Don't buy anything more than 5 pounds on Aliexpress if you don't want to lose your money or if you hate jumping from one dispute to another. I bought a 3d Printer from them to be shipped from Germany but the seller sent it from Czech Republic. I talked to him about it, he indifferently said 'so what, it's the same!'.

I tried to reach customer service on aliexpress but it was the worst experience you can ever imagine. Long stupid auto replies and when I reached a 'human', the one on the other end talks to me through a translation software so most of the sentences are jumbled and vague. Not to say, they promise you stuff and solutions and after you finish the conversion nothing happens.

The process to get your money back is a far cry from Amazon's. You raise disputes with sellers who know how to play the system and buy time. Simply the money you save on expensive items isn't worth it. Think of after sales and support! This website is for small value items from China full stop. Nothing more than 5 pounds.

I regret the day I bought this 3d printer from them. I have wasted money and time, yet neither received the printer or my refund. A nightmare!

Last advice, read reviews here and on other websites don't get fooled by their fake reviews on their website.

After several items have not appeared and I do not have the opportunity to open a dispute, I have to find that after years of use and purchase exceeding $ 2000, I simply do not trust ALi EXPRES anymore.
I would therefore like to delete my account and ALL information in my name.

What is it Ali baba ?Aliexpess or aliexpess?This site is sketchy and shady.I have 4 orders from Aliexpess 3 old ones and one new.I opened a dispute on one of the old ones and it was judged invalid telling me to wait for the delivery.I will open a dispute on the other 2 old orders from Aliexpess.They are not clear when to open a dispute before or after the timer runs out?It has been 2 months since the orders where shiped and they shed that it is "In transit" with no further info so you Can't proof that you haven't received the goods. There is not actual customer service only "Eva" a bot that is there to make you loose your patients and dis courage you from getting to the bottom.RIDICULOUS.Don't order unless you like the possibility to loose your money.

Seller wrote 15 days to get the package and i pay a lot for shipping! But it took 51 days to arrive my package!
The quality of my order was good and I got what I ordered!

I recently spent $1000 AliEpress/Alibaba market and i was sold 3 boards that are genuinely faulty and to my surprise that ALIExpress decided to close the dispute in favor of a vendor that sold me 3 faulty boards out of 5! THIS SITE IS A PLATFORM TO ALLOW CHINESE CROOKS TO GET AWAY WITH YOUR MONEY!

I am very shocked that this is how AliExpress could function. The option to DISPUTE solution has been deactivated on the Application, there’s NO OPTION was LEFT to deal with this problem and I sent back 2 faulty boards via DHL 6 days ago out of the 3 faulty boards I received. The SUPPLIER RECEIVES GOODS BACK ACCORDING TO DHL, BUT TDHHX Store DENIES IT THOUGH I USED THE ADDRESS HE HAD ON THE SYSTEM.

I am NOT HAPPY and hope AliExpress/Alibaba resolves this sooner, I thought i could trust AliEpress.com

They give you a good product but shipment takes time.

Everything comes as expected and looks as described. Only one dispute since dealing with them but it was handled quickly and with satisfaction.

WARNING. 90% of sellers are a scam.

eBay is a much better option. Aliexpress is owned by alibaba which is pool full of scammers. what's best of all neither will care if the seller is not good. Ebay on the other hand really punishes sellers for selling rubbish or not delivering goods.

I have had great success in obtaining US coin restrikes from this site. On the plus, excellent copies of old coins. On the minus, takes forever for the vendors to get their product to you. All are from China and come via USPS.

I bought a item that was coming over from China. I was given 10 days. I had NO item. I contact seller, and they extended the deadline 10 days more. I still had NO item.They tell me it got lost and they will send another. So 10 days was added. Still NO item. I didn't get a response from seller for over a day. Then the seller tells me it is stuck in customs.We agreed to extend deadline. And I still did not get my item. The seller then mentions opening a dispute. I got a refund, but NOT the full amount. I was £40 Sterling short. I complained to ALIBABA, who say contact seller.I contact seller, they say the refunds do not come from them. I gave up with them. After 7 days the seller tells me my item has cleared customs, do I still want to buy the item. I lost money, NO item and waiting patiently for too many days. I will not recommend buying.

It took forever to bring one car-seat. The price was good but I even thought that my daughter was going to grow up before they bring the bloody seat.

This website is not for people that believe everything they read. If you acknowledge that you cannot have the best quality for 2 euros then you will be really happy. I purchased at least 20 times and almost all the time what I got is what I expected. Value for money. Or better: mid-quality for low-money. One time the parcel did not arrive, and I got refunded.
