Fantastic service from start to finish. Will defiantly be using you again.

I came across Alliance jewels on IG and loved their worked so decided i’d message them and they replied near enough straight away where as others took days! this itself made me want to continue my journey with them. I got my engagement ring and it’s quite literally the most beautiful thing I have ever seen. They were amazing with their updates every single time there was something new added they would show and let me know. THE WHOLE PROCESS WAS DONE IN 10 DAYS. They went above and beyond to make sure I had it ready before we went on holiday. I will be coming back to get my wedding band and my partners from here. I’m honestly so so happy with the whole service i received and would recommend to anyone considering. 10/10 everything.

Excellent customer service and an honest jeweller in Hatton Garden

Alliance Jewels in Hatton Garden really make you feel like a VIP when you choose to shop with them. The whole process from the initial enquiry to WhatsApp chat, selecting ring designs and diamonds, to placing the order was excellent.

They work with your budget and really do get the best for you. My fiancées wedding and engagement rings arrived today and the VS/VVS diamonds look amazing - they also come with certificates to certify the diamonds - for your peace of mind.

Thankyou Suhail for your work on this one.

All round great job from the team
at Alliance Jewels

Absolutely amazing service and the ring speaks for itself. It is stunning! Made to perfection and stunning craftsmanship. The customer service has been amazing especially as I was a very fussy customer yet they answered all my questions and gave me exactly what I wanted. No complaints whatsoever.

First of all I would like to say big thank you to Suhail I had an amazing experience from the start to finish.

As I was stressed, as I didn’t have my wedding ring yet, but he came through and helped me design my beautiful wedding ring and got my ring delivered within two weeks.

through the journey he has kept me up dated by sending videos and photos at each stage. Honestly would recommend Alliance Jewellers to everybody

Great Service!
Gave a design and idea and they brought it to life, highly recommend!

I honestly can’t fathom the service we received at alliance jewels. I was really worried with what jeweller to go for me and my husbands wedding bands, but alliance jewels smashed it out the bag. not only did he give us the best deals, we got the best service you can buy & you can tell he is a very genuine person. He took us along the process with him & he made sure everything was perfect and gave us his honest opinions. Honestly cant thank him enough. I hope his business receives more recognition because he deserves it!

THE MOST PERFECT RING!! Where do I even begin. I first came across Alliance Jewels on instagram and I was a bit sceptical to say the least. But this team, the quick responses, The Alliance team has been transparent, approachable and reassuring the whole process documenting each stage, keeping me in the loop which is super important when you’re spending so much money! He worked within the budget, me being the pickiest human I was bombarding him with questions, different designs I like, pave or non pave, oval or solitaire, he created CAD designs within literally minutes for the designs I liked. Sending me wax prototypes of the different band widths as I was unsure and the oval/solitaire. I’ve never come across such phenomenal customer service, it’s literally such a bespoke service. Suhail makes you feel at ease and doesn’t make you feel like your budget is too small at all! I can’t stop looking at my ring; the way it glistens and sparkles, I’m in LOVE with it! The cut and finish is impeccable! The best decision I made was to go for this company, and I will definitely be ordering more!!

Fantastic experience from start to finish, unbelievable experience from start to finish.

I was told everything I needed to know about diamonds.

I gave him a few ideas for the design, and in a few hours had the cad render of how it would look when it was finished.

He kept me in the loop every step of the way, sending me pictures and even videos of the full process. I can confirm it turned out better then I expected 👌🏻

Thank you alliance jewels, I would definitely recommend Alliance Jewels.

I ordered my wedding ring through alliance jewels and I couldn't be happier with the results. The whole process was wonderful, everything was explained to me in detail and all my questions were answered promptly. The ring is spectacular! It is better than I had imagined it to be. So sparkly and pretty. I am really looking forward to my wedding just for the ring. Definitely would recommend alliance jewels to friends and family.

Great experience from start to finish. Suhail was super friendly, very knowledgeable and created the perfect engagement ring for my now fiancé! We won’t be going anywhere else for our wedding bands & jewellery from now on. Thanks mate!

My partner and I had been searching for the perfect engagement ring for while but couldn’t find the perfect jeweller to create what we envisioned until we came across Alliance Jewels on Instagram. Initially we were quite skeptical about purchasing such an expensive ring online without seeing the ring physically. However we’re so happy we did because Suhail at Alliance did not disappoint and honestly met every single expectation we had. I never expected such incredible service from an online company and I thought it was too good to be true as I had several doubts but Suhail proved me wrong. Once I confirmed I wanted to go ahead he supported me to choose the best diamond for me in terms of cut, colour, clarity and carat. Throughout the process he was there at any time of the day or night to answer every single question I had. He kept us updated with pictures and videos, nothing was ever too much hassle and I felt very supported and informed throughout my journey of creating the most perfect ring! We will definitely be purchasing our wedding bands with Suhail because we couldn’t have asked for anything more. He truly does goes above and beyond to make his clients dreams become reality.

Amazing! They’re very quick to respond, knowledgeable, give good advice and have integrity. The experience was seamless from initiation to finish and the men’s band I ordered was perfect, my other half loves it!! I sent it back for a minor alteration and it was returned the next day- super quick turnaround! They’re also very reasonably priced compared to others and will help find what it is you need! I would very highly recommend and I’m glad I gave them a chance! :)

After searching for a few months for a new engagement ring I finally decided on alliance jewels.
I got a computer generated picture of my ring and gave the go ahead to start production. A few weeks later after multiple pictures and videos of my ring being made it was delivered. It’s more than I imagined and I’m in love with my ring.
I’ll be wanting the wedding band to match next year so will be returning to Alliance Jewels to make it as the whole process has been really good.

Suhail has become more than just a jeweller, but a long-life friend.
Where to begin… I and my fiancé spent forever looking for somewhere to get our dream wedding rings made. From the very start, Suhail made us feel super comfortable with no pressure or awkwardness. He made sure he put our vision to life with nothing but super helpful tips and advice along the way. During the process, there were multiple updates and countless pictures and progress steps. He went above and beyond to make sure we had exactly what we wanted. During the design steps, there were tweaks we wanted to make and nothing was too much hassle. Every woman dreams of her perfect ring, and Suhail made sure to bring that vision to life and delivered it beyond expectation. Not only that, Suhail himself is the most down-to-earth jeweller with immense knowledge. The rings were handed to us perfectly, we couldn’t have asked for better service or a more knowledgeable jeweller. To Suhail, thank you so much for making the whole journey a dream, you’ve been a pleasure to work with, and we look forward to having more of our jewellery made by you. You're in the best hands for anyone thinking of having any custom jewellery made. You’ll be well looked after and you will NOT be disappointed. Alliance is the way forward. Hands down the best service ever.
