Rude. They won't even admit their mistake, and they still refuse to issue a refund.

Be careful if you sign up; we were scammed. This tour group took our deposit, but the entire trip turned out to be a fabrication designed to trick us into paying even more money to join.

Physical assault on customer and steal their phones. The manager was time traveled from Stone Age with no civilisation at all.

Their system sucks and leads to overbooking problem. However, don't give you refund. And tge worst thing is they earn tourists mo ey but discriminate Asian tourists and EVEN ROB the phone of the tourist from Hong Kong. Horrible awful company.

Emotionally unstable, hostile manager assaulted and took costumer’s personal belonging away aggressively, without any consent. Wouldn’t feel safe with such unacceptable behaviour and attitude. Terrible service, not recommended.

Unbelievably terrible experience and dangerous behavior.
Their system messed up our confirmed booking, and staff had extremely poor attitudes. Worse, the manager violently snatched my friend's phone to try to delete evidence and drove off while my friend was caught in the car door. Extremely unsafe, unprofessional, and dishonest. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Total scam operation targeting unsuspecting visitors! They botched an application, refused to issue a refund, and then the manager went so far as to steal a guest's mobile device and flee by car. Knowing that short-term travelers rarely have the time to file formal charges or deal with local law enforcement, this place operates with zero accountability. Absolutely appalling service!

This company is a scam. They did not honour the booking and did not refund even they admitted it was their system error. They are rude and racist. Avoid this company at all costs!!

Awful experience

Seen on social media that the manager grab a tourist phone when the tourists film the manger and staff. How should the shop and its staff feel ashamed! Clearly non-tourists friendly organisations and destroyed local tourism

This tour company is only for tourists who wants to get robbed.
The MANAGER grabbed his customer's phone and ran away with his car, just because the company failed to register their customer's application and refused to refund.
The police even couldn't help because tourists cannot stay a longer time to go through the legal process, so this company will probably do the same in the future as they don't have to take responsibilities.
Absolutely ridiculous.
