Hmmm... surprise, surprise - no delivery. Tracking now says goods "In agent depot - Nowra"?
Their web enquiry and follow up service has still (aside from the initial platitudes) 5 days later not provided any information as to where the item is, or a likely date of delivery.
I will wait a couple more days and then invoke a charge-back against the company that I purchased the item from for non delivery and then contact the supplying company in regard to their choice of an unreliable courier service...
Unfortunately, we as consumers do not have much choice in the delivery cycle of our purchased goods and it appears that the "Delivery Industry" is largely unregulated and somewhat populated with incompetent delivery agents.
Would I ever choose Allied - a resounding NO!
Do I have any choice as to whether a seller uses Allied - NO!.
As consumers, we are at the mercy of a bunch of unregulated delivery services. To the delivery companies, we are not seen as the client because it is the selling company that pays them - BUT it is our money that is used to enable that payment!!
So for consumers, it is "Just another, suck it up brother" ...
Allied Express tagline should read:

Hi. Your courier did not even attempt to drop my parcel to my front door. They left it on the grass out on my garden just leaning against the fence where anyone could have stolen it. I am absolutely disgusted and enraged by this lazy uncaring behaviour of your driver's. I have camera footage showing your driver dumping my parcel on my lawn instead of going to my front door. It's just sheer laziness and contempt. I suggest you talk to your courier driver and reprimand him or her because YOU would be liable if my parcel got stolen and I would absolutely make sure you paid. It's just disgusting, careless behaviour. Does not one have work ethics anymore? You're so lazy you can't even check where the front door is.
Excellent service
I wasnât expecting excellent service from a freight company but was pleasantly surprised. I knew my parcel had arrived (Townsville depot). I called because it was a Friday and I was desperate to have it delivered or to enquire about picking it up. I called the 13 number and got excellent service. They stated on the phone that I would get a call or email to answer my query. I did get a call later in the day from the delivery driver. He was happy to follow my instructions and leave the parcel with my neighbours. He left a lovely note on the box. During the phone call he was delightfully friendly - just sounded like someone who loved his job. Couldnât have been happier with the service. Thank you for exceeding my expectations.

Ordered a electric fire place from moda living
Ordered a electric fire place from Moda living, Two parcel delivery one part came 10 days ago still waiting on the other part apparently it was scanned and put into another truck going to some other depot, after enquiring was told it would take some time to arrive. Still waiting I will never purchase from a company who use this courier again !

We have an overseas parcel that arrived in Sydney on 27 March 2026. The delivery was scheduled for 8 April 2026, which is almost two weeks later. Prior to the delivery date, we contacted Allied Express to confirm the delivery address.
On the scheduled delivery day, the parcel was not delivered. When we contacted Allied Express for an update, the staff member informed us that there was an âaddress issue.â We asked why we were not contacted if there was a problem, as no delivery vehicle attended the address and we received no phone call, no email, and no message advising that the delivery was unsuccessful.
The staff member who answered the call spoke in an unacceptable tone and stated that they âdo not normally call customers to check addressesâ and that drivers âwill not go around the area to find the address.â When we asked what address they had on file, she read out the correct address. She then explained that because the shipment had a business name but was being delivered to a residential area, they decided not to deliver it and did not contact us.
It is extremely concerning that Allied Express staff refused to carry out their basic obligationsâdelivering to the confirmed address and notifying the receiver if an issue arises. It is unacceptable for frontâline staff to casually state that they will not perform essential duties that customers rely on and pay for. Based on this experience, the company has demonstrated a lack of professionalism and reliability. Will we as consummer should give them more income?
Allied Express Review
I was supposed to be contacted the day of delivery but wasn't they just turned up. Bought a treadmill from kmart via Allied express. Paid $150 for shipping. When the parcel arrived i didnt want to sign for it as it was 3/4 decimated but I couldn't wait the lengthy shipping times again. I took my chances and luckily the appliance fully worked. I had a ebike sent from China and it turned up in better condition than this.
If your buying something and the courier is ALLIED EXPRESS i highly recommended that you think about buying it. The overall experience was disgusting.
Late & Lack of communication
I rarely leave reviews, but this experience has been beyond frustrating and completely unacceptable.
My parcel was marked âonboard for deliveryâ and I was explicitly told by customer service that it would be delivered the next day. I rearranged my plans and waited â only for the tracking to remain stuck on âin depotâ well into the afternoon with absolutely no explanation.
After following up, I was told it had merely been ârequestedâ to go out and that operations would respond within 24 hours. This alone shows a serious lack of internal coordination. The next day, it was finally marked âonboard for deliveryâ at 10:57 AM with an expected delivery by COB.
I then wasted an entire day waiting â again â and by 8 PM it was still showing âonboard for deliveryâ with no delivery, no update, and no communication whatsoever.
This is not just a delay. This is a complete failure of basic delivery service standards. âOnboard for deliveryâ is clearly meaningless in your system, and there is zero transparency when deliveries are missed or pushed back. Customers are left waiting all day with no clarity, no accountability, and no respect for their time.
On top of that, the website is incredibly poorly designed. It is difficult to use, especially on mobile, and makes even simple actions like tracking or submitting requests unnecessarily frustrating. For a company handling logistics, this level of digital experience is frankly unacceptable.
This is especially unacceptable when people rely on these deliveries for essential items or work setups. The entire process feels disorganised, unreliable, and reactive rather than professional.
I strongly urge Allied Express to fix these issues:
* Accurate and reliable tracking updates
* Clear and proactive communication when deliveries are missed
* A properly designed, mobile-friendly website
* Proper prioritisation of parcels that were not delivered as promised
Until these issues are addressed, this level of service is not acceptable.
I will not be purchasing from any business that uses Allied Express again, and I strongly advise others to avoid them unless they are prepared to deal with delays, poor communication, and a lack of accountability.

Parcel sat in depot for over 10 days
My parcel has sat in the Dubbo depot for 10 days and still not delivered. Itâs pathetic service.

Don't know who is worse, them or Team GE
If i could give it less than one star I would. This is amongst the worst courier companies in existence. Any business that uses these guys or Team GE is asking for packages to be lost or damaged. Currently waiting on a $500 TV that was supposed to be here 2 days ago and they dont even know where it is nor can they tell me when (if) it will arrive. This isnt the first time i had the displeasure of dealing with this sloppy courier. Pay an annual Fee to Ebay Plus to get things shiped out within 4 days. Today is day 8. Any business that uses these guys or other mentioned sloppy courier business are asking for their business to go down the drain.

I had a very disappointing experience with Temu and their courier service.
My parcel was marked as âdelivery attemptedâ with a note saying a card was left at the property. No card was left, and there was no evidence that a delivery attempt was actually made. This was extremely misleading.
After multiple follow-ups, I was told delivery was âscheduled if possibleâ with no guarantee. There were no proper updates, no confirmed time window, and not a single text notification. As someone working full-time and in the middle of a house move, I cannot keep rearranging my schedule based on vague and unreliable communication.
Waiting without clear information and being told delivery is not guaranteed is not acceptable service. The lack of accountability and coordination made this a very frustrating experience.
Pleasantly surprised!!
When I noticed my online order was being delivered by Allied Express, I checked out reviews of this company. I was disheartened reading such negative reviews & expected disappointment. BUT... Allied Express was flawless! I was sent a text message informing me of predicted delivery being Fri 20th Feb or Mon 23rd Feb. My order was delivered earlier Thurs 19th Feb. Which I was notified of the change. Good communication. I wasn't home & the driver placed my item in a safe place. Very happy customer!!
Suspicious activity of delivery driver
Allied express delivered some products today 18th Feb 2026. No problem Im the delivery of the products.
My concern was the driver taking some sneaky photographs of the side of my property.
Quite suspicious. I have kept the video and photographs just in case.
Downright horrendous
Absolutely terrible, package was never delivered while we were home, email was ignored, and the crappy customer service hag laughed at me and hung up, hands down I havenât seen service this horrendous in decades.

Slack deliveries
Moved 12 hours away from family and home to a rural town (3 hours away from any other towns)
Ordered a mattress to be delivered to new address 2 weeks before moving day and estimated delivery date was day before we moved
When we got there no mattresses and when I called they said it would be another whole week before the mattress would arrive and that delivery date given is only an estimate

I spoke with Rachel, she asked me for a tracking number (this was used as a contracted service by a company i purchased through) therefore didnt have one and she actually just hung up on me! Also they called me so they clearly had the details of my delivery...
I called back again, told her she hung up and said yeah well do you have one. I couldn't believe it, didnt even deny it
I eventually found my tracking number though a series of emails, im sure they could have helped me if she asked for a name and address
