Alliance jewels レビュー

Was able to source a ring very last minute. Communication and service was excellent. Ring was beautiful would 100% recommend!!!

Amazing service from Suhail and his team! From start to finish, the whole process was so smooth, professional and accommodating. I was constantly asking questions and changing my mind, but Suhail couldn’t have been more patient and gracious with every request — nothing was ever too much trouble.

He even went above and beyond by creating two wax melts for my partner, as he couldn’t decide between two different designs. This made the whole process so much easier and really helped us decide on the perfect ring. Suhail also sourced the most beautiful diamond, which truly brought the whole ring together.

And the ring… absolutely exquisite! It’s everything I dreamed of and more. I couldn’t be happier with it and will absolutely 110% be back for our wedding bands!

I genuinely couldn’t recommend Suhail and his team highly enough. The attention to detail, patience and level of service were second to none! 💍♥️

One million thank you’s Suhail!

From day one, they were attentive, honest, and incredibly patient. No matter how many questions I asked or how indecisive I was, they never made me feel like a burden.
What really stood out was the communication. I was kept updated throughout with CAD designs, photos, and videos, and I always knew exactly where things stood. Most impressively, they managed to create a completely bespoke engagement ring, including custom engraving, within just 10 days!! The craftsmanship is incredible and you can tell they genuinely care about getting every detail right. They didn’t just make a ring, they brought my vision to life and saved my proposal plans in the process. If you’re looking for someone who will listen, guide you, and create THE ring you’ve been dreaming of, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them! Going back for our weddings rings

Wish I could give more stars! Suhail has been incredible from start to finish. Alliance previously made me engagement ring and I have now come back for my wedding ring. Both rings are flawless and I couldn’t be happier. The service is exceptional and you won’t regret using them. Thank you ❤️

Suhail is the best jeweller in Hatton garden. Sorted me out with the best wedding ring for my wife at the best price possible. He showed genuine interest and care in all my concerns and I’d definitely recommend him and his service. Top man

Ordered two diamond rings from here, both turned out to be absolutely stunning. The service provided was also amazing, they listened to all my requests and followed through exactly. Would definitely recommend.

Came across alliance a year before making the purchase and couldn’t be happier that I stuck with them! Even after moving to the other side of the world the process was extremely smooth and they was extremely patient with all of my requests. Would definitely recommend.

The pendant necklace is absolutely beautiful, elegant, and even prettier in person. The craftsmanship is amazing, and you can tell a lot of care went into making it. Mohammed Suhaib was so kind, thoughtful, and helpful throughout the whole process, which made the experience even more special. I’ve received so many compliments wearing it and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a gorgeous handmade piece.

Suhail and his team were brilliant in understanding my requirements and making recommendation of which engagement ring to go for. My fiancé absolutely loved the ring and the after sales service has been fantastic. Would highly recommend!

Over the moon with my ring! Suhail was incredibly reassuring, patient and trustworthy throughout the entire process making my experience so smooth and enjoyable . I highly recommend his service to anyone!!

After visiting several jewellers, my fiancé and I chose Alliance Jewels — and meeting Suhail confirmed we’d made the right decision. He was warm, knowledgeable, and refreshingly honest. There was no pressure at any point, just genuine guidance to help us make the right choices for us.

His expertise in proportions and design was invaluable as it helped us ensure the right balance for my finger. He also took the time to source and choose the best diamond and side stones for our trilogy ring.

I changed my mind a few times on the CAD design, and Sohail never once made me feel like a bother. He happily refined the design until it felt perfect. His regular updates and photos throughout the process made everything feel smooth and stress‑free.

The finished ring is beyond anything I imagined. I’ve had countless compliments and still catch myself staring at it. I was so impressed that I immediately asked for a quote on a diamond necklace to match.

Alliance Jewels delivered exceptional service and craftsmanship. I couldn’t recommend Alliance Jewels more highly. Thank you so much for making such an important purchase feel so special.

Suhail provided legendary service after I was let down by another jeweller. Listened to my requests and provided solutions at every turn.

Got my fiance ring and some matching earrings from here did amazing with the details of what I asked for and my fiance is over the moon couldn’t of asked for a better service thank you -D.R

I got my engagement ring from Alliance Jewels almost two years ago, and I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough. From the very beginning, Suhail who helped me design and bring my vision to life was attentive, patient, and professional.
Recently, one of the small stones on my ring came loose (I wear it constantly and am quite active, so it’s had plenty of contact with water and creams). I reached out to Suhail straight away with a photo, and even after nearly two years, he responded within 24 hours. He directed me to their workshop, and to my amazement, the ring was repaired and polished within just 15 minutes!
Not only was the missing stone replaced perfectly, but the entire ring was cleaned and restored to its original sparkle honestly, it looked brand new. I was blown away by how smooth and efficient the entire process was.
Even when I first received my ring, the team went above and beyond when I had delivery concerns, they offered to personally meet me to ensure it arrived safely. That level of care and customer service is rare.
I’m so grateful to Alliance Jewels for their incredible craftsmanship and customer support. Highly recommend! 💍✨

We couldn’t be happier with our experience! Alliance Jewels went above and beyond for us — every little detail was absolutely perfect. My engagement ring and our wedding bands are everything we dreamed of and more. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and personal service were exceptional from start to finish. Thank you so much for making something so special that we’ll cherish forever. Highly recommend!

Unbelievable service from the minute I reached out. Sohail rang me straight away, I just threw ideas at him and he came back with exactly what I was thinking. Throughout the process, always keeping me updated and when completed was delivered the next day. Breath taking when I saw it and made it become reality. Couldn’t recommend Alliance Jewels any more
