Great Customer Service

I ordered a test kit and was a little confused about how it worked. I had an online chat with Jesse who was super helpful and supported me with everything I needed.
All round great customer support, I cannot wait to get our results back and see if they help my dog.

I ordered a month ago and had not


I ordered a month ago and had not received any correspondence. I was skeptical. I reached out to the chat and got all the answers I needed to proceed with submitting my test. I later found all my correspondence in my spam mail .
