best immigration service I had the chance to work with

I am trying to understand if Aliro Immigration is still in business. I’m genuinely confused. Can anyone reach me pls.. There seems to be zero online presence even on the website, LinkedIn, other social media platform, their last online communication and post was 2023. I can’t even find an Aliro Immigration Consultant’s name online, the phone number on their website is not going through. Help please before I dive deep into sourcing your business.

I filled out their free global assessment and booked an appointment with one of their immigration agents. I waited all day for her to attend the Google Meet call but she didn't attend. Then I sent an email complaining about this and she replied about the time difference so I asked her to reschedule the date at her convenient time. Since then, she hasn't replied to me or done anything.

My problem here is that they claim to help guide you through a very important process that can change a person’s life at a price. I paid for the appointment and I also really hoped to work with them. They wasted my time and their attitude showed that they were not serious. Imagine passing this process and giving your hard-earned money to them just to be ignored and forgotten, is that a trustworthy person or organization? I would call them scammers but I would advise people to work with such organizations that can't prioritize their clients. It was a complete waste of time and I'm completely disappointed. As for the refund for my appointment, they can keep it as I'm done with them.

I'm already at Canada!! That was much easier than i thought it'll be.

i took the free assessment, had a constitution a day after which we decided the price and the process upon. Then i had to upload the docs the system and every step was pretty straight forward, very clear and simple
