If, like us, you failed to book tickets early enough and couldn't get them from the official site, you can either not go, or pay more to be able to go on the day you're actually in Granada. They provide a service at a cost. Having said which, we paid 85€ for a 56,57€ 72hr Granada pass plus official guided tour so not even that much of a rip off. We booked through this website but our tour was actually provided by My Top Tours who have their own website.

Scam scam scam, run away
They sell you tickets at 5 times real places
They sell you visits to places that is not included.

Don’t get fooled with their beautiful website. They are liars.

Ce site qui se fait passé pour le site officiel de l'Alhambra vend des billet à 39€ pour un adulte au lieu de 19.09€ sur le site officiel compratickets.alhambra-patronato.es). 20 euros de plus pour un audioguide c'est purement et simplement du vol d'autant que j'ai payé le prix adulte pour mon fils de 13 ans qui bénéficie d'un tarif réduit (12.73€) et 8e pour ma fille de 7 ans qui ne paye tout simplement pas sur le site officiel ......résultat 125€ au lieu de 50€. Du vol pure et simple!

Le site se fait passer pour un site officiel; vend les billets beaucoup plus cher et ne permet pas d'entrer dans tous les palais, et l'audio-guide ne fonctionne pas. Pour visiter le palais Nasrides il faut donc repayer l'entrée complète auprès du site officiel ! Résultat pour 3 personnes 160 euros au lieu de 60...

This website falsely advertises as the Official Alhambra site. It is NOT. It is a ticket reseller with hugely inflated prices. We paid thinking it was the official site only to realize later the cost should have been a fraction of what we paid.

Do not use! This place is a scam. they market under guise of official "Alhambra entrada org." As well as their "my top tours"website to trick customers. (Entrada website .their second website- makes it seem v that they are the "official" Alhambra palace and no where on entrada does it say they are a tour agency! Duping poor customers)

I Paid 65 euro for single entry standard ticket with self guided audio download! It costs 14 euro at the door.

No answer on phone. No one at office. No answer to several emails. This 65 euro charge is the same exact ticket you can buy for 14 euro from the REAL Alhambra palace (standard ticket). So my top tours (marketing also under "Alhambra entrada org official tickets" greedily charged 50 euro profit and marketed themselves on Google: claiming they are "the official" ticket seller. Several others in my hotel also scammed. I don't know HOW this is legal. They clearly have two websites and one is fraudulent claiming they are the palace. They are not. Awful.!!!Don't give them a cent. They are literally selling the same ticket I paid 65 euro for now for 35 and they reply to emails with an auto generate from a gmail (!!) personal (non professional) account

There is no resonable communication with personal. They dont understand english well enough and have no interest in helping resolve obvius mistakes on the booking sites they use to sell their tickets.
