When dealing with Aliexpress, you'd better do your research on what you're looking for!

Very bad Services

Two of my last orders came damaged and I really don't know if this was just bad luck or the quality of their services is facing a decline, but I really hope this won't happen again. The good thing is that I got a free replacement of one of the products.

Not bad, but the time of delivery should be shortened

When dealing with Aliexpress, you'd better do your research on what you're looking for! You will never be certain you found the lowest price. As soon as you make your purchase the site emails you a lower price or one magically appears the next time you're on the site. Far too many sellers selling the same items. Keep your fingers crossed you get what you ordered. Shipping is usually very slow and talking to an actual human for customer service is nearly impossible. Otherwise, you can find good deals if you don't mind the wait.

On the spot , order came as promised , need to work a bit on the time of delivery but everything else is great

The advantage is a huge selection of everything and affordable prices. But sellers go to gimmicks and the photos do not always look like real ones and you can get an unpleasant surprise.

I contacted the customer support they kept replying with automated texts
Then they blocked me from reviewing the sellers who scammed me

Good and bad at the same time. It depends on what kind of seller you get.

Actually delivery was fast I was not expected that and the products was good quality so 4 stars rate

I can only talk bad about this company, everytime I order in bulk online, there is always a disappointment it looks like they do this on purpose I will look for a different wholesaler with similar competitive prices

compatible brand name means cheap crap and copied the name like galaxy or every other brand that could be cloned only if was a clone but it is incredible crap suposedly 500 gb is on few gb's speed is only a tenth

the seller allegedly sells high-quality watches (for about 350 dollars) and instead sends cheap beach watches worth 40 dollars! Cheap movements 2813 are installed instead of the specified Swiss ETA movements (e.g. in my case I was promised a 3285 movement, which of course I did not receive)
so far i haven't got the money back in the amount of 350 dollars, i will write it in if something changes

der verkäufer bietet angeblich hochwertige Uhren an ( für ca 350 dollar ) und verschickt stattdessen billige stranduhren im wert von 40 dollar ! verbaut sind billige Uhrwerke 2813 statt angegebene schweizer ETA Uhrwerke ( ZB in meinem Fall wurde mir ein 3285 Uhrwerk versprochen, welches ich natürlich nicht erhalten habe )

US retailers and consumers. Please beware before ordering anything from Alibaba! Just recently got scammed with one of their suppose to be VERIFIED seller. But instead this seller kept on asking for additional payments once my order was in US ports. They are using this Fake shipping company called NYK linelogistics. I AM NEVER ORDERING ANYTHING FROM ALIBABA AND IM TELLING EVERY PERSON I MET AND KNOW!!!
