Gostei Muito desse app ele realmente e bom

Received faulty product (guitar). Requested partial refund to accommodate repair as returning the guitar to China (at my own expense) was financially prohibitive. Seller has not responded to several further requests.Very bad communication from seller and AliExpress. BE WARNED !

Don't trust the trade insurance, promised by alibaba. The sole purpose of the trade insurance is to provide a false sense of security to lure inexperienced customer in. The suppliers on alibaba is very much aware of this, which make them care very little if you receive your products or not.

The truth about the trade insurance is, that by the time you open a dispute, the supplier has already received all of your money, and it is to late.
That's the reason why the customer will never win any dispute - no matter how strong the evidence are that you never even received your products.

The alibaba dispute team will come up with the most ridiculous reason why you can not get the refund you are entitled to according the trade insurance terms. After that they will close the case and you get to talk to there bot Anna. This will be another slap in your face after losing all of your money.

Futher more you can not trust the supplier reviews. Alibaba will remove bad reviews as they are very much interested in having their suppliers to "look good"

Still waiting for my order its been 3 weeks now really disappointed

I have place an order back in early October. I never got my item I complaint I was told they were going to look into it and nothing happen. I wrote them last week I was told that a manager was going to contact me and nothing happen. Today I contact your company that is with Ally Express and they say that my order went to the wrong city and that for my troubles they were going to issue me a store credit for the amount I spend and it was a lie. I did not get that . I keep getting push around that the manager will contact me but they have never done that. I did not get my items or my money back nor my coupons nothing. I don't appreciate being lie to and the poor service.

They let sellers STEAL money from us! I have had a dispute reopened, and the seller reimbursed me HALF the sum. 6 orders, 6 problems, 3 sellers retained my money! Contacted their support and they washed their hands telling me the seller has to handle it! In this HELL of management 4 months back and forth and I see I am losing my money. Then, WHO THE HELL controls who the seller is??? Random ppl may even NEVER send you anything and keep the money. DO NOT ORDER NO MATTER HOW CHEAP IT SEEMS TO BE.

Wavlink and Alibaba do not buy from these thieves. They will take your money and you will never receive your goods. I had this horrible experience with Wavlink Direct Store, I ordered a router and extender, but it never arrived. I proceded to ask for my money back and they said they are unable to help and they will hold onto my money and not give me any refund. DO NOT BUY FROM ALIBABA AND WAVLINK DIRECT STORE. Five star service. I have never had a problem getting my stuff from them I’m always satisfied.

My advise is stay as far away from them as possible, they are pure scam. They even charge trade Insurance, but if you dont get your items they dont care. I strongly advise any to find somewhere else to buy whatever you need.

Best e-commerce website, very cheap items here you can sell and make more profit on eBay or Amazon,but the shipping fee are costly and shipments takes almost a month.
