We want to reassure you that we are a genuine company, and we take all customer concerns seriously. We’ve tested our website and can confirm that the LiveChat button is working correctly. It can be accessed via our homepage, product pages, and the Contact Us page. Additionally, the phone number listed on our site is valid. We are unsure how you got to a page trying to sell you software.

Could you please try accessing the LiveChat again via our homepage? If you’re still having trouble, please email us directly at info@allergytest.com, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible to resolve this.

Update: I've requested order information from Trust Pilot. Can you please update this so I can get back to you and resolve the query you have. I also would like to understand where you are clicking to get Livechat software information.
