I can only give this company a top rating and gold star for the care, dedication and attention they gave to my mum. It was above and beyond what the public service gave to her. They also retained her dignity by attending to her personal needs with either of the carers that she was used to and trusted and who were very kind and handled her very carefully. I cannot thank the company enough for what they did for my mother. It was a great burden off the family to know we had full confidence with these carers.

My carer is great, I get homecare and social support. They have helped me get my garden accessible for my wheel chair and are helping me get a car so I can get out and about more! They have given me my life back.

I started with the company as a supervisor six months ago. I have been fully supported and encouraged throughout my induction and ongoing training. Every day is different and the staff are just great! The company is expanding and it’s an exciting time to be part of the team.

I currently work for Alltogether Care on a full-time basis. Amazing company to work for. A prime example of this is when I was extremely ill last year. I felt as though the company supported me 100% throughout. I received phone calls from management regularly as they were genuinely worried and wanted to keep up to date with my progress. Our Care Manager visited the hospital with necessities that I was in need of. Not many companies would do this for a member of staff! The company provides work life balance and every member of staff is approachable. We really are one big family!

I currently work with Alltogether Care as a member of their Bank staff. This company provides great work life balance, a job that is secure and most importantly allows you to build relationships with your clients due to the fact you only have 5 service users on your run all day. Alltogether Care has brought out the best in me, so much so I was lucky enough to win the Carer of the Year 2022 at the Scottish Care Awards. I could not recommend this company enough as I love every minute of my work here. I have met some great people and I always know I have the support of the staff at Alltogether Care even when times get tough.

I joined the company during 2020 with future plans to return to education, I was open about this from the word go and still received ample opportunity to progress within the organisation. My skills and knowledge were developed, and I was still fully supported to pursue my own personal goals outside of work.
What had initially attracted me to applying for a job was the consistency they strive to provide, not just for staff but for service users also. This is quite unique in homecare,and having family who had previously received homecare from other organisations with inconsistent times and carers, I loved the idea that Alltogether Care have set runs with a core team and set times, meaning that the service users and carers all get to know each other well and everyone knows what time each visit is.

I currently work here. I previously worked within a residential setting, but this has been the best move I made.
I started out as a co-ordinater and I am now a Manager. The opportunities that I have had/have here are amazing. I have been able to grow withing myself and my knowledge base.
I really enjoy my role within the company and I like that I can dip my toe in all areas of the business. This honestly helps me keep my memory fresh and up to date with everything. I also love that I can support the field team and the service users at the same time, sometimes doing that in sync together with both!
I started here is Sep 2019 and I have only gone from strength to strength and can't wait to see where I go next.

I joined Alltogether Care as an office junior as part of the local job centre's kickstart programme. With constant support from the management team and a combination of previous experience in an office based role, I managed to settle into my role within a short period of time. My role to begin with was mainly supporting the recruitment team, therefore I was able to learn the ins and outs of the recruitment process. A couple of months later (09/08/2021) an opportunity became available as the current recruitment officer had decided to move on from the company. I was lucky enough to have been offered promotion and I am now currently the recruitment officer here at Alltogether Care. The support from management was tremendous during this transition period. I had to quickly adapt my ways of working as I was now not only supporting other departments within the company but also managing my own department. This would not have been possible without the support of the office team as there was always someone on hand to answer any questions I had. I feel really lucky to be working as part of a company that recognises potential in its employees and will go above and beyond everyday to support/encourage you to strive to be the best you can be.
