Does not adhere to EU consumer laws. Returned goods on day of receipt in line with 90days returns. Once goods received, I had to follow up numerous times to only get an email saying "no refund to be issued" no valid reason, goods back in their position so I am now forced to wait for 15daya to pass and raise the matter with my bank as fraudulent transaction :
EDIT..AFTER JUMPING THROUGH HOOPS AND ADVERSE REVIEWS ON HERE, MY REFUND ISSUED TODAY. thankfully. However one shouldn't have to go through all this and at least 4hrs attempting to reason with their customer service both by chat and telephone

Article I ordered was never received. I wrote to customer service.They were of no help.Its just a bot and they denied my claim saying I didnt provide proof that it didnt arrive even though I sent screen shots showing it was not delivered.The seller blames the shipper.Alibaba expects you to go after the shipper.Its been now a month and I have given up.You will just get the run around form alibaba express,the seller etc.Basically they want you to give up...and I did give up because my time is worth more then the 22 dollars I lost.But I learned my lesson ...no more AlibabaExpress for me...I dont care how low the price...its not worth the aggravattion

Bought some small electrical items from Ali Express, but was sent lower voltage items than I had ordered and paid for. Made a complaint and Ali Express agreed with me that the items were not as ordered and that the seller was at fault and therefore the seller will have to pay the return postage. I followed their return instructions to the T, returned the items and provided them with an online Proof of Posting certificate, another Proof of Posting certificate from the Post Office and a screenshot of my Paypal account showing that I had paid the postage online. I was refunded the cost of the items, BUT was not refunded the cost of the return postage to China, (£21). When I complained I was told that I had not submitted sufficient proof to prove that I have paid the return postage. Which I, naturally, queried and was asked, once again, to send proof that I had paid the return postage. So, I sent the 3 documents again, RE two Proof of Posting certificates from the Post Office and the screenshot of my Paypal account. I then received an email informing me that 'my appeal' had been rejected due to lack of proof of payment and that the matter was closed and no further correspondence would be answered. Complete liars and scammers, do not believe a word they say.

WARNING. 90% of sellers are a scam.

eBay is a much better option. Aliexpress is owned by alibaba which is pool full of scammers. what's best of all neither will care if the seller is not good. Ebay on the other hand really punishes sellers for selling rubbish or not delivering goods.

Chinese tat, don't waste your money.

They stole more than 600 dollars from me and my cousin stole more than 900 dollars, and I do not advise anyone to deal with them.. When we spoke with the administration to file a complaint, we did not find a response and a solution to the problem

I would rather have a price to choose from rather than a thousand text messages trying to barter. Eventually I did complete the purchase thru Alibaba and that was smooth. Now, if I had to grade DHL, I wouldn't be as generous. DHL wrecked the shipping box. Thankfully, it was packed really well and survived the shipping.

Alibaba is enabling and facilitating COTPS. By investing, they are complicit and are funding a corrupt COTPS activities. BUYERS AND INVESTORS BEWARE!

They advertise 16 TB solid state data drives. They are not. Any files you transfer to them will be corrupt. Alibaba refuses to deal with this scam.
I have also ordered stuff which comes different to that which was pictured.

No one care or the service is not here to help any customer like me just got scammed over £200, AliExpess is platform to scammer sellers comfortable protected by AliExpress with them business of stilling money from naive customers like me thinking we going to buying great deals from AliExpress like a secure by on Amazon, but we will all find out the wrost experience possible is well orginized scamm platform as I discovered being scammer in over £200 for a multimedia android car radio from the store "AUTOTOP Multimedia", they sell a broken product and when you request a replacement the request you the return of the item by your own high costs you send the item back to chine and when you realize the item gone and you lost your money, if you try to get help from Aliexpress support will be a continue nightmare with the talking to you like you the most important and special customer and the will raise an inquire together with the seller to solve the dispute but the reality they just playing with you and you never get any answer or solution.

They promised I would receive a refund within the next 20 days. Despite several emails requesting an update 120 days on no refund and no replies. Their customer service is absolutely appalling and they have little interest in customer satisfaction k

I bought a 5G smartphone, Maimeite M11 ultra, of course its useless, I paid by paypal and i,m told IF I pay for postage to China , IF the supplier agrees it is as sold , I will get my money back. I took the plastic off the screen so it is not as sold. Ali express europe is in China so euro 21 I don't get back.
