The physiotherapists themselves were good — professional and knew what they were doing. The problem is the front office. Getting through by phone is difficult, and when you do, follow-through is poor: I was told I'd get a call back within 24-48 hours and never did. I chased it up days later and spoke to someone else entirely, who had no idea why I was waiting on a call back and just said the original person (or a colleague) would be in touch. Still nothing. If you need the clinical team, fine — but don't expect anyone to get back to you when they say they will.

I would like to start by thanking Shrutika the Physiotherapist..For her knowledge, support, help and guidance she is very good at what she does..An excellent service, who listens, cares, understands and has good people skills..An asset to her company and someone I would recommend.

I have had a number of physio sessions in Milton Keynes. My physio, Supriya is excellent. She explains what she is doing in a very caring and client friendly manner and in a way which is easy to understand. A great listener too. Always interested in your well being which is always lovely to see. Well done, Supriya and you are on my list of professionals to recommend.

Booked rapid antigen test the day before online, had the test the following day (arrived late) and got results within 20 minutes. Brilliant service!

Practioner was gentle taking the samples and patient whilst I was looking for my passport details. Results came in the next day in time for my flight.

Easy to book the test online. Staff were courteous, result arrived in time, there was offer for reduced price on next test and was followed the next day with a letter of appreciation.

Dear sir, madam, we had an appointment for a PCR covid test for our 5 year old son Luuk, at 34 Exchange street. Cesar was called over from another location. We are well travelled with our family, and have undergone many tests before. Cesar was the best. He was kind and respectful to our son. It turned around our appreciation of the clinic, after another person had not held his/her appointment in the morning at 8:45.

I had excellent service when I went to have my test done. Staff member made me feel relaxed while having my test done. Also my test results came back very quickly.

My husband and I cancelled this test two days before we were due to attend. Our cruise company abandoned the use of this test pre cruise.

Had a bad experience and I don’t think I will ever use them again! Changed my daughters gender to male on the certificate and positive of covid as well, did another test next day in a different lab and it was negative, they nearly ruined our family holiday!😡

I needed a PCR short notice. I called up and was booked in for the next day. My test was at 9.45 am and i had my results that evening. Great, convenient and fast service.

I would highly recommend Physiowork for easy booking and a quick turnaround on the results of my fit to fly for New Zealand. Friendly and professional.
