The second time I ordered from the company, two sheet sets arrived, both were missing the top flat sheet. No one responds when I report the issue. I will not buy from this company again.

Terrible company with fraudulent behaviour. No top sheet and $133 for pillow cases and fitted sheet. Very very thin and low thread count so I would say run, run fast away from this poor excuse for a company.

Ok they say sheet set but you only get 1 fitted sheet. Oh and how kind to throw in 2 pillowcase for free! So 119.00 for 1 fitted sheet. Very deceiving of you.

I simply cannot believe this company is still in business. I ordered my second set even though my first set felt too thin to be the luxury linen they advertised. My second set when it finally arrived was a preorder in pink and I waited a long time when they finally arrived it was missing the top sheet and they are telling me that that was the “configuration” I’m going huh? Who the heck sells sheet sets without the darn top sheet? Pre order means you pre ordered and knew it may be longer. Still not getting anywhere with them. Just don’t even bother. The material is cheap not the linen I expected. Not linen now I find out.

Totally disappointed, the marketing leads one to believe its an American small business.
It took a few weeks to receive my order, which was expected as the marketing material indicated growth cycles and small batches... again mimicking American farm direct sales. Arrived in simple cloth bag, and when checking a few day s later, no top sheet and surprisingly no instructions or details.
Then I came back to research and discovered (quite by accident) that it was shipped from YIWU in China.
I checked back and the website (I have screen shots), clearly refers sheet "sets" and that is outlined as 4 pieces.
I'll be speaking to Amex shortly.

Caveat emptor! I fell for their old-world-linen charming video. Mea culpa. Should have read the reviews. If the sheets are really linen it’s the flimsiest “linen” I have ever seen, but I don’t think they are linen. They are also direct shipped from China. And their definition of “set” does not include the top sheet. This is a scam. Caveat emptor!

Paid over $100 for a fitted regular sheet and 2 pillowcases..not linen..this company needs shut down..rip off.

Almost everything has gone wrong, First it's website had my Order wrong. It took a very long time to get it corrected.They asked me for twenty more dollars , as I went from twin to full. I received something from them saying that I would get the sheets plural that I wanted, almost a month later They finally arrived with tags on it.From the p. r. c. ... people's republic of china , I take it. It arrived with a fitted sheet and 2 pillowcases.I asked about the flat sheet , and they said , oh no , we don't do that for your set only come with fitted, no flat. On their own bill to me asking for twenty more dollars , it says sheets in their own verbiage. I am so fed up with them.I just want to run and hide.

If I could give these liars and thieves 0 stars I would. These are not French/ Euro made like the Ad on IG… but rather cheap Chinese crap. And to make it worse they don’t come with a flat sheet. Just a fitted and 2 pillow cases. The person at the company said i got storage bag vs a flat sheet. What kind off bullcrap is that?! And they are thin and cheap light weight crap. I recently bought a set of bamboo sheets for the same price and one pillowcase is heavier than the 3 pcs that came.
Do your self a favor and don’t waste your money!!

Do not use this company. The sheets do not feel like pure linen. They are abrasive and cheap feeling. I ordered a set of King size sheets/ 2 pillowcases but after weeks of waiting; I received 1 fitted sheet and 2 pillowcases. My order was incomplete as I did not receive a flat sheet. Customer service is nonexistent. I have sent multiple emails with no response yet. This company is a scam!!!

The quaslity of the sheets are average at best. Nothing special. They trick you into ordering and you only get a fitted sheet and tweo pillow cases for $129. Misleading. Also, I think its a scam chinese company posing as a hoigh end Euro company. Will probally throw thew sheets away.

This was the biggest scam company. I waited over a month for my sheet set, only to receive a fitted sheet and 2 pillow cases that had no tags, were clearly NOT linen and wrong size. When I contacted the company, they offered to give me half my money back, and claimed that's how the sheets come ! I have yet to get any money back.

Just received my FALSE Advertizement "linen" sheets/ They say sheet set and all you get is a fitted sheet and 2 pillow cases for $150......WHAT!!!!!!

Ordered a “set” of “European linen” sheets which was to include a bottom and top sheet and two pillowcases. No top sheet was sent, as other reviews have noted. Pillowcases are long enough for a king pillow but very narrow. Too narrow to get the pillows into without squashing them. Sheets are not linen. Very rough and cheap feeling. But there is no labeling to say what they actually are. I would say cotton polyester blend of some kind. And they aren’t “European” anything. They are made in China. $129 for a partial set of sheets that would have cost $25 at Walmart. Complete scam and you can’t get in touch with the company. Rip off.

They do not send what you think you are purchasing. It says 2 free pillow cases with each “set”. A set is two pieces!!!!! You sent a fitted sheet. That is false advertising and I will make sure I tell everyone not to purchase from this company. $185 for a fitted sheet and 2 pillow cases! Seems a little crazy to me!!!

I ordered a California king sheet set and only received a part of that order. They claim the bag the sheet is shipped in is in place of a top sheet. I requested the top sheet be sent to me and they said I needed to pay for it above and beyond what I already paid then I received a series of automated emails and they have refused to provide return instructions.
DON’T BUY FROM THEM. THE PRODUCT IS AWFUL AND INADEQUATE. ONLY A FITTED SHEET AND PILLOWCASES. AND THEY TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE FACT THAT THEY HAVE DEFRAUDED CUSTOMERS.

Ships from China, took forever to get here. Then I discovered they do not include a flat sheet, only fitted, even though all the descriptions say “sheets” and “set”. They will sell me a flat sheet or I can ship the fitted back at my expense. Ripoff and complete waste of time and money.

My sheet set arrived today minus the top sheet, although the ad clearly states flat, fitted and pillowcases!
I thought it was a mistake, but seeing the other reviews here, I am now very upset and determined NEVER to buy things online again! Geez! How can this company still exist?

Do not buy from this company. NOT quality linen sheets and are not produced in the United States. Only send fitted sheet and pillow cases and the quality is very poor—sweaty and itchy! long delivery and defiantly false advertising. Fortunately, I reached out to my cc company and provided all of the information and I promptly received a refund-so. this company will not get my money!!

Buyer beware! This comes from China! Also, what sheet "set" comes with a fitted sheet and pillowcases only?! What happened to the flat sheet?? I waited 6 weeks for them to be delivered before I decided to cancel the order. Couldn't get a response from the website, so I contacted my bank. Got a refund the next day (thankfully!) Then, when they came, the quality is so cheap. Very thin and basic. Not what I expected at all.
