I was supposed to be contacted the day of delivery but wasn't they just turned up. Bought a treadmill from kmart via Allied express. Paid $150 for shipping. When the parcel arrived i didnt want to sign for it as it was 3/4 decimated but I couldn't wait the lengthy shipping times again. I took my chances and luckily the appliance fully worked. I had a ebike sent from China and it turned up in better condition than this.
If your buying something and the courier is ALLIED EXPRESS i highly recommended that you think about buying it. The overall experience was disgusting.

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience has been beyond frustrating and completely unacceptable.

My parcel was marked “onboard for delivery” and I was explicitly told by customer service that it would be delivered the next day. I rearranged my plans and waited — only for the tracking to remain stuck on “in depot” well into the afternoon with absolutely no explanation.

After following up, I was told it had merely been “requested” to go out and that operations would respond within 24 hours. This alone shows a serious lack of internal coordination. The next day, it was finally marked “onboard for delivery” at 10:57 AM with an expected delivery by COB.

I then wasted an entire day waiting — again — and by 8 PM it was still showing “onboard for delivery” with no delivery, no update, and no communication whatsoever.

This is not just a delay. This is a complete failure of basic delivery service standards. “Onboard for delivery” is clearly meaningless in your system, and there is zero transparency when deliveries are missed or pushed back. Customers are left waiting all day with no clarity, no accountability, and no respect for their time.

On top of that, the website is incredibly poorly designed. It is difficult to use, especially on mobile, and makes even simple actions like tracking or submitting requests unnecessarily frustrating. For a company handling logistics, this level of digital experience is frankly unacceptable.

This is especially unacceptable when people rely on these deliveries for essential items or work setups. The entire process feels disorganised, unreliable, and reactive rather than professional.

I strongly urge Allied Express to fix these issues:

* Accurate and reliable tracking updates
* Clear and proactive communication when deliveries are missed
* A properly designed, mobile-friendly website
* Proper prioritisation of parcels that were not delivered as promised

Until these issues are addressed, this level of service is not acceptable.

I will not be purchasing from any business that uses Allied Express again, and I strongly advise others to avoid them unless they are prepared to deal with delays, poor communication, and a lack of accountability.
Surprised this company hasn't closed down yet.

I still haven't even got my package and I hope it doesn't come torn in pieces like the other people.

Got a message saying attempted to deliver, please reschedule, card left.
No card left, both of us were at home. We had proof from Ring bell confirming no one knocked or came close to door and the doorbell was working fine. Called the helpline as soon as we got the notification to get the driver to come back, the helpline person said the driver did not pick up despite multiple calls.

My parcel has sat in the Dubbo depot for 10 days and still not delivered. It’s pathetic service.

They do not follow instructions, leave in unsafe areas where anyone can steal the item and do not knock.

If i could give it less than one star I would. This is amongst the worst courier companies in existence. Any business that uses these guys or Team GE is asking for packages to be lost or damaged. Currently waiting on a $500 TV that was supposed to be here 2 days ago and they dont even know where it is nor can they tell me when (if) it will arrive. This isnt the first time i had the displeasure of dealing with this sloppy courier. Pay an annual Fee to Ebay Plus to get things shiped out within 4 days. Today is day 8. Any business that uses these guys or other mentioned sloppy courier business are asking for their business to go down the drain.

I had a very disappointing experience with Temu and their courier service.

My parcel was marked as “delivery attempted” with a note saying a card was left at the property. No card was left, and there was no evidence that a delivery attempt was actually made. This was extremely misleading.

After multiple follow-ups, I was told delivery was “scheduled if possible” with no guarantee. There were no proper updates, no confirmed time window, and not a single text notification. As someone working full-time and in the middle of a house move, I cannot keep rearranging my schedule based on vague and unreliable communication.

Waiting without clear information and being told delivery is not guaranteed is not acceptable service. The lack of accountability and coordination made this a very frustrating experience.

When I noticed my online order was being delivered by Allied Express, I checked out reviews of this company. I was disheartened reading such negative reviews & expected disappointment. BUT... Allied Express was flawless! I was sent a text message informing me of predicted delivery being Fri 20th Feb or Mon 23rd Feb. My order was delivered earlier Thurs 19th Feb. Which I was notified of the change. Good communication. I wasn't home & the driver placed my item in a safe place. Very happy customer!!

Allied express delivered some products today 18th Feb 2026. No problem Im the delivery of the products.
My concern was the driver taking some sneaky photographs of the side of my property.
Quite suspicious. I have kept the video and photographs just in case.

Absolutely terrible, package was never delivered while we were home, email was ignored, and the crappy customer service hag laughed at me and hung up, hands down I haven’t seen service this horrendous in decades.
Never, NEVER use Allied Express, it’s a garbage excuse of a company.

Over a month and my item still hasn’t been delivered. Absolutely unacceptable. Customer service keeps giving vague responses with no real solution. Worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had. Avoid.

Moved 12 hours away from family and home to a rural town (3 hours away from any other towns)
Ordered a mattress to be delivered to new address 2 weeks before moving day and estimated delivery date was day before we moved
When we got there no mattresses and when I called they said it would be another whole week before the mattress would arrive and that delivery date given is only an estimate
No attempt to try and correct and deliver sooner no empathy

They called me, i missed the call and called straight back
I spoke with Rachel, she asked me for a tracking number (this was used as a contracted service by a company i purchased through) therefore didnt have one and she actually just hung up on me! Also they called me so they clearly had the details of my delivery...

I called back again, told her she hung up and said yeah well do you have one. I couldn't believe it, didnt even deny it
I eventually found my tracking number though a series of emails, im sure they could have helped me if she asked for a name and address

Ordered a very expensive portable air conditioner unit they put the document in letter box saying it was delivered it was not.
We have cameras
Then they sent us a blury photo of a complete different house and now they won’t email us back
This is the second time this exact thing has happened with them

Bad service the customer service couldn’t wait to not help me, if you have a choice don’t use these guys

I ordered a bed from Temple & Webster while moving house, planning for delivery before I arrived at my new address. The delivery estimates looked fine, but the experience was a nightmare. First, I received no warning that the package was out for delivery. Later, I saw an update claiming “no one was home,” which was completely false. My family was home all day, and security footage confirmed no truck ever arrived. The next day, the parcel was resent but only half of the bed showed up. There were no updates about the missing half, so I had to call customer service. They were unhelpful, simply saying it was “back at dispatch” and would arrive the next day. It didn’t. By then, I had moved to my new address and had to keep calling because the tracking website showed nothing. I was told it would be resent on Monday- another lie. On Tuesday, I called again to confirm it was on the truck, and was told yes. Still, the website gave no indication of delivery time. I had to call again late in the afternoon to check on the driver to make sure it would arrive, because by this point, I had been sleeping on a mattress for two weeks. I was told over the phone that it would arrive between 2-4pm and after nothing showed up I had to contact customer service again and this time they said it will now not be arriving till the next morning. This entire process was stressful, time-consuming, and completely avoidable with proper communication and reliable service. I will think twice before ordering from Temple & Webster as I would not want my items delivered by Allied Express ever again.

Need a 0 star option, avoid shipping with allied express if possible. I brought 3 beds from temple and Webster a month ago, they ship with allied express. so far I’ve only received 1 bed head from one of the beds. They were all ordered under one order and somehow they have lost 2 beds and the rest of the third has ended up in a different state. Customer service has promised numerous times to chase it up and call back, when I ring again because they fail to call back they have no idea there was an issue. At this point I think a team of monkeys could be more reliable and helpful. I’ve seen more competence and intelligence in a pre school. Do not use allied express.

I had a lovely gentleman deliver my order today in Robina from temple and Webster. His name was AJ I believe. He was super helpful and very polite. Thank you that was a great experience:)

After reading all the negative 1 star reviews I was extremely nervous as allied express was to deliver my couch order. I wasn’t home ant the time but I arrived and raced around the complex looking for the apparently delivered boxes only to find them in perfect condition up on my apartments level right next to my front door! What a legend! Super fast delivery too so can’t complain however on the tracking it seems my couch went from NSW to VIC back to NSW and then back to me in VIC in the span of a couple days (perhaps a system error) but honestly very very happy!! Thanks team :) oh and I received messages along the way updating me on where and when of it all which was great!
