Perfume worth waiting for

The ordering process was quite seamless however delivery took about 12days because of the royal mail strike. The wait was well worth it though because the fragrance was all that and more.

Fantastic heavenly scent

Fantastic heavenly scent! I received a big bottle of a tester as well as a bonus and that smells just as divine as what I have ordered.
I highly recommend this company if you want to purchase a good quality and a unique perfume.

Overall, very happy with product and delivery

The delivery updates were not the nest but the items arrived well packed and with a nice little extra tester included. Overall, I am very happy with the product and delivery and will certainly purchase from them again

Disappointed by the quality of service

This company commits on up to 5 days of delivery. However, in my case, it has already been more than 5 days and I still have not received my order!
True, Royal Mail are on multiple days of strikes lately, but this is definitely not an excuse for a company which aims to respect itself and particularly its customers. All Royal Mail strikes are pre-advertised, so they obviously knew about them in advance but still acted as there's nothing to worry about. No alternate shipping method they could think of, nor any alert from them before completing my order that it may be delayed due to strikes. I had to chase them multiple times both on phone and online chat, and had to ask for the shipping refund (which had to specifically be approved by a manager). Why couldn't they offer this themselves as a gesture of good will instead of me asking?... And still, no parcel delivered due to further delays with Royal Mail. No customer service orientation... Their last reply to me was that their shipping policy on their website informs about potential delays due to strikes, but is avoiding to take responsibility for the delay by hiding behind their small letter pages is appropriate? Obviously not!! No one can guess what changes they included in their shipping policy unless they draw your attention to it during the order process, and my order process didn't show anything of such!!!
This is not a proper way of thinking, and definitely not the way to serve your customers!!

We understand your view on the situation and apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Royal Mail strikes are outlined on our terms and conditions/ shipping policy and delivery & returns. Before checkout, customers are required to accept terms and conditions. Without accepting the terms an order cannot be placed. We do this to ensure customers are aware of our policy.

Our policy states that we won't be held liable for any delays, however despite this we decided to refund you for the delivery cost as a good-will gesture.

All refunds and transactions have to be approved by management before anything can be processed. This is so we can provide the most suitable response.

The purpose of notifying our customers of Royal Mail strikes is so that they can prepare in advance for any delays.

We appreciate the feedback you have provided and will take this into consideration for the future.
