTRADA eramos muchos con cara desencajada haciendo esta gestion de medio maratón, personas mayores con lluvia y frio

I think , they should be in prison. We paid 4 times more !!! We thougt that is the offical website. And I don't understand how can we paid 99 eu and get the ticket as a pass for Grenada for 59? So don't be so stupid as me

Absolute SCAM and disgusting predatory behavior. Reselling tickets they don't even have for over double the price. They run GOOGLE ADS pretending they're the official site and then over double the price.

This company is a scam ticket reseller and clearly operating in the full knowledge of both the Alhambra organisation and the local authorities so clearly they are happy that tourists are being ripped off by selling tickets at inflated prices right on the doorstep of the Alhambra palace. We paid 250 euros for 5 tickets priced at 12 euros each on the actual tickets they gave us because we thought they were the official ticket seller. Spain and Granada should be ashamed they are still allowing this company to operate after so many years.

Me acaban de estafar es una completa estafa encima que me han enviado un montón de información las entradas no las han enviado me salía un enlace para entrar a las entradas y me salía que no estafaban disponibles y no me quieren devolver el dinero no compréis ahí encima inflan un montón los precios los estupidos

Fraudulent company! Stay away. Bought my tickets for double the price and never received them in my email.

Pessima esperienza con questo sito che non è assolutamente chiaro su quello che state acquistando. Ci hanno negato l’ingresso ai palazzi Nazarios perché non inclusi nel biglietto. All’atto dell’acquisto le informazioni sono confuse e non viene segnalato in modo chiaro che i palazzi non sono inclusi. Pagato 45€ quanto il biglietto ne vale 10. State alla larga da questo sito.

Il sito sponsorizzato si spaccia per quello ufficiale e appare prima di esso nei risultati di ricerca, mentre in realtà rivende gli ingressi a prezzo estremamente superiore (42 euro al posto di 10) giustificando il sovrapprezzo come costo di una audioguida. La cosa peggiore è che scrive più volte di includere nella lista del tour i Palacios Nazaries, salvo nascondere il fatto che questi non siano disponibili per il giorno selezionato, ma non mostrando esplicitamente che la scelta desiderata non è disponibile. Prima della conferma dell'acquisto si limita a mostrare l'elenco degli edifici inclusi, dove i Palacios sono scomparsi, ma non c'è motivo per cui il cliente che vede lo stesso prezzo dovrebbe accorgersene. Scorrettamente ammettono che nel caso l'opzione dei Palacios non sia disponibile, non appare nessun flag o segnale per avvertire il cliente.
Inoltre prendere la fantomatica audioguida comporta una caparra di 50 da lasciare in contanti, condizione che viene resa nota solamente a termine del pagamento.

Es una estafa. Saqué entradas a la alhambra con esta empresa por que pensé que eran las oficiales ya que me aparecieron primeros en Google y el nombre de el sitio web confunde. Error mío de principiante no mirar mejor que no era el sitio oficial. Pero por lo que leí en comentarios no soy la única persona que lo creyó. Pague por 1 entrada lo que saldrían casi 4 de la oficial lo cual me molesto mucho cuando me di cuenta . Pregunté por qué salían tanto cuando fui a buscarlas y se justificaron diciendo que brindan el servicio exclusivo de la audioguia. Cuando entras a la alhambra hay códigos QR de forma gratuita en todos los puntos de interés así que no, no es un s servicio exclusivo . En fin , compren sus entradas en el sitio oficial de la alhambra que claramente no es esta.

had a really bad experience with this company on the website. It looks like it is an option website that isn’t I taken my mistake to choose the time instead of 14. I choose 12 hour then I wrote them to the support side but this site is not valid and the message came back then I tried to figure out what address I can ask for support but there is a line a lot of other companies and finally there is one shop in Granada, but all in all nobody help me also the price was very very high. There is no support. I could not recommend this company.

This company is fraudulent. They use the word "official" in big bold letters at the top of their website, making it appear as if they are the Alhambra's official ticket vendor. But then in tiny font at the bottom of the website, they state that they're not affiliated with the Alhambra. They charge more than double the price of an actual ticket! The people who run this site should be ashamed of themselves for scamming people out of money.

If you want to get tickets on a sold out day, this company can help you.
Thats not for free and you have to pay some Euros extra but we where very happy to be able to visit the Alhambra.
