Absolutely fantastic service. From start to finish I was helped, guided but never pushed or pressured into ordering with them. They kept me informed of all the steps, showcasing fantastic videos and photos along the way and when the ring arrived… it was stunning. Would recommend to anyone looking for a ring.

I must say Alliance Jewels are amazing, I have been in talks with them for over a year. I was quite nervous in buying a ring, especially if you're an indecisive person. Upon seeing videos and good reviews I took the jump and went along with them. Suhail is an amazing person, so down to earth and kind, he has been patient and very speedy in his response. He kept me updated and reassured me through the whole journey. You won't get this fully customised service from a different company, they are the BEST.

100/10 I RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE!

Honestly cannot thank Suhail enough for such an amazing service, I had my engagement upgraded as a push gift and from the design process to finish he was fantastic, keeping me and my husband informed at all stages. AND delivered the ring earlier than expected!! Thank you so much to Suhail, the ring is over and beyond our expectations.

You don’t just get a ring with Suhail, it’s an experience where he offers his best advice, and for us that advice was golden!

A great experience with Suhail. Had a quick turnaround after designing the ring and was kept informed at all moments. Was a pleasure, will defo come back and will recommend to all my friends and family. Thank you for making the process so stress free and for going above and beyond!!

I chose Alliance Jewels to create a custom engagement ring, and Suhail was incredibly helpful throughout the process. He assisted me with the design and kept me informed with updates at each stage of production. I'm extremely happy with the final product, which exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Alliance Jewels.

Choosing my ring from Alliance Jewels was the best decision I have ever made! From the onset, Sohail was providing a 5 star service in helping me choose the perfect ring. He never failed to answer all my questions, gave the best advice and provided pictures at every stage of making the ring. I cannot thank him enough for taking this stress away from me and creating the most beautiful ring. Will be coming back for all my diamond purchases in the future!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Suhail to create a custom ring, and I am beyond impressed. The ring he made for me is absolutely stunning – it’s everything I wanted and more. His craftsmanship is beautiful and intricate, and you can tell he puts a lot of care into his work.

What really stood out to me was how easy Suhail made the whole process. He was incredibly responsive on Instagram, answering all my questions right away. This was such a breath of fresh air compared to other jewellers who took forever to reply. Plus, he didn’t try to pressure me into buying anything. Unlike others who took my number and bombarded me with calls, Suhail was laid-back and confident in his amazing products and reputation.

He also offered me an unbeatable price and fantastic financing options, which made everything even better. To top it all off, he provided a lifetime guarantee on the ring and even offered to resize it if needed.

I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Suhail is a star, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for beautiful, high-quality jewellery.

My partner bought my engagement ring from Alliance Jewels and honestly we are so happy with the quality of the ring and the customer service. Honestly I love my ring so much it glistens at all times. It is everything I dreamed for and more !

I am beyond satisfied with the service I received from Alliance Jewels - they handled any concerns and all questions in a timely and professional manner. The ring was stunning and my fiancé has received nothing but compliments for the ring.

My husband wanted to upgrade my ring as we didn’t really know what we were doing first time round. We came across Alliance Jewels on Instagram and were skeptical at first but once we spoke to Sohail felt reassured. They have an office in Hatton Gardens too so we didn’t have any worries. Because we already spent a lot of money just 2 years ago we wanted to make sure this time it was the dream ring that we never change again. I was very fussy but Alliance bought my vision to life. I’m obsessed with my ring. It’s just perfect!

From initial contact until I picked up the ring it was perfect, nothing I can complain about. Constant updates and very patient, thanks once again!

I cannot express how amazing Alliance Jewels were from start to finish. Suhail, with a very professional and friendly approach could not have been more helpful. Advised in great detail of size and spec to suit my requirements. He also kept me updated with every step of the production process as well as the product being manufactured and delivered in good time.
Most of all, I found Alliance Jewell prices much better than some competitors I received quotes from.
If you are reading this, I highly advise to look no further than Alliance Jewels and dealing directly with Suhail

Had the best experience with alliance jewels! Sohail was amazing, made the process extremely easy and kept me updated with everything. I absolutely love my ring, it’s everything I imagined! Thank you so much

I had an absolutely amazing time building my dream ring with Suhail. He was absolutely incredible. He bought my dream vision to life. He was really quick and efficient. He had the ring made ready months before the big day. So easy to work with and communicate with. Thankyou again Alliance Jewels.
Love Sumayyah and Faruq

Very good customer service, whenever i messaged them with my questions or concerns about my ring I received a prompt response even after the working hours.
The prices are no where near the ones from other jewellers that are trending on social media and pushing up prices increasing them from a day to another.
Pleased with the ring and with the communication.

I first seen the ring on instagram reels and I knew straight away it was the perfect one! I contacted first and I was hesitant but the customer service and reassurance was first class I cannot thank alliance jewels enough for creating the perfect ring for me!

I have just received my wedding ring to match my beautiful amazing incredible engagement ring. My engagement ring was designed by my Fiancé with the help of the incredible Suhail at Alliance Jewels. So we asked Suhail to help design a matching wedding ring.
I cannot recommend Suhail at Alliance Jewels highly enough. The customer service is exceptional and nothing is too much trouble to help with incredible invaluable and expert advice and designs through to the finished ring.
I am so in love with both my beautiful rings and there are no words to thank Sulhail enough!
